you should probably share far and wide I think there's a lot to be concerned about in BC politics
and you've got Dallas Brody trying to break it all down for you what's going on with one BC
all right let's get on to that tale of the tape
Today's guests, a Canadian lawyer and politician currently serving as MLA in British Columbia.
She also co-founded the OneBC party.
I'm talking about Dallas Brody.
So buckle up.
Here we go.
Welcome to the Sean Newman podcast.
Today, I'm joined by Dallas Brody.
Dallas, thanks for hopping on.
Oh, thank you, Sean, for having me.
morning. Well, I was just saying, yeah, like I, so when I reached out to have you back on,
I just finished watching making a killing documentary. I was like, holy man, better, better reach
out to Dallas and see if, uh, you know, we can make something work. And then, you know, since I
reached out, um, we are just over two weeks since that documentary aired. And since then, like,
I'm looking through the chain of events and I'm like, you know, like you, you got removed as
leader. It was announced that
1B.C. is no longer a political party and
legislature. I'm like, what
on earth is going on?
And maybe you can, I hope
you can shed some light on it.
Yeah, it's been
quite a little
time here. I guess it's been the last
10 days now that
the world sort of got turned upside down.
And the
genesis of what happened here
involved a staffer in our party.
who for some months now I had had deep reservations about and concerns.
And on at least three occasions, I had requested that he be removed from the team.
And the reasons were due to his behavior in the office
and views he was expressing around me that were causing me concern.
and the fact that work wasn't getting done, very clearly work was not getting done.
Almost it seemed sometimes purposefully.
And like there was a bottleneck around him that no one could even get the logos for the business cards.
No one could, nothing was moving forward.
And so, but mostly I said, look, we need to get someone new to do this stuff because,
and also I'm concerned about these other things, the viewpoints that were being expressed.
Anyway, I was rebuffed by my chief of staff each time, and the executive director, Paul Rochford, and Tim Tillman's my chief of staff, and they would say, we'll mentor him and we'll manage it, and they'd just sort of managed me off my position and got me basically to go and go away again.
but and I would then work, try and work together to, you know, see the benefits of the
staffer and he had definite skills, very, very talented with a camera, was very, seemed to be
creating some really good, you know, visuals for X content, things like that. And apparently
he was good at writing tweets and that kind of stuff. But then something else would happen. And
it seemed that the, to me, the amount of energy we were putting into maintaining the staffer
was disproportionate to the problems he was causing and the actual role he played in the team
because we have a fantastic team and other people could have been doing the things he was doing
and given the amount of sort of stress he was causing on the team, it seemed,
why don't we just get a new person to handle some of these tech things and maybe
it won't be as aesthetically perfect as you say that his work is but who cares the team is more
important and you know happiness we're just a small team we're only about seven or eight people right
so then ultimately about a week ago um it was a sunday uh and some information came to my attention
i was i'd actually been in church and then someone came out with my church saying does this guy
work for you kind of and he and I said yes and he gave me a printout or something from
Reddit and it was to me I was reading this going and I had like total fear go through my body like
I knew it I knew there was a problem here and it was about the staffer and I am I then went home
from church that day and just typed in the name who is Othman McCluffy and up comes stuff
I mean, you can say, why didn't you do that before?
But, you know, I trust my, but we'll come back to that.
Up comes this article that had just been published on admittedly a left-wing blog post
about this very person.
And anybody who's listening can go and look at it themselves.
There's a lot on this person that, and I was in shock.
And so I sent it to my team and said, you guys, it's time.
This is, I will not, I will not stand by.
what's being this person stands for this is super dangerous to our party these don't reflect my
values on any level and this has to stop and I'm not and I'm not going away this time I want
him fired and then what happened is it had also been discovered that he had been not posting
on my my accounts but posting on Tara's and the main account so the actual if you want to use
the word sabotaging had really started to ramp up where now he was actually deliberately not posting
on my accounts things and only on Tara Armstrong's and the 1BC account and another staffer brought
that to the attention of senior staff and so basically that person got fired and then I got fired
and so now they have a party without Dallas Brody but oh thank God this staffer is saved
I mean, ask yourself, does this make any sense on any level?
