Eyes that mock our secret institutions. Bit-roof eyes, they call them a bygone name. Hey, Avaline, you got a boyfriend? Because my man E here, he just got his heart broken,
Starting point is 00:00:35 he thinks you're kind of cute. The girls got a hair stand. Oh, my. The women know about shrinkage. Isn't it common knowledge? What do you mean, like laundry? It's drinks? And we not talk about sex so much.
Starting point is 00:00:44 Are you kidding me? Oh my god, I'm off here. I'm so drunk. Being bad feels pretty good. You know Emily's not the kind of girl you just play with. Starting point is 00:01:23 How are you doing today? Good. Hi, welcome to our new studio. I know. We, thanks for listening. I'm here with Menace. What's going on Emily? How are you doing today? Well, good. Hi, welcome to our new studio. I know, we got chills and stuff. We put together a new studio in Los Angeles and West Hollywood. We hoe. We hoe, yo.
Starting point is 00:01:37 It's crazy. Thank you, and thank you, and thank you. So, how have you been in your personal life, though? Oh, my personal life has been really, I have to say, it's been good. I actually had a date with someone that I met in San Francisco. Oh, I knew it. But that's all I wanted to say about this for now.
Starting point is 00:01:53 And there's definitely going to be more on the next show I promised because there's something more urgent, I have more urgent. Okay. There's something more urgent I need to share, though my sex life is always important. We have two really hot guests on the show today. And I know oftentimes the way we do this whole show, I'm like, oh, you know, you're not often briefed or whatever. We're going to tell you a little bit about them.
Starting point is 00:02:15 But you know about 50 Shades of Grey, the movie, the whole thing. Well, this is this new TV show called Submission. That's coming on. It just came out in Showtime. It's been like a few episodes. And they're saying it's like the real-the-feet shade is a gray, it shows how it's like truly like a better version of it because it shows all sides and why women really desire it. It's hot and sexy and it's kind of like soft core on Showtime. So we got two episodes to watch High-Depthime and Skin Diamonds here and the other star she's been on the show before,
Starting point is 00:02:41 she's a porn star and I Did gave us to the axis code to shows so of course today? I'm like, you know, I watched one last night and then today I was like I got to go home and lunch anyway I'm going to watch the other half hour and it's hot right? It's all the first one So I'm in my house getting ready showering multitasking and I have my phone because I forget my laptop in the office watching this Really hot sex scene. So I'm about to go, I'm gonna say, watch, I'm gonna go, wow, it's really hot. And the office is gonna hear this buzzing because I always let bugs into my house.
Starting point is 00:03:13 By mistake, I leave the door open a lot. Because I think it's California. It's nice to be like whatever. But then every night, it's like a month or a B, but nothing's ever happened, they go away. So I'm sitting here, I hear a B, I'm like, no, we go buzzing. So I get so caught up in this hot sex scene
Starting point is 00:03:29 where this woman's having a fancy, but it's actually real life where these two guys are going down in her and it's like her husband and her best friend and all of a sudden, I realize the buzzing gets louder. It's in my ear. There's a bee in my ear and I can feel distracted because I'm so turned on by this hot show.
Starting point is 00:03:44 I was going to be in the ear. And I've never been sung by a bee. because I'm so turned on by this hot show. There was a bee in your ear. And I've never been sung by a bee and I'm very actually afraid of bees, like afraid of getting stung. And in this moment, I was so distracted by sex that I was got stung. And I thought that was interesting testament to that I was really into this fucking hot show. You were an escaped death. Hopefully you let the bee free though, right?
Starting point is 00:04:03 The bee got away. No, I stomped it. Actually, it was dead. It was dying. It was a dying be. It's like, oh, he's a right now. Here's the thing, I always allow bugs into my house. He bugs the be-
Starting point is 00:04:11 No, it was like a half dead be because I certainly did not kill it because it was in my hair, caught up in my hair. Yeah. So that's what I've been doing. It was sweet. Yeah, so watching porn, getting me to be his hair, I've read then my whole house and the new office, things are good. I've not moved it around, so it makes more sense in my life.
Starting point is 00:04:29 And things are good for you. That's super good. I'm great. I've been doing all these charity events with the Habit Burger. I know. Food chain. And they've been amazing.
Starting point is 00:04:41 And we raised a bunch of money for Hope for Paws which is a great organization for animals and then we just did another one in Long Beach for lymphoma research and so they've been great and so we have one more tomorrow in Garden Grove, California with the Habiburger and this time we're raising money for Parkinson's research. So if anybody is into that, you're in the area. All the details are lunchwithwoody.com. I'm part of the show called The Woody Show.
Starting point is 00:05:13 Okay. Well, I'm really proud of you, Matt, it's because I know you, like you've got a lot of stuff going on and you're not often like, you bring up things, Kaz, you're like, wait, what's your Instagram? You're not like push it. This is our own thing here. But I felt that when you did your first one last week, three weeks ago, you did your first.
Starting point is 00:05:29 Yeah, I shared your event. And it was like, you're talking about like really passionately, like this means a lot. And I'm wondering, you guys go out and support Mattis and everyone should, although I didn't. Yeah, I'm not supposed to. It was like far away. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:40 But like 20 minutes. But then I saw like your snapchat, which you're really good at snapchat. Thank you. And I was like, wow, there's a lot of people there. Like, man, as you like call on like people like, hey, come in in the picture, because a lot of you came out to see me need a burger.
