Welcome to the MASHO
Tell me whether I'm wrong or right
Easter west up or down side to side
I sit to stand and fall to fly
Of all of my impulsive plans
Popping locking salsa dances on demand
I follow leading off the map
I stop the chatter scream happily
Welcome to the MASHup
Welcome to the MASSup
Welcome to the MASH up
Ladies and gentlemen
I had to go to the ER
Everything's fine
it wasn't even me, but I spent most of the evening and night in an emergency room in Calgary.
And if you are not an extremist yet, but you think you might want to be and you're not quite sure how to get there,
you just spend like five, six hours hanging around with crazy out of their mind crackheads.
and you look at all of the time, effort, and money that get spent on just making sure that they're not going around fucking things up.
It's insane.
It's absolutely fucking insane.
And then when you realize that the reason why you're there for one quarter of a sidereal day is because there's spent all of their time managing the fentanyl fold people.
It's unbelievable.
And I think I kind of understand.
where all the pro lockdown people were during this whole vaccination argument,
where they're like, look, we should be allowed into the hospital first.
And if there's any time after that, then maybe you can come in.
But if there isn't, fuck it, you die.
That's kind of where I'm at.
That's kind of where I'm at.
And all it takes is one trip there and you'll be in the same boat as me.
Tooth.
I'm having issues.
I'm having issues on this side.
so that's why I'm a little slow.
It doesn't want to roll.
Sorry, Rumble.
I changed everything.
It's saying you suck.
And I'm arguing with a computer on this side.
So welcome to mashup 2-23.
I'm going to try and get that going here.
I'm with the computer.
You do suck.
I'm coming live from,
I don't know if you can see it behind me,
but it's pouring rain out right now.
We're in P.E.I.
I got to give a couple of shout-outs here.
First, happy birthday to my oldest brother, Jay.
It says 50th today.
Tews turns the big 5-0.
Oh, really?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So, happy birthday to my oldest brother.
I got to give Captain Chris.
He took us out yesterday tuna fishing.
We did not catch the big tuna, which, you know, a little disappointed.
But the kids did catch, like, a ridiculous amount of codfish.
Like, it was a bit insane.
So that was cool.
And then...
Like with net, or were they casting?
No, no, like, cats.
But it had, I don't know, like three hooks on it, and they'd come up with like three fish all the time.
It's just like, poop.
There's just like, dip it in, pull it up, dip it in, pull it up.
It was like a river jig kind of thing or what?
I don't know what it was.
You're asking me.
Patrick, where are you at?
No, I'm not in.
I'm sorry, that's another shout out to Wayne, Patrick's dad.
I'm sitting in his house.
And you were looking at me like the way, like what?
If Tews is on there, he'd be in there.
What do you got there?
What do you got?
What kind of allures are you used in there?
I don't know.
It was on a fishing rod.
They dipped it in.
They pulled it out.
It was pretty crazy.
What, too?
Just say it.
I just want to know more about the rigging, man.
You know what?
You worry about the lures.
You spend all your time obsessed with the worms,
but I want to know.
I want to know what they were using for the hookings.
Well, I tell you what, I'll find out if any of a pat or Laura's listen to this.
They can text me right now, okay?
They're sitting like literally 100 yards off that way and I show out to Pat and Laura for letting us.
No, the ocean's that way.
Okay.
You're on Prince Edward Island.
Literally every direction you point in is the ocean.
Well, I shout out to Pat and Laura as well.
They know who you are and they get to party with you or something.
I don't know.
It seems like everybody seems to have ran into twos at some point at the forum, probably in the Saskatchewan Bush party or somewhere in there.
I've heard that I'm a fun person to imbibe the wobbly pop with.
I've got my own shoutouts, by the way.
No, no more shoutouts allowed.
We got to move on.
Okay, all right.
Wade and Linda, though, drop by to introduce themselves,
and it was pretty cool.
They told me about their son Warren,
and I really appreciated that.
It was a very good conversation.
Okay.
And so, yeah, I guess, okay, fine.
whatever no more shutouts
congratulations
on making it to 223
episodes
love the no BS takes and all the comic relief
especially love
and that's it
that's what it was said
yep
yeah that was her
you don't want to show the end of the video
that was the end of the video
I don't know if I believe you
I don't care
I want to see the end of the video
I know. Come on.
Let's see the end of it.
Let's see the end of two.
You can't do this to start the show.
It's a massive 2, 2, 3.
Hello, everyone.
Don't we want to see the end of the video?
Airborne Friday, ladies and stop it.
Now, go back.
Go back and let's see it.
It was.
It was the end of it.
And you got a terrible poker face.
Let's see the end of the video.
I got a good chest face, though.
That was the end of the video.
So anyway, Airborne Friday, folks.
Happy Airborne Friday, everyone.
Now, let's see the end of the bloody video.
What do we do it?
So look, let's have a little bit of respect for Airborne Friday, Sean.
Uh-huh.
All right.
All right.
This is what the new $20 bill is going to look like.
Kind of a mixed bag because we got the king on there that costs us, what, like $70 million a year once you account for all the governor generals and the reminting and the security details whenever they come visit and all that stuff.
But you see that on the back of it?