I am associated with the brand of 1Bc.
I don't say that out of a sense of ego or this wasn't my planned course in life to be here,
but I have stood up and I have been the leader.
incidentally Territ Armstrong had been offered the leadership at the very beginning of this
because I didn't really want to be leader.
I had never been a leader of a party before and she didn't want to do it.
So at that time when we were forming the party, I agreed to be the interim leader of the party
and that's what I was.
And I have been fulfilling my duties and doing everything that I was needing to do.
And I think I've shown incredible bravery in what I've done as leader because it's one thing to be
behind the scenes writing the questions, but someone's got to go up into that legislative
assembly and actually stand up and do the work. And that takes incredible personal strength
and fortitude because you're in a room where, you know, virtually everybody hates you.
So I have carried out my job, I think, extremely well. And so even recently I had offered,
I sent something and I said, you know, Tara, are you like wanting to be a leader? Because if you
want to take over, do it. But she still said,
no, I don't want it. And I can't remember what gave rise to that conversation like a couple of weeks
ago. But I had said, you know, I'm not here for Dallas Brody. I'm here for this movement.
And I had made that abundantly clear to everyone. So here I am. The party then moves to remove me,
starts casting aspersions on my character and my behavior, which is incredibly bizarre.
And then removes a staffer named Masha Kleiner, who is just an unbelievable staffer.
And it had the ring that they were removing her because she was supporting me and noticing things because she's technologically very savvy.
She's a software engineer who came to work for us.
And other people were noticing things too.
So this is what happened.
And I am right now where it stands is that on Saturday afternoon, Tim Tillman sent a letter to me.
through a lawyer who we both know and trust and the letter said either Dallas Brody will take
the party and we will leave. These are her options. Either Dallas Brody takes the party and we will
leave, namely Tara, Tim and Paul, or we take the party and Dallas leaves. So I opted to take
that I will take the party and they leave. And they gave us a deadline for responding and that
deadline was 5 o'clock on Monday, and they said you have to have all the forms for transition
done that are official with elections, BC, and so on. So that was easy. We did all of that, and we sent a
formal letter saying we are opting to take the party, here are the transition forms, and please
hand over all the information relating to passwords, codes, and so on for the party. So we did
that, and the deadline came and went, and they're now trying to say, well, we did something that
they don't want to now honor the agreement. So they said somebody said something online and that
was against the amicable transition. And then, but we pointed, we've written back to them and say,
wait a second, Tara Armstrong posted at 5 p.m. on Saturday after you made the offer that she had
lost confidence in my leadership. So you guys posted. It wasn't us who was doing it. I mean,
it seems like the the biggest case of gaslighting projection and all of the things that we're
learning about in in psychologies these days that happened to people when they want to destabilize you
and so I right now where it stands is I've just sent a letter back essentially saying we did not
there was no terms in the offer that you made that said there could be no online postings
there was nothing in there and in any event it was you who posted through Tara Armstrong's
count at 5 p.m. on Saturday that she had lost confidence in my leadership. So that's a non-excuse
because you breached it. So if you say we breached it, you breached it too. So in any event,
we've said we'd like to proceed with the orderly transition. The members of 1BC have asked me to
stay on and we are being inundated with letters, emails, text, Facebook posts. It's just,
I've getting letters from across the country saying, please don't quit, please don't go. And I, I, um, you know,
truthfully, you know, quit, is it quitting time? You know, I've thought about that, you know,
is trying to wave the right flag and say, okay, you know, whatever, I've run this leg, I've done it.
But I do have an obligation to the members. And so I want to maintain 1BC, and that's what I plan
to do and move forward. And then in that case, I will sit in the ledge as an MLA. I won't have
official party status because I'll be sitting alone, but I will have a party in the background that I can
continue to grow and hopefully be a place where people who have normal common sense views
that I ascribe to will have a place to go and someone to speak for them.
Okay. I've got a series of questions and hopefully I can put together my thoughts.
I just want to start on, you mentioned a group of seven people roughly in one piece,
one b.C doing all the inner workings, etc. Correct? Yes. When I look at the chain of events
before all this happens, you get removed from the conservatives.