Starting point is 00:05:54 And I was like, crowds. I'm like, well, maybe there's something else going on. And then I saw you the other day, and you're like, there were 700 people that came out to see you. Yeah. And I'm not saying like that's, yeah, I know you're su- No, no. But I was like, that's, like I had an event,
Starting point is 00:06:07 like, two people show up. And it's fun, I'm so grateful they're there. Oh no, that's awesome. Yeah, I know the show, the radio show- People love you. In the morning, the video- They love this guy. A really successful and Los Angeles,
Starting point is 00:06:18 and I thank everybody for that. But if you can please come out- He's like, don't have the next one. That's great. I'm just saying that I had a heartfelt moment to you and that you're doing great work And the show is really good and people love you and I mean I I feel like I was the first who really knew I loved you And now we're realizing how great you are to hang out with the number so oh, okay, so here's a deal We got to start talking to our guests who just joined us here
Starting point is 00:06:40 So thank you. We're gonna get into that in a moment But when we've guests on the podcast men This is part of things that you don't know. I know you know a lot of things that go on, but we sent them a forum to fill out. And one of the questions is, like do you have it? There was like, well do you know what if the monos isn't there?
Starting point is 00:06:54 Next is a box that says like menace, yes, no. Yeah, I mean I delete anybody sends me an email. I'm kidding, we don't send these here. This is just like butchery name, address butchery picture, which are tweets. So one of the questions is any topic off limits. And that's how we figure out what not to ask them, right? Cause we're like, so skin said
Starting point is 00:07:12 there was no questions off limits except we cannot do a game of Thrones spoiler. Which I thought was funny, like all the things you could talk to about like not that. So we found a sex in the new story just about this topic, but we will not spoil it. Woman seeks Game of Thrones revenge on acts. So, Scorned X lovers often turn to the internet and the wake of a bad breakup, they trash
Starting point is 00:07:32 each other, they do bad things, they're desperately sick sympathy or some combination of the two. There's even a little genre of revenge porn just for this reason. But this week, one man sat attempt to guard our support for his newly single-played backfire in viral fashion and for good reason. So the Reddit user, this guy who's scorned, Kalisi Scorned, he's 29. He took the social network, read it, to share a problem he's been having since ending things with his lady love.
Starting point is 00:07:58 Whom he refers to as Danny. It's an alias. I could provide the short version, but here we go. He does it in the post. I cheated on my ex drawing our relationship and she found out shortly after we broke up. She's blocked me in everything, but briefly, unblocks me every Monday to send me game of thrown spoilers before I can watch.
Starting point is 00:08:16 How can I get her to stop? Ha ha ha. She is torturing him. Yeah. Like literally like torturing. She's like, you're blocked. Oh, guess what? No, be not. This is what I do. Why. Like literally like torturing. She's like, you're blocked. Oh, guess what? No, you're not.
Starting point is 00:08:26 This is what I am. Why is he still following her anyway? Well, no, but she blocks him. Let's do business. And the course was cry for help. He admits that he did have a lot of jealousy issues because she had so many male friends and it slept with a lot of guys.
Starting point is 00:08:39 And but this would not hold up in a court of law. But he indicates that there was a direct link between his wandering eye and his exes, promiscuity. So he shared that she got him hooked on the series, but when he travels abroad, it was hard to get a reliable stream. So since publishing the story, the tables have turned with Danny being heralded
Starting point is 00:08:56 on social media as a heroine, and generally applauded as a modern-day feminist icon. What? Well, because she's like, you know, he did guess what? This is really gonna burn you, okay? The renders persel skin. What would you do if someone did this to you?, he do, guess what? This is really gonna burn you. Okay, the renders' personal skin. What would you do if someone did this to you?
Starting point is 00:09:08 Would this be the worst thing a guy's ever done to you? Or a woman or anyone? I would just block the person. Right. So that I couldn't get the spoiler. That's true. And she probably doesn't understand to we blocking. Because that's why I said I was like, this block her back.
Starting point is 00:09:22 She blocks him. And then, if she's a real internet troll, she's making multiple accounts to like tweet him. She keeps doing it right. But it's kind of ugly. You can't stop it. Or she'll have a friend do it with his friends with them on Facebook.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Like if there's no end, she can get in. I love her case. So anyway, we thought about you for that. Stay off the internet or just watch it. People are so ranch-friendly. You know, revengeful though. Like I've never, I mean, if you, okay, so let's say hello to both of our guests.
Starting point is 00:09:47 Ashlyn Yenny and Skin Diamond. Thank you for joining us. Have you ever done anything that's like vengeful when you've been dating someone? Have you ever been like, oh, I'm mad or I had anyone do something to you? I was just curious. I find for me, the best revenge is to pretend
Starting point is 00:10:04 that they don't exist anymore, because the one thing that will drive someone completely insane is to just ignore them and then even no matter what they do, it's true. Just, it doesn't bother me. Sorry, and then that'll drive them real crazy. That's what I do. I agree, I agree that that is the very best. Like
Starting point is 00:10:27 because it's so hard for people to do. Ashlyn, what about you? Um, I did get revenge on one guy in particular in a way that it just embodied him a lot because he knew it was about him. So few years ago, I wrote and produced a short film and I made this character based off of him and this one night in what he did to me. And he's just, he's such a piece of shit. He's just such a douche.
Starting point is 00:10:51 He was such a douche. Like, making me go from Uber to a gay nightclub and telling me he was there and he wasn't there. And then making me go to another bar, telling me he was there, he wasn't there. And then finally, when I got, no, I'm not kidding you. When I got to the bar, where he finally was. Like, skin's face. She's like disgusted.
Starting point is 00:11:06 I feel it. When I get to the bar where I finally see him, he's like, oh, hey, like acting like a douchebag, of course. Like, nothing happens. And it had rained like the two times it rains in LA, you know? And I have curly hair, so it was up. It was not a night for down hair, you know? Like, he's like, you need to take your hair down.
Starting point is 00:11:26 And I'm like, I don't need to know it gets better. I was like, I'm not taking my hair down. And he was like, um, mind you, he was in the business, so he was a manager. And so then he was like, well, you're talking to a really big director right now, you need to take your hair down. And I was like, I'm not taking my hair down. And he takes his heel, stamps on my foot, really, really hard, and then grabs my pony tail to pull my hair out. And I was like, so embarrassed. I was like, are you kidding me?
