your body that your orgasm is coming, or you know like what to expect rather than it being so random. So it's a way, it is kind of like, if you think about athletes, right? Like if you run the sprint, like you are training and you know what your handicap is, you know where you gotta like take off and where you gotta, you know, put more effort in and I think this helps you with that as well.