Tara Armstrong is one of the people who stands beside you.
And then you have this small group of people form 1B.C.
And I go, like, it feels like it's just, and I'm sure that this is a stupid question, Dallas,
but I'm like, didn't you just pick up the phone and call Tara and be like, what the heck is going on?
Like, I'm still the same person you stood beside months ago.
why is this going on?
Like is it or has it just been radio silence?
When I did a phone,
I first had texted
who I formally thought
was one of my closest friends on the team, Paul Ratchford.
He had honestly been, aside from Masha,
he had been my closest friend
and confidant and person I had worked so carefully with
and frankly I adored Paul.
And I said, what are you, like what are you doing?
And the whole thing had been kicked
off by a like a gang up by Paul and Tim one Saturday morning after I came out of the gym
and they decided they said Dallas your behavior is the problem I was like what are you guys
talking about and this all blew up it was about Othman and I said you guys this doesn't make any
sense and I kept saying what are you doing what is going on here and they kept it was almost
like they had a script and they kept sticking to it and then when I I uh it was a
unpleasant phone call
to guys
Tara wasn't on that call
saying you know
you're the problem
I'm thinking to myself how come
no one had ever mentioned this to me
in all the months I've been working with you
what is going on here this doesn't make sense
well so then I did try and phone Tara that week and I got
clearly they had all decided already
that whatever this
takeout was going to be was going to happen
and she expressed anger that Masha had exposed the tweets of this staffer in the group chat
and just said, this is unacceptable.
And I said, but I did try and say, Tara, this guy will take our party down.
Like, don't you see that we cannot be associated with these viewpoints?
If they want to take those viewpoints to another party that stands for this, that's fine.
but I do not stand for that.
My policies and where I stand on things are very clear,
and I'm where I need to be.
I don't want to go further this way or that way.
I'm solid where I am.
And she was just like, well, I'm sorry.
I'm not speaking to you about it.
And, you know, the decision's been made,
and it was that kind of chippy, no, I'm not listening to anything,
and that's that.
And so it was very upsetting because I wanted to talk to her about that.
And so I, and I still, I really liked working with Tara and I think she's a brave woman and has taken a lot of hits, as have I.
So it felt, well, I don't know what to say to you.
I've learned in politics, you don't really know who your friends are until something happens and you really find out who's who in the zoo.
And I guess this is where I'm at.
And I'm trying my hardest to just maintain and let the members know that we're going to continue forward.
We're not disappearing.
And if this is an effort to take me out because I'm a threat to the conservative leadership race,
well, they're not going to win because I'm not going away.
And I'm not, never surrender, never give up, never back down and never, never, never, never give up.
I'm just going to stay here and say, no, I know what I'm saying is true.
Um, none of these allegations are remotely rooted in fact.
And so there you have it.
Um, it's, well, I appreciate, I appreciate you like talking to me about it.
Cause I'm like, once again, I wanted to talk about making a killing, right?
Which like, um, Tim Thielman wrote and directed, correct?
Yes. And it's a masterpiece. Tim's work on it is.
and the video and the editor we had it is it is a masterpiece and tim's intellect is is unquestionable
his abilities and the way he formulated that and the work he put in like i've had nothing but
like i i loved i loved him i loved paul i loved our team and now now look it's just insane and it's
all because i kept pushing on this staffer i said he's got to go because all of my radar was going
off i'm not young i've seen a lot in my life and i knew
there was a problem here. And the other thing is that when I would ask questions, like,
what do you mean you worked for somebody in the United States and you can't tell me who you
worked for and you had to sign an NDA? I said, what, who, I want to know more about that.
Stop interrogating him, Dallas. You're like, I'm asking questions. And the answers I get
are confusing. And when you get a confusing answer to a question, there's always a deception going on.
And that is something that you can take to the bank. If you're getting an answer that doesn't make
sense, there's a deception
happening. And I knew that
and any time, and then that's when
they said my behavior was becoming
paranoid. I'm not paranoid. I know when
there's a problem. I'm saying
there's a problem here, like
earth to
whatever, earth
to Mars or whatever, whatever that thing is.