Starting point is 00:11:53 This is not real. None of this is real. Oh my God. So then I was like, I need to write this short film, and I was like, really excited to write this character. And I just, with my writing part in a time, we were like, what are we going to make this guy horrendous? And I was like, I got the story got it. Don't even have to make it up.
Starting point is 00:12:08 Right. You're like, so this just happened me. These kind of guys exist breaking down. They didn't even need it. And I love telling people, I'm like, no, that's based off a real person. That person exists. Did you see? Well, had you been dating him when all those things happened up until that point? I mean, like, we don't even see each other for like a month. I think that very new. I love the guys are outside. At least they're doing you a favor when their assholes in the beginning. Yeah, I spent two years with them. But then, and then, and then, and then,
Starting point is 00:12:28 and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then,
Starting point is 00:12:36 and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and then, and But I also think that I've recently gone through breakup and the hard thing is and I've tried it like just really not like even Pretend they don't exist and like how you really do that and you're so right about It is so hard because now they actually do exist because you're fed to the one Facebook and everywhere right Instagram And you could yes, you could be smart You could be strong and like block this and you don't want to block you still kind of want to stalk I'm being honest. I feel like they're fresh refresh refresh. It's terrible You guys have done that when you're like trying not okay. I don't do it. I stopped I stopped last week But I'm being honest, I feel like the refresh, refresh, refresh. It's terrible.
Starting point is 00:13:05 Have you guys ever done that when you're trying not, okay, I don't do it. I stopped. I stopped last week. Yeah, I don't do it either. Right. But when you finally get to that point, I'm curious people. Because my advice is always, you know, take six months off from talking to someone. Like, block them, you know, don't do it at no contact.
Starting point is 00:13:23 And that's when you can, you know, heal. And I've always told people, do your work around this and like, there you are, what you're part of the relationship was, but a lot of times we're just like, you know, like who's that bitch, he's with that Instagram or whatever. So, but it is true going back to the best thing
Starting point is 00:13:37 is just to like cut them. And I've learned that later in life that I should actually listen to my lessons, but it does help. If you know someone's a douchebag, you can't. Or therapeutic, you write a story about them. Well, you write a story. And then you.
Starting point is 00:13:47 But you already hate it, right? Oh yeah, and then you tell everyone the story later in life. That's a great. I love that. That's a really good way to get revenge. Because I wish I could be more like, Oh, and he knew he had no idea.
Starting point is 00:13:59 Oh, he knew. He saw the short film and he would never occur to him that it was his. He didn't even know. You know what I mean? He was like, oh, that's great. I'm like in. He didn't even know. You know what I mean? He was like, oh, that's great, I'm like, you, um, you know.
Starting point is 00:14:08 That's how big a douchebag is. Exactly. Exactly. The bigger the douchebag, they literally, you wouldn't even. More glibbiest they are. More glibbiest. It's like everybody, right?
Starting point is 00:14:16 Those are the people who are not self-seeders and they're not figuring themselves out. So they're great. Because I have a guy in the show that was really cool. I'm like, I really just talked about him. He never went down on me once for a month and that you were cheap as fast as you were. Your ego, like I talked about you. Exactly, that was really cool. I'm like, I really just talked about I never would down on me once for a month and that you were cheap as fast but you were your ego like I talked about you.
Starting point is 00:14:27 That's exactly. So that's cool. Yeah. Anyway, so have fun. Hi, Menace. Hi, please meet Ashlyn and Skinny. I know, I've been here, yeah. I know I was gonna share my story.
Starting point is 00:14:38 I think the only thing that I didn't revenge was when I was doing a morning radio show in in San Francisco, I was dating I was dating the squirrel. I think I was like on the top of the world. I was like, Oh, this girl's awesome. But and one day we go to Old Navy and we're at the Old Navy. And we're just like walking around on market street, whatever. And she sees this guy that she went to high school with, right? And so I guess this is the guy that she had a crush on in high school, whatever.
Starting point is 00:15:06 So then they end up start talking what I didn't know, and then they're texting blah, blah. So she wants to break up with me to get with this guy. And I can just tell you, some people they just suffer from douche face. So you know, automatically, this is a douche person. I'm like, there's no way this guy is cool, but she ends up breaking up with there's no way this guy is cool,
Starting point is 00:15:25 but she ends up like breaking up with me and getting with this guy. And I have an A-B in a nightclub, and I've been in the VIP area, so I'm looking down at the general area, whatever, and he's there with some other girl making out with her name. So I hit her up and I don't even tell her.
Starting point is 00:15:45 I was like, hey, I'm at this club. Well, you should roll through it because we're we're still cool. And we take her up to VIP. I was like, oh, hey, by the way, there's your boy down there. Oh, no. And she got super mad and went down there
Starting point is 00:16:00 and then I was like, yeah, we can never get back together. That's good. I feel like that yeah, we can never get back together. But I'm just saying, you know? I feel like that's not an act of service. Yeah, that's not an act of service. That's not an act of service. That's not an act of service. I thought it was kind of, you know, like you're like salt and do its game, whatever.
Starting point is 00:16:17 Yeah. You know. I don't know. I'm sure I've done things. But it was pretty awesome how it all came out. That's awesome. You're like, this guy's a douchebag, so you should know he's a douchebag.
Starting point is 00:16:26 And a lot of them are, that's what happens. I just don't really like that word today. Trying to think of every word or anything, I'm sure I have. Most people get mad at me, I'm trying to think. Yeah, I think it's like 99% of the time they're mad at you. I don't see you being a re getting revenge on anybody. No, I'm too like, I'm so sorry, I didn't work.
Starting point is 00:16:41 See you later, bye. We'll sit down and take a picture together. Yeah, I'm so sorry, I didn't work. See you later, bye. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later.
Starting point is 00:16:50 We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later.
