And I gotta be honest with you, for every single woman, it's gonna atrophy over time. Something called gravity, everything's going to sink and drop a little. This includes your pelvic floor. Well, what's the pelvic floor? It's responsible for your ovaries, your vaginas, everything beneath your belly button, beneath your peabick mound. Anyway, you can know what it is. Okay, so your pelvic floor is like a hammock, right?

It's holding up everything like all the important lady parts. Now what happens when it weakens is it over time for many women. They have pain, they have urinary incontinence, they start to sneeze in pee after childbirth. And so your doctor might have said to you, hey, do your kegels, kegels, it's important and women never remember to do them. And I never remember to do them actually. But the point is why I love the intensity