So then, okay, so
where I sit, when you, when, I
forget how you just said that, but when
something... When an answer
doesn't make sense. Thank you.
You know there's a deception going on of some sort.
That applies in every aspect of life, whether it's with your friend or your spouse.
If they're giving you an answer, what do you mean?
That doesn't make sense.
You've been gone for three hours.
You said you were going to the grocery store.
That doesn't make sense.
So there's a deception going on.
Yes.
So where I sit, Dallas, and if you allow me, I just want to read it.
That way the listener can understand what I'm looking at.
Okay.
So this came out on, sorry, September, December 13th.
special resolution of 1B.C. Party Board of Directors.
And it reads, where is the executive director has advised,
here and I'm going to, my eyes are poor, forgive me.
Okay, here we go.
Whereas the executive director has advised the board that there have been
multiple recent attempts by agents instructed by Dallas Brody to obtain control
of party assets without authorization, including multiple attempted breaches of
security systems, communication software, and databases of the party,
whereas MLA Tara Armstrong has advised the board that she has lost confidence in the leadership of Dallas Brody.
Therefore, it be resolved.
The executive directors instructed to commission an external investigation into unauthorized attempts to broach the security systems, communication software, and data brace of the 1BC party.
And number two is Dallas Brody is removed by interim leader of 1BC.
And the thing that came out right before on the same post was special resolution of the 1BC party board of directors.
I apologize to folks. I should have read this first because it allows the second part.
Dated for reference December 13th, 2025, whereas the board is authorized pursuant to section 14.5, the 1BC party constitution to pass a special resolution to amend certain provisions of the constitution during the commencement phase of the party.
therefore be it hereby resolved that the constitution of 1BC party is hereby amended to add the following provision as subparagraph 9.2.3 special resolution of the board of directors provided that 50% or more of the MLAs belonging to the party have not have notified the board that they no longer have confidence in the leader of the party. So they put in a special resolution into the constitution of 1Bc and I pulled up the constitution because I was like it seems really
This seems really strange to me.
I've sat on boards.
This seems really strange.
So if I go to the Constitution, I go to section nine.
It reads, the party leader.
The leader shall be chief political spokesperson for the party
and shall interpret the party principles
and party policies to the public.
9.2.
The office of the party leader shall be vacated by.
9.21.
The resignation or death of the party leader.
Well, that hasn't happened.
Or a leadership review vote resulting in less than 60%
support of the delegates at the general meeting.
As far as I know, there's been no general meeting.
So they added in a special provision that now reads what I read before, special resolution
of the board of directors provided that 50% or more of the MLAs belonging to the party
have notified the board that they no longer have confidence in the leader of the party.
Well, there's only one other MLA.
So one MLA goes, I don't have confidence in her.
And that triggers this.
There's four board of directors, as I see it.
you're one of them, Tim Thielman, Paul Rashford, and Terry Armstrong.
I'm like, so in the same day, they go into the Constitution and go,
how can we get Dallas Brody out, they put in a special resolution, the three vote on it,
because you're obviously not going to vote on that, and they pass it through, then they
remove you.
In the same day, and I go, that is strange to me as a guy who sat on multiple boards
and most of them have to go through exactly what was there before.
a general meeting, right?
Like, do we want Dallas Brodies a leader?
Bring in all the voting members.
Let's have a vote on it and let's remove her.
Okay, that seems pretty...
By the way, which I would abide by.
Like, I'm fine with that.
I'm not some power tripper.
I'm like, I'm doing this at the pleasure of the people who are members of the party.
I'm not holding on to this, like gripping it.
But that was the way to do it.
If you guys really are, but instead they altered the constitution specifically to get rid
of me, and they altered it without even me knowing that it's being altered.
Like, doesn't, you're a lawyer.
I know.
So is Tim.
And this is pretty sharp practice, I'd say.
And, you know, he's still a non-practicing member of the Law Society.
It's pretty sharp practice.
I'm no longer a member of the Law Society.
But this kind of practice, I mean, I don't like it.