Starting point is 00:16:58 We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see you guys later. We'll see more, I don't know, open and that we're all really cool with it. And then if you date someone for one,
Starting point is 00:17:08 you actually really like them, then you can hang out. What's the good thing, right? I don't think there's anything wrong being friends with your ass. You can still be emotional. We don't want to text anymore. That's the thing you guys have so long.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Yeah, that's the thing. She truly knows me, we love each other. I think these guys secretly want to three some or, no, it's back burning you, just in case it doesn't work out with their current. We'll find out.
Starting point is 00:17:29 Who knows? We'll see. I don't think like that. I think you are someone who's valuable in my life and you know, this what happens. But, okay, now we're going to give a little shout out to our sponsors. Let's give them some love.
Starting point is 00:17:50 Okay, everyone, welcome back to the show. Okay let's talk to our guest. Welcome our guest. On today's show I'm joined by the two stars of the Hot New Showtime series submission, Ashlyn Yenny and Skin Diamond. So I talked about submission earlier in the show. You guys missed it. I almost got sung by a B, actually watching the show. It's show times in New,
Starting point is 00:18:06 because I was so freaking turned on, I didn't know that a beer was a B was in my ear. Oh, it's show times in newest late next series about kink exploring your fantasies and of course BDSM, written directed by adult filmmaker Jackie St. James, taps into the 58th grade market, but it takes a step further into more realistic portrayal
Starting point is 00:18:23 of the BDSM community. I'm here with Ashlyn and Skin. So it's actually a scripted show. It is. Okay, cool. Because I was thinking I was like, is this a reality show or no. No, so totally scripted. No, it's scripted.
Starting point is 00:18:35 It kind of reminds me of the L word. Yeah, to people say that, I love the L word. A little bit. I people have said that. L word or definitely a 50 shades or I kind of, it reminds me a little bit of sex in the city in that it's kind of revolves around three women and they're all so different.
Starting point is 00:18:51 It's like the different personality types that are involved in the world of BDSM. Yeah, that's it. I can't even think anything that's been like that. It isn't, that's why. It's not. This is why. And you're on a great network showtime,
Starting point is 00:19:04 which is killing it lately. Yeah, you guys are killing it. I mean, I think I thought it was great. So let me just tell you a little bit here, we'll put some background, Ashlyn, actress. And you may remember from the call horror film franchise, the human centipede one and two. Minus do you see human centipede?
Starting point is 00:19:18 I'm forcing yes. You're out of breath. Right. I did not see the second one. She's also starred in a bunch of indie film TV, TV roles. Now she's playing this giant, it's actually curious. I love your role the second one. She's also starred in a bunch of indie films, TV roles, and now she's playing this child. It's actually curious. I love your role Ashley in submission,
Starting point is 00:19:30 but she's going to tell us about and Skin Diamond. Welcome back to the show. Award-winning adult film star. And one of the best known. And everyone I talked to literally they're obsessed with years. So it was funny because last time you
Starting point is 00:19:40 aren't on the show, I had this assistant. It was like two years ago. Lovely girl. But she often didn't show up sometimes for things, like shows when she needed to, but then she was like, when skin come you see, coming in, I'm gonna be there and she left, do it, she's awesome. I'm just saying, and everyone, and everywhere I go though,
Starting point is 00:19:52 you're like, you had a very sharp, direct rise to like, you know, fading in the world. I just, I just like what I do, I guess. It's fun, I love that you, because Ashley and this is your first kind of sexy role And now you're working on your next passion project Like she is not running. Yes, I know do that too. I'm born and act. Yeah, I just started to write lyrics and writing melodies and I I just released my first single a few days ago and I'll be releasing more music videos in the next few in the next month.
Starting point is 00:20:28 I have lots of surprises. Oh my god. So we're, you just people can find it. Yeah, you can find it. The music video is up on YouTube and you can find the song on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, I Heart Radio. Yeah, love it. It's called fire. Yeah, love it. It's called fire. You should let it tear her. Okay, check it out. Fire. So tell me about submission in your own words.
Starting point is 00:20:52 Mm-hmm. How would you guys talk about it? No one's ever asked me that question. That's interesting. Well, like what's your perspective on it? What are you interested in doing the show? That's kind of like the real 50 shades of gray. Oh, well, more realistic, I'd say.
Starting point is 00:21:08 Well, when I, I mean, when 50 shades came out for me personally, I was not a fan at all because it was a very bad portrayal of the BDSM world, which is a world that I've been so heavily involved in for so many years. So it was kind of like a, like, almost like a personal insult. What is this? So when Jackie St. James approached me about this project, I was immediately, like, yes, because, sorry, I just slammed it.
Starting point is 00:21:37 I was immediately on board because I think it's really important to show I was immediately on board because I think it's really important to show this world from a good perspective, from a perspective that embraces it and isn't trying to shock people even though the acts themselves are shocking. It's like- The problem with the Fiat's degree is more like people were like, first of all just that they're watching a film about it. It's like, Beatius, I just don't get it. It was confusing to them when it meant...
Starting point is 00:22:07 Well, the problem with 50 shades is it wasn't consensual BDSM at all. And with BDSM, the number one rule is consent. So that right there kind of just warped the entire idea of it. It portrayed women who are into BDSM as these frail little, oh I don't know what I'm doing, but okay, I'll get tied up, but I don't really like it, and that's not what BDSM is.
Starting point is 00:22:36 Like a true submissive is like, yes, slap me in the face. Yeah, that's awesome. No, do it harder. And it's not like a lot of some like submissive women who like really heavy play are very strong women. And that's why they're so they know what they want. And they know that that's what they like. And they're they end up being power bottoms in that way. It seems that there's more women
Starting point is 00:23:02 into this than men, at least from what I see. Well, there's a lot of men that are submissive as well. But they don't put it out there like women do. Not as much, right? They do exist, of course. Yeah, I think it's more kept under the rug from, well, maybe not all the time, but because a lot of men that are into very heavy play are like, you know, politicians or, you know, a lawyer.
