Let's talk about beginner toys for partner play. If you missed my most recent Instagram story, I had combed through all of the sex toys I've accumulated over the years. It was a lot of toys. So now it's time for some hacks to take the Successible Toy to the next level. And if you listened to the recent HandPlay episode, which you guys are loving, you might remember one of my favorite sex toy hacks for this kind of toy. You stretch the penis ring over your two fingers and slide it down your fingers as far as you can.

And if you're with a vulva owner, insert the top part of your fingers inside their vagina while the ring vibrates against their clitoris. Well now your partner gets the same dual stimulation as wearing a cock ring during penetration, but you have even more access to their G area if you're using your fingers. You just had a baby come out of your body. Plus there's hormone shifts and our body changes and I just want to remind you of that. We'd often just don't tell women after childbirth what's going on, but things tend to move around. Whether it's vaginal or C-section delivery, that movement can make more of our genitals, the sensitive areas of our body, either it moves to a better alignment for some or a different alignment. So really we just need to learn our bodies where they are

now and how things have shifted. Okay? So get to know the new location of your pleasure centers. There's just, this is the work that we got to do. It's our bodies always changing too, whether we have babies or not. Remember though, you've got it about the Kegels, demands of pregnancy and childbirth can certainly weaken your pelvic floor muscles. And since orgasms result from a buildup and release of tension,

if you have weaker pelvic floor muscles, it can be difficult to orgasm. I always recommend if it's becoming a problem and you're doing your Kegels and you don't see it working, you can see a pelvic floor physical therapist. A lot of times they're more equipped to address our pelvic floor than even our gynecologists, so I recommend that.