But I'm, I just have to say, I don't, it's shocking that it's, it's shocking that
happening and the fact that this is happening and the core sorry my dog's working the core
of the question has to keep coming back to the original the locus of the problem it was my pushing
on this issue about this staffer that caused this blow up because there was nothing else to my
knowledge going wrong in our group there was nothing in fact we were having fun there was lots of
laughter. We were a team. We'd do a big cheer before we went up to the left. It is, so something
about the stabbler is, and the truth will eventually come out about it all. And there are
things coming out drip, drip, drip, drip about his involvement in on previous campaigns.
Like he worked on, there was, we're hearing now, people are calling and saying, you know,
you've dodged a bullet here, you know, like, you know, you need to, you need to know, you need to know that,
Dallas made a good move, demanding his removal.
But instead of my board saying, wow, good job, Dallas, good call.
You were right.
Well, I should be, I should be, they should be saying, Dallas, you were right.
We didn't realize he was in here to do whatever, sabotage me or whatever he was doing,
or that whatever the thing is that was happening here.
It's good that you called us on this because otherwise,
we'd be stuck talking to the media about why we have this person on such a small staff
who has views that are, you know, repulsive to, I would say, 99% of Canadians.
So I, how could I stand there and say, oh, gee, in our team of seven, I didn't know, but I did know.
And that's why I kept asking for him to be removed.
And so it's all, it's all come down to this.
All the rest of it is noise, noise, noise, and for some reason, which has yet
to be revealed, they chose to back this 22-year-old tech person over the leader of their party
who is experiencing incredible success in attracting people to our movement and to our party.
And I was, I was doing, you know, I don't know what else to say.
You're the part, I guess the question I have, and you don't have to walk all through his,
his thoughts, but I'm like, you're the party that's standing up saying things that not 99% of
Canadians aren't for. Certainly that's not the case, but you're saying very uncomfortable things
in Parliament. Like literally, yes. So, so what is it that, that is like this is, we cannot have
this in our party. You're the party that is, that is talking about residential schools, very uncomfortable
topic. Very uncomfortable. You're talking, you know, Tara had made a motion for,
forgive me how it was worded, but the freedom convoy and that, which, you know,
certainly a ton of Canadians are four, but that's an uncomfortable thing in Parliament to
stand up and talk about. I'm, I'm, like, I'm absolutely dumbfounded on this side,
how a group of four people who can go out and talk about those things, all of a sudden,
on something like this, it just explodes. I'm like, how, how,
How does that even, it's not how it happens.
It's like, what the heck was he saying?
They're like, folks, we just got to move away from this.
It's a staff, or it isn't a MLA.
Just make the decision.
Sometimes leaders say, I just can't work with this person.
He annoys me.
It's done.
You don't have to work with everybody.
If it's not good for one person, it can't be good for both.
So let's just say it was just, I just can't work with him for some reason.
I'm not jiving.
You know, a leader should be able to say, it's just not working for me.
could we get somebody else?
Okay, sure.
I mean, I've never had to, you know, remove anybody else.
Like, this is just, I said it's not, I'm concerned.
And at our events, another thing that was happening is at our events, public events,
he started to show up wearing mirrored sunglasses and masks covering his entire face and baseball caps.
And then when I said to him, what are you doing?
Why are you wearing that?
Well, I don't want people to know that I'm working for your campaign.
And then I would say, why?
Oh, well, people are chasing me or are trying to, well, I said, what people are chasing you?
And then there would be some blow-off answer and off.
And then I, but then if I tried to drill down in it, I was told that I was not permitted to, by Tim and Paul, you are not permitted to interrogate him anymore.
I'm like, you guys, I want to know who's chasing him, why he's in disguise, and what, it just,
The whole story is so bizarre.
So I lie awake at night going, not actually I sleep very well, but as a way to sleep
I'm like, the truth will eventually come out and I will be, I will know it.
And, you know, the truth shall make you free.
And it does because I'll be free of the wondering.
But so there's something going on here.
Other people are probably listening to and making their own speculations.
And a lot of people have written to me, Dallas, it's obvious this was a takeout.
It's obvious they've been working with a condition.
conservatives because they want to let, you know, somebody else win the conservative race.
And right now you're too popular.
So the deal was cut to take you out, destroy the party.