Starting point is 00:23:29 People that if you were to find out about them, it would be very bad. So, so a lot of people keep it under the right level. That's the thing. And I got to admit the stereotype, a lot of them, I know we're into an art board that like business man and control, like and has so much money But like wants to be dominated you know wants we dominated like in a diaper and you know, yeah Yeah, no Yeah, the on the the
Starting point is 00:23:56 More show on the morning show on that I'm part of they oh I wonder guys just went to Don con and did a bunch of interviews and then the stuff that they're coming back with is just like, it's crazy what people are really into. Oh yeah, we're seeing. You mentioned the diaper stuff and it's just like, it was that on another level. Yeah, and that's exactly what the show is trying to do is, like for instance, like, depicted in this way where it's not crazy where it's most a lot of people are Into this and it's not supposed to be this like oh, well their freaks are they're weird or whatever. Yeah, all of us
Starting point is 00:24:33 Everyone is a freak everyone has a weird sight of them every single person does and Yeah, so I think Jackie when she saw 50 shades. She or even I think she read the books. She was just She was grossed out. She was like, this is not the right portrayal of this at all. So she took on a very huge feat in wanting to create a series. And she wrote every episode herself. I mean, it's 180 pages of basically dialogue with sex scenes thrown in. Three sex scenes.
Starting point is 00:25:03 Three sex scenes per episode. If they're hot, so here's the thing. Is that what I think, I agree with you on all things, you said about 50 shades. My whole thing was, yeah, there's a lot of problems you can have with it, but what I do like is it started a national dialogue
Starting point is 00:25:15 and you got a lot of women back with. You got to actually never ever, you know, read anything like this, thought, oh wow, this speaks to me on a deeper level. Like do I really want that? You know, do I, no, you probably might not want it red or repain, but you're in the Midwest and from Michigan. So I can say you're like probably like married mom in the
Starting point is 00:25:30 Midwest, you've been, you're not like in sex with your husband. And you know, you're not turning on anymore. You don't know why you're thinking, wow, to be taken, I've nothing spoken to me on this level. And maybe it's spiced up a relationship with her. Maybe it's talking about a confidence to actually talk about something you wanted and you all of that before. So that was the thing I like,
Starting point is 00:25:46 but what I thought was the only thing. One of the only things, but what I think is interesting, what is confusing and what I like about your show submission is that the other thing that's missing from people, they're like, they don't even get the, like talk about like the dubs, so I'm not, they don't even get why women,
Starting point is 00:26:02 how pain can feel pleasurable. Like the basics, but it's like, that must just be pain and she's brilliant. Can you, that kind of speak? Cause I know skin you've also had experience in your real life, BDSM, and maybe now Ashlyn too, I'm not sure. Well, I don't wanna make exceptions.
Starting point is 00:26:18 Well, we did, cause we had a BDSM consultant on set as well as skin. So skin was very important to me, as me portraying Ashley, because she helped guide me along with how I developed the character Ashley, because she's this girl who basically is like most people, she doesn't really know what she, she's in a relationship where she's basically having
Starting point is 00:26:39 bad sex and realizes, you know what, I don't want this anymore. And she doesn't go seeking BDSM. It just happens to kind of fall into her lap and then she becomes interested in it. And then she kind of, she chooses to go into it. She makes the choice herself. She wants to do this.
Starting point is 00:26:55 She's, she's the same kind of thing, though she picks up a book called Slave. It's kind of exactly. So I'll go back, we'll talk about, we'll get more in to BDSM, because I love that you brought this up, because this is how it opens matters. It's the best thing, this is why I love this is how it opens madness. It's the best scene.
Starting point is 00:27:05 This is why I love this because it opens up. Ashlyn's having sex. She's like nice, looks like a nice, you know, nice, normal midwestern girl. And her boyfriend's like pounder girl from behind, right? Like not only in a grab, but she's just like, and she's like the board is just like on a face. She's like, did I put, did I have to,
Starting point is 00:27:21 my shopping cart on Amazon is open and I order those shoes. I think I'm just so bored, right? He's pounding, pounding, pounding. And then, and you're's like, did I put, did I have to, my shopping cart at Amazon so open and I order those shoes. I'm just so bored, right? He's pounding, pounding, pounding. And then, and you're just like, you know, and all of a sudden he's come, she's like, oh, you roll over. And then, and then you guys get in this fight. And you have this fight that I've heard so many times
Starting point is 00:27:35 by like listeners, callers. And that is, you're like, I can't orgasm during penetration alone. And he's like, well, all the women I've dated before have, who are in the women's like, probably lying, faking. And then, and you're like, I can't do it, you're like, I mean, I still enjoy it. You're like, I need for play.
Starting point is 00:27:50 And it's like, and seeing they break up. Which you know, these are the basic tenants, but we, not that every, we need to be. No, we hear about that all the time. So I love that in like the first three minutes, I'm like, yes, yes. It's so related. That part of it is so relatable.
Starting point is 00:28:02 It just speaks to so many women. I'm like, That was the perfect. And then, cut two, three minutes later, you're like watching skin get banged by her boss that worked, which was awesome. And you're watching her. So that was your first, so you took on that role as the, as a newbie exploring that world. And I had you, so okay, so telling you what now I'm going to like making this show.
Starting point is 00:28:21 So did you open up? It's actually it away or? Yeah, well, it definitely changed. I mean, the whole show definitely changed. I think a lot of us are perception of what BDSM was. Because honestly, when I went in for it, I had no idea what it was. Like, I had reservations about even auditioning for the show
Starting point is 00:28:38 because I actually went and auditioned was for the character of Jules. It wasn't for Ashley. And then Jackie and Paul asked me to come in and read for Ashley. And I was like, I can't do this. This is way too much. Like, I didn't even know the extent of what she was gonna go through,
Starting point is 00:28:56 but I was just like, I don't know if I could play the girl who gets into BDS. I'm like, I don't know if I can actually do that as an actor. And then I was like, but you know what, fuck it. I'm gonna try. I'm just, I don't know if I can actually do that as an actor. And then I was like, but you know what? Fuck it. I'm going to try. I'm sorry. That's right. That's right. And so then I went in and Jackie wrote me a list.
Starting point is 00:29:17 And it was like 34 very specific things I was going to have to do. And mind you, like 30 of them, I've done before you know and a couple of them there's one thing in particular that's never been shown on TV which you're gonna see in the next episode five it's super interesting but also just like there's being restrained for however long it is but it's also filming so it's not even you're being restrained this never been seen before. No that's not but the thing that you'll never that's never been shown on TV before that's something completely different. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:29:48 But as well as being like restrained and, you know, flagged or whatever it is or vibrated or, you know, blindfolded, all of that stuff, I did do all of that, but it's fake. It's tricked out. So it's not actually in the scene, right? In the scene. But did you have to prepare? Yes. Did you go have an experience with like that?
Starting point is 00:30:09 Well, yeah, I mean, yes, I'm experienced. Dominic tricks. I just did a ton of research. I did a ton of research. I would think you have to risk. No, but come on. You can read about it. I could talk.
Starting point is 00:30:18 I could tell everyone how to do it right now. But I need to give away all my secrets. Yeah. Method actually, OK. Got it. So you learned. I learned. I learned away all my secrets. Yeah. That's actually okay. Got it. So, you learned. I learned.
Starting point is 00:30:28 I learned a lot about it and I learned that there are things that, you know, I wrote this in an article that's going to come out on Saturday, but I personally, Ashlyn, don't like being restrained. I don't like being held down. Like, that's not my thing. I'm not. It doesn't, okay. It doesn't do anything for me, But Ashley, on the other hand,
Starting point is 00:30:45 she does like that. So as an actor, having to play that. Ashley's your role. So having to play that character and be okay. You do look in psychology. I say, yeah. So it's like, it's almost like, but when I as I was playing her, I remember the first time they restrained me, I was like, this is her. This is when I realized I was like, okay, this girl, this is gonna be amazing, because I dipped into her exact psyche at that moment, and I could go in and out of it, you know. But it wasn't really turned you on in the moment, okay?
Starting point is 00:31:17 No. Okay, so because Skid, you have experienced the adult film moment. How have you turned on during your scenes? Was it really like, or was it more, because it's script, I don't know, not that porn is scripted as well, but it's a little different kind of script. Well, it was, it was interesting for me.
Starting point is 00:31:33 Sorry. Of course it's scripted, so it's hard to like, you know, you're gonna be cutting everyone's know-out, but I was just really trying to be true to, like myself as a submissive, because I have been a service slave to a master in real life, not off camera before. So that, I use that as an opportunity
Starting point is 00:32:00 to really help Guy Ashlyn with her character as well, to try to help her get into this, oh it's great, so you were there for her to like say, how does that do with going through your mind skin when you're in one of these? Yeah, I mean, we have a scene together. Yeah, I mean get there you, I'm like, I know they're gonna hook up,
Starting point is 00:32:16 but I didn't see that, they'll do it. Spoilers, spoilers, you guys have to, yeah. We won't give anything away, but it was definitely this... in my injury we had to re-shoot it. So we did it a few times. But it's one of the things where it was because of her experience, that she was the best person, honestly, and Jackie was the best person to direct, because as just an actor coming in, they call it civilians coming in.
Starting point is 00:32:43 For this, I was guided in the best possible way I could be. And it was really fun, because I mean, it was nice for me as such a big advocate for the world of BDSM to show people who were new to it. This is what it's really like. Dom's aren't just throwing you and leaving you in a corner and not caring about your well-being at all. There's a lot of, are you okay?
Starting point is 00:33:08 It does this hurt. Is this too much? Should I pull back? Do you want me to keep going? There's a lot of talk going on. And that's what you feel like is miss, so you think this correct set of submissions shows the kind of a more realistic portrayal of BDSM.
Starting point is 00:33:22 Yeah, it shows that there's a lot of different levels. For example, my character, she's submissive, but she's very fiery. Like she has a, she's actually very dominant, but she likes to be submissive. And so I like, I think it's important to show the different ranges. Yes, you get the submissive girls
Starting point is 00:33:42 like the character Ashley, who she's never done this before, and she's more innocent. And then you get the submissives that are like, I know exactly what I'm doing, and I'm gonna go out and get exactly what I want. And then you better hit me hard, because that's what I like. And that's what Dylan is. She's the opposite end of the spectrum.
Starting point is 00:34:01 Okay, got it. Madam, do you have any questions here about the BDSM world? You look either you're really attentive or... I do have some questions about the show. So real quick, with you, how did your family, when they saw the first episode, what was their reaction? My family hasn't seen the show yet. Oh, they haven't?
Starting point is 00:34:23 No, I just came out. Yeah. I don't see it. Well. I don't even want to see it. Well, I don't think they're going to. You blocked them on Facebook. I mean, my family's in an amazing family. But it's the same thing as the human centipede films. They just, it's not their thing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:38 I think my mom and Nana came with me to the human centipede too, premiere, which I was really like such bad asses. You know, like my 80-year-old grandma was sitting next to me watching. You know, this is really cool stuff. But as far as this show, I think my grandparents have seen it, and then, but my mom and dad haven't watched it, which is like completely fine, honestly. I don't really care if they watch it or not.
Starting point is 00:35:01 It's not made for them, you know, if I made movies for them, they'd be hallmarked. But they're very supportive. I mean, like anything, they're like, whatever you choice is I take in life as an actor, and this is for anybody, it's like, I want to play these characters. And there's a reason why I wanted to play Ashley and to tell a truthful story. So it's cool. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:35:24 Now, my question, last time you were on the show, we talked about your bisexual. Mm-hmm. And I'm assuming, how you dating now? I don't know where you're at now. Well, I've seen two years. I know it's been a while. I think the last time I came on the show, I had a girlfriend, but now I have a boyfriend. Okay. See? That's why you got asked. And has it been monogamous? It's, well, we're? It's mostly monogamous, but we like to play people in. Like, girls and women. Yeah, but he actually is the man behind a lot of the music
Starting point is 00:35:54 that I've been making. Oh, well, what is so he's inspiring you? Mm-hmm. You're inspiring him, I'm sure. Yeah, it's really nice. That's creative relationships like that. Yeah, it's nice being able to do something besides just paying.