And then the conservatives can go on with their leadership race without a threat of Dallas
Brody being over here because my name is popular with a large segment of the population in
BC because of the very way I speak right now, which is complete truth with no holding back.
And so this, so if that's the truth, that's really sad.
but these things do happen in politics I've learned it's a really nasty business I've never been in an environment like this before ever I've never seen such treachery and and behavior and when things don't make sense again the behavior of the board doesn't make sense so what do I go to there's some deception going on here because they even if they don't want to work with me anymore because I'm so horrible they could just say okay just take the party and run it Dallas we're done and Tara Tara could say I just can't stand you and I'm going to go sit alone I'd be like okay
you know I'll just keep going with the party she didn't want it and I'll just keep going but
they seem to be blocking that too so I'm like aha why don't you want the party to exist with me as a
leader because it's powerful but who's threatened by that power I don't know so I'm not giving up
and I'm going to continue to try we've given them another deadline of 5 p.m. tonight to say we want
the party handed over and then after that you know you know I guess
If they don't, the next step is to, well, I won't announce our next step yet,
but probably to call a special general meeting and get all the members to come.
We only, and we do that.
How many, how many members, I don't know if, I assume you can't know the number,
but how many members would, like, if you called an annual general meeting,
how many members are showing up?
Like, how many could show up?
Probably over 1,500.
I don't know how many people have been joining in the last of a while,
but we'd, we'd, uh, we only need her like 170 people to show up for a special general meeting
or something like that. I forget the numbers. But the thing is, it's really not up to them to
decide who's who. They should just put it to a special general meeting. And if people want to
boot me out at that time, they can boot me out then and then, but it needs to be done properly,
not just sort of a takeout by a board that's, that's obviously got conflicts in it. I mean, you can't,
you know, the, the board was never properly constituted because we were really busy and we've been
moving along, although maybe this was by design. I had never been, I'm not a suspicious
person at all. I'm actually a very trusting person, and I never thought that this kind of thing
would happen. That's bad on me. I should have been more careful, but I just thought things
were just going along. And if this was a purposeful design to centralize control over this
party, then that was devious. And so maybe we're seeing the fruits of that planning now. But
I don't know.
What can I say, Sean?
I just have to...
No, I, I, I appreciate you coming on and trying to just let the audience know what is going on.
Because like when I, when I, you know, I know who you and Tara are, right?
I've watched from afar in a different province and been like, oh, that's interesting.
I watched a documentary and I had it shared with me, I can't tell you how many times.
It was a lot.
And I was like, oh, I should get Dallas back on, you know?
And, I mean, in the time it took me to, yes, you're coming on, to actually sitting down with you.
So much has transpired.
I'm like, what is going on?
It almost felt like the documentary came out and then the plan to remove me started.
Well, I'm wondering about pressure because, like, when the documentary comes out, 10 people could have watched it.
We both know that's not what happened because I can tell you full, like, just how many times it got texted me was,
More than that, the amount of times it came through the text line was, I don't know, not insane anymore, but, you know, it struck a chord.
And so then 11 days after that documentary comes out, I assume the pressure went from, you know, I don't know what is an every day for 1B.C.
But the pressure is not exactly comfortable, I could say from afar.
But I assume the pressure went up perceptibly, like it just went through the roof.
When you say pressure, what do you mean by that?
pressure on who um i would think on the members of one bc and by members i mean
yourself tara tim paul like you mean you mean because of the success of the documentary
yes i do um i actually never got to actually we were joyous and happy and it was such an
exciting thing and and more than anything i mean since that document i have i have been
flooded like i've literally on my phone i got 600 texts i've never had
I used to have like maybe 10, 15 sitting there.
It's just been bombarding.
And Facebook, but it's been an explosion of people just saying thank you for doing this.
And so I felt relief that it was finally out there.
I didn't feel pressure about it.
I felt incredible about it.
So in more ways, actually, I felt more relaxed because it was out, it was done.
It was exciting, super well received.
This was a moment for incredible celebration.
and uh but immediately following that then started these these problems and this is the weird part
so um there was a yeah so i i guess um uh forgive me if i'm wrong oh sorry oh i was just going to
say forgive me if i'm wrong on this but the way i'd read and i think uh i want to say it was
rebel news.