Starting point is 00:36:07 Yeah. Happy side just being, but you're really good at. You're really sexy. There's a scene in there that you'll love this where Dylan, skin's character, goes to the bathroom and has, there's a woman at the coffee shop, it's like with her boyfriend who looks super bored. I love that all the women are like super annoyed
Starting point is 00:36:21 with their boyfriend, so it's like boring, bad and bad. I know. Not that all guys are like that, but I can really, and then you like give these looks over the counter. And next thing you know, they're like super annoyed with their boyfriends, or it's like boring, bad, and bad. Not that all guys are like that, but I can really, and then you like give these looks over the counter, and next thing you know, they're in the bathroom having sex with a skin in this girl, and she takes her cray vestber necklace around her neck, and she uses a vibrator, and it's like the hottest scene,
Starting point is 00:36:37 I'm like, great, she has a vestber on her neck, it was really hot. Turns out it was the vestber I gave to her last time, she was on the show, the vibrating hot sexiness, but the scene was so hot. That's what I was like. I should to her last time she was on the show the vibrating hot sexiness But the scene was so yeah Serious you like a prop person I know Oh my god, that was so
Starting point is 00:36:51 Well when I was so turned on that was maybe when I got sung by the bee. Yeah Well, it was it was really cool when when I when I knew about this scene and what was gonna happen I already had the necklace now and I approached Bow about it, the DP and I was like, you know, I have this Fibrator necklace. I feel like Dylan would totally have there. Like, Dylan's a freak, so of course she has it and then it was a fun little... That's the fun. It's something that nobody seems to see. Yeah, that was, it was sexy scene. So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:22 Oh, so, with Dom's stuff, sorry, I don't know all the correct terms. So I don't want to say anything. Yeah, it's 2016, if you say something wrong. No, we're not going to judge. No, no, no. I think that this is a lot, I want you to ask what guys are thinking. No, no, no, no. Something also I noticed when we go out and interview people that I've noticed in that
Starting point is 00:37:44 realm, is this whole new pup play There's like pup masks and stuff like that puppy play. There's also piggy play My personal favorite is kitty play But it's been around for a while It's it's a lot of the times, specifically, puppy play and piggy play, it's usually meant to be a kind of humiliating act because you're kind of like, oh, you're a filthy little piggy. Like a pig. It's seen as more of a degrading, like people that wanted to feel like, but you can take
Starting point is 00:38:23 it to many different levels. You can take it to any level you want, really. I mean, you could be a piggy, but you could be a bore piggy and you could be a dominant piggy if you wanted. But I personally like kitty play, because it feels more venom, venom, the, not a problem. You won't be able to say that.
Starting point is 00:38:40 Feminine. And like, you know, and cats are bratty. So I feel like that's it, it portrays my character. You worry about Cheryl or something? No, no, no. I've just noticed it. I don't know. For some reason, it keeps on popping up
Starting point is 00:38:52 every time we go out and go through like a convention like that and interview people. And yeah, the, what was the other thing? Oh, the other thing is, have you ever, like so when somebody is into that, have they ever broken it down and to say why they're into it? Because just recently on a show that we had, we had Jim Norton, he's a radio host and he's like, suddenly I'm into feet now, and I don't know why. I want to worship feet. And I've, so anybody that's
Starting point is 00:39:24 like into you know, doms, stuff like that, have they ever broken down why they're into it? Or for some reason, they've always just. Dom stuff with the feet stuff. Or anything, like that. Yeah, or like people that wanna do pup play, like, do they know why they wanna do that?
Starting point is 00:39:40 Or is it just something? I think it's just something that a lot of time just happens, like I feel like a lot of the fetishes that I've developed over the years, I didn't know I even, they existed until the idea of it was presented. And then after that, I was kinda like, yeah, that for some reason that kind of turns me on.
Starting point is 00:39:58 And I don't know why it happens that way, I guess. But it is an interesting subject to study. It's not like people like things. You can really learn a lot about people by what their fetishes are, I think. Because we could never get an answer. Yeah, it's just, it's about, it could be a lot of times from childhood things
Starting point is 00:40:18 or it's because it's presented to you when you're holding your hand. That really turns me on like, Ashlyn, like your character and submission, you read the book, slave, and they're like, oh, this might be interesting to me. So a lot of times, I mean, a fetish necessarily, but it's something that, like, open your
Starting point is 00:40:31 mind section. You can know existed and then it's like I could shoot in kind of an interesting way. And then to, I think a lot of people, they kind of fall into this like, well, maybe. And then because I feel like humans were so curious by nature, we're curious. We want to know, we want to know about people, we want to know about people by nature, we're curious, we wanna know, we wanna know about people, we wanna know about people's lives, we wanna know everything. So when we are given the opportunity to explore,
Starting point is 00:40:54 especially what is considered a taboo subject, and it's in a healthy, consensual way, why not? And then people are like, and then, and then it'll spark on to more other things, and other things, and then all of a sudden, you're like, wow, I have like nine fetishes, and I had no idea. But then to you, it's not even a fetish anymore.