I think it was Drea that published it.
Forgive me, I wrote it down and then I didn't put where I got my, but essentially
it said, you fired Tim and Paul.
Is that correct?
Yeah, at the end of last week, when all of this was going down.
Did you think knowing that they're the board members, that this would, that would
turn into what it's become?
Or was it already there?
Well, um,
turn into this, I don't think they expected me to be as strong as I'm being is what I think
happened. And I just said, you know what? I'm going to exercise my position as leadership and
you're fired from my caucus and that's it. This has been the behavior and the treatment of me
and the, because it was like shutting us all out of all of the accounts, deleting people from chat groups.
I mean, it just became this full-on assault by their side.
And the only thing that happened was our privacy director, Gnit, has the passwords to two things, and this is bothering them.
But he's still, there's been no breach of, there's been no breach in the sense that somebody has access to information that they didn't have before.
It's just that they're mad that Gnit has those two passwords or one password.
He's the privacy guy and he's still working with us and he's managing that.
And there's been no breach of anybody's information, but they're trying to, this is also a tactic, a scare tactic, to take something that's really a nothing burger and elevate it to the level of a federal offense to intimidate people.
They've even, they've even threatened criminal prosecution of me.
And they've threatened, have they threatened lawsuits yet?
I can't.
Oh, that I'm defaming them.
I'm like, dudes, have you written, have you read what you've written about me over the last week?
I mean, it's just such projection.
If there's anybody defaming anybody,
it's what you guys have done to me.
But it's like upside down world.
So I'm just maintaining my rock and place
and saying I'll just keep moving through this.
And then we'll just see.
And I have a, you know,
I just would like to enjoy my Christmas, frankly, soon.
And get back to.
Merry early Christmas to you, Dallas.
If you had one final thought,
I assume that you were talking to some of the voting members of 1B.C., right?
Because we have tons of BC listeners.
If you were talking to that group of people,
because that's probably the group that matters the most,
as this is all unfolding, I would assume.
I'll give you that, you know, it's whatever you'd like to say.
Okay, I'd like to say, please understand that I'm doing everything I can
to hold this party together and honor this movement,
are two candidates who have signed up for this
James Davison and Jim McMurtry
are 100% behind me and supportive of this
we are not going to give up it's not going to go away
and if there is a problem I guess and this does dissolve
we will just refund any money that everybody sent
will arrange that immediately
because I don't want to keep people's money
that they donated in good faith to a party
they thought would at least be around for a year
so that I don't want anybody to worry about that part
we will make people good on that side.
But that's the last ditch thing.
I will keep working.
I will keep fighting.
I will not stop being Dallas.
I will be myself.
I have a deep faith.
I am not in a position to try and fool anybody or anything.
I'm going to keep doing the work because the people,
all of you who are members of 1BC,
know exactly what the page I'm on and what we're trying to do here.
And we are the people who have been left out of the place,
conversation and we all know that because even I was left out I didn't feel like I had
anyone to vote for in this province and I think there are a lot of us and we I will continue to
advance all the things that 1BC was doing and just have faith in me and will continue to build
strength and I'll keep fighting and going forward and that's my hope so cross fingers that we
have a party tonight by 5 p.m. and that it'll be handed over in an amicable
in orderly fashion and we can just move forward and I just want to thank everybody for the
beautiful messages you've been sending me and I'm really sorry about this. It's actually
embarrassing. It's embarrassing and should never have happened. So thank you all of you and I guess
I want to say Merry Christmas and God bless you all and I'm going to just be here. Oh, I am going
to Turning Point Amfest tomorrow where I will be down.
there. I don't know if you've ever heard that, but it's a really fun event every December that I
go to and I'll be posting some pictures from there. Billboard Chris is going to be down there and
that'll be fun. Dallas, appreciate you coming on and in the future, you know, if there's more
developments, please, I don't know, you got time to come on here and talk about it because I know
a lot of people were messaging me about it as well and just appreciate you giving me some time
today. Okay. Thanks, Sean. And Merry Christmas. And God bless. Merry Christmas to you as well.