Starting point is 00:41:16 But I've been a friend. And by using fetish in a way, just maybe it's what turned you on. You don't have to be in that sort of fetish if you're into it. It doesn't, it can just be, yeah. So here's my other thing that, like, in the, I think it was something like in the book
Starting point is 00:41:26 in the slave or one of you that has a line we were like, you know, he didn't ask for what he wanted. He took it from me, you know. But so there's that whole notion of women want to be taken, right? And that's a lot of what to feel like, oh, right, we're not talking about that. Like we just like want to be desired at this like level that feels like a man has to have this. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:41:44 That's the biggest level level of the ravishing. Why aren't we going to want that? And so, for my first thing is like, the psychology behind it, and which is why Fijiades of Grace spoke to so many women is because there is this certain sense of like, we just want a man to take us and ravage. He can't think, he can't, he just needs us and wants to. And that can be a great turn on in like the
Starting point is 00:42:05 power play and the role playing and stuff like that. And that is that's a line from the book in the series. Right. And so yeah. And a lot of I think it's not to be confused with wanting to be controls in all aspects of your life. It's just when when a man is like, I need you so much, I'm going to take you and I can and I can't say no to you. Whatever, it's like, it's almost like, wow, he wants me so much, he's just gonna take it. But then, you know, in everyday life, like I'm the most stubborn person ever
Starting point is 00:42:37 and like do not tell me what to do. Don't try to even order my bread for my coffee for me. Like, I get it, but in sex we're talking about, that's what I want to get back to, is that it's that, and it's not that everyone wants to even be, like not, you know, wants to be used on bondage or anything like that, is more like they just want to be like taken. And so that's the desire.
Starting point is 00:42:56 And desire, for sure. They want to be exactly. They want that desire. And so I think that that's what a lot of people maybe don't make that connection. And even with the BDSM With the with the With the power so that is a little more bring more pain into it that a lot of it is sort of on that spectrum and that why It's still confusing to you like how that feels good to women, you know, and it's
Starting point is 00:43:18 Complex psychological. It feels good. It really does like on a physical level. It's very complex And again, it's like you wouldn't want every single guy to do that. It's just like the ones that you are really into, you want them to be that into you. Exactly. And you don't write. Okay, so that was my question for you, though, skin. So you, I know you're in a relationship now, but how would you find those partners or how would you say you personally or would you suggest if there's women listening, you're like,
Starting point is 00:43:46 yeah, I just want my partner come home or whoever come home and throw me on the bed. Just the basics of it. How would you express it to somebody? I would just communicate. Is scary as it can be because sometimes telling the person that you love that weird desire that you don't know why it turns you on, but you just really want to try it. You never know what they're going to say.
Starting point is 00:44:10 Just present to them, you know, in a sexy kind of way. And then how would you do it? Maybe they'll, I mean, I don't know. I guess if I wanted my boyfriend to try something new, I would probably already start for play, like get him excited first, and then while we're in the moment,
Starting point is 00:44:30 be kind of like, hey, you know, I have this to try, or what do you think about this? While they're already, so then it's, so then it's like, they're already in the moment with you, and then you can kind of play off of that way, instead of just being like sitting down at the kitchen table and be like, Hey, this is a meeting now. So what would you like to do?
Starting point is 00:44:48 Here's my contract. Yeah. Do you want to do it? Yeah. Yeah. OK. I want to know also, Ashlyn, are you dating anybody right now? Yes, I am.
Starting point is 00:44:58 I've had the same boyfriend for seven years. Really? OK. So how does he feel about this? I mean, he of course was. He had his reservations at first when I was auditioning for the role, just because like any role, there's a part of you that gets in there, you know, and you, all these things. But at the same time, he loved the research.
Starting point is 00:45:17 Yeah, he had no authority. Like, not gonna lie. Right. He's like, okay. Does he hate watching the sex scenes for sure? Yes, that is never fun. Like it's never fun. Those are fun, just even watching your partner
Starting point is 00:45:31 like in a film when you have the watch them be into and someone else, it's just like, ew, stop. What are you doing, you know? That's cool, he was down. Was there anything in it that you guys tried? They were like, oh, we might, you know, they kinda, it's fun, we might do that again. Yeah, there was a couple things, yeah,
Starting point is 00:45:44 that I actually took from set that we'd done in the series. It's really cool. I can't tell me the spoiler. Oh, the spoiler cube. It's so close, like I wanted to keep it. Yeah. But there is some really cool stuff that we did in that I didn't expect that I was like, oh, this is actually, it's actually not bad. You know, I don't. That's how it started. That's actually not bad. You know, I don't. That's how it starts. That's how it starts. That's how it starts. And honestly, you're just one little thing and your whole mind can
Starting point is 00:46:10 over out. Yeah. The handcuffs amazing. And with Michael, he's so open to most things. And I think when you're in a relationship and you never, you know, I had an excuse because I had a series to prepare for. But I honestly think if I had come to him saying, like, hey, I wanna try blah, blah, blah. You know, he would have, honestly, I feel like most men are like, yeah, okay, sure.
Starting point is 00:46:36 Wait, what do you wanna do? Yeah, you know, because I feel like most, I was a lot of my girlfriends were very reserved people, especially it's like you're almost afraid to say what you want. That's a thing. And then just, that's why having these movies, like 50 Shades, like the submission series, like it's so, it's a great thing. I can see couples getting into it too, hopefully.
Starting point is 00:46:55 Yeah, maybe that. I always feel like they don't know, because we talk a lot about communication on the show. So I always say, you know, well, listen, a lot of couples actually do, they listen to my show together. And they're like, oh, well, Emily said it. Or we, you know, we could try that thing. And she said, so I think watching submission as a couple could be like, oh, would you ever think that would turn you on? And then I can love boom.
Starting point is 00:47:13 There you go. You're in. Thank you both for this sexy discussion, Ashlyn and again. Thank you. I'm so excited to keep watching showtime. It's called submission and it's on one night. Thursday is at 11 p.m. East Coast and Pacific time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:30 And if you have the East Coast feed in the lake, it comes on at 8. Nice. With little bazaar. You'll be like having dinner and then it's like what? That's cool. Okay, where can we find you both? Best place to find you? Instagram or Twitter, obviously. Okay, and we'll find, both? Best place to find you? Oh, yeah. Instagram or Twitter, honestly.