I'm looking.
You don't, you don't recognize the shape of the thing on the back of the bill.
No, I don't.
Should I?
It's a new SpaceX rocket, Sean.
There you go.
What?
Yeah.
Yeah, it was, it's, it's like, it's a cling on worship.
That's, that's what's on the back of it, Sean.
You fucking Muppet.
You're not going to tell me what's on the back of it?
You're just going to be at anybody more?
Really?
Really?
Nobody.
Kling on worship.
That's what we're going.
Why are we talking about it during airborne Friday?
Well, I assume it's something military to us, but you could just tell me what is.
No, you know, you're going to hold this over me.
Oh, is it?
Okay.
All right.
All right.
All right.
Hey.
All right.
Chill.
All right.
Cool.
Vernon.
The cadets.
They posted this on the Instagram.
and it got international mockery.
Pete Hague, Seth, right?
I mean, yeah.
So look, I get the fact that we want to meet our NATO obligations of 2%.
But putting a woman of this size in the Air Force
and then combining that with the carbon tax that we're paying
is not the best way to allocate these files.
I'm just going to go ahead and say it.
Like she'd be great.
She's exactly the kind of person you want to be fighting alongside of
because there's always cover to be found.
And Sean?
I'm annoyed.
Keep going.
You're annoyed with this?
No, I'm annoyed with things happening on the back end.
I'll give me one second here.
Okay.
So Sean can kiss my back end.
And in the meantime,
I just want to thank her for her room service.
And if you think that I'm being mean or callous for mocking her,
it's,
here's the thing.
I had somebody say,
I was joking about it.
Somebody said,
are you even Canadian?
Well,
apparently,
Canadian in this day and age means to ignore the incredibly obvious,
to pretend it isn't happening right in front of you,
and to just go along with something no matter how stupid or out of place it looks or is.
And in that sense, you know what?
I'm really not Canadian.
I'm not at all.
This person is supposed to be an example for the cadets.
And she's an example of what not to do.
And we need to hold, I get the fact that it takes a bit to volunteer for something like this.
You know, regardless, like even if it's just cadets,
It's a time commitment, and you've got all these different levels all the way up to enlistment,
and that is not nothing.
But hold yourself to a modicum of respectability because you're out there representing us,
and you're not invisible despite the sheer amount of camouflage that you're wearing.
Okay.
Now, here's a perfect example.
What happened with that?
This woman shimes in and says, it's fucking awful.
And these are young cadets.
she's not the cadet that nobody's talking about the cadet.
They're talking about the large woman beside her.
Shame on the Canadian conservative influencer who initiated this abuse.
Apparently is bad to fat shame people.
But here is her literally doing the same thing to Donald Trump.
They always have receipts.
Now, as far as the Coot 6.5 goes,
man convicted of manslaughter instead of murder
in killing on Starbucks patio.
He's not been sentenced yet, to be clear.
So what happened was, was he was sitting on the Starbucks patio, and he decided to roll a spliff.
And then somebody said, hey, you can't do that.
And he pulled out a knife and stabbed the guy in the chest and throat six times and was then convicted of manslaughter.
You know, the funny thing is, is that he said that he was fearing for his life.
This unarmed man approached him.
and he feared for his life and he defended himself with a knife.
I don't know too many people who get murdered in broad daylight with bare knuckles,
but the fact that you were afraid for your life and that that was seen as a viable defense in this
to downgrade it from second degree murder to manslaughter.
Tell me, tell me, tell me why this doesn't apply to people defending their homes and their families.
it's a good point too sorry i'm back now folks i know um i'm sorry you're back too
had a couple of things going on um yeah the uh it's a very very good point right like okay
so he's defending himself out in the middle of public he could stab a guy that many times
and all of a sudden that's not that you know yeah somebody breaks in the house it's a very
very uh sensible point actually um one of the things um the the fight lasted uh 28 seconds he
stabbed him six times and her reason for the judgment, she said he went too far.
He was no longer acting himself to defense, but he was acting in the heat of the moment,
likely disinhibited and angry and responding to a situation where he perceived his life was in danger.
And yeah, but then it goes on to say that like he, all of his story made zero sense, right?
So everything he taught, he lied, he contradicted itself.
Correct.
None of it made sense.
right so well hopefully we have better news in the coot 6.5 oh wait we the fuck do not man connected to
falkland drug lab pleads guilty to trying to send boxes of drugs to the philippines and you may
remember we covered this this was like the canadian breaking bad super meth lab that had all the
crazy stuff in it correct and so what happened the follow out for this is that one man
was charged with trying to mail drugs to the Philippines.
All of that stuff, that giant bust, the half a million in cash,
the booby traps, the explosives, the weapon.
All of that, the entire fucking compound that was just a giant fucking mega warehouse of drug creation.
One man.
This is the final scene of blown away all over again.
Did you see his name?
it was Jeff Bridges.
Yeah, he's been in a lot of other movies too.
The one man arrested you, jackass.
I did, and then now it's telling me that I'm behind a paywall to open it up again.
Can you breathe sing and the hour?
That's right.
There's the one guy.
You think there was other guys there, but they weren't all sing, so they just thought, well,
we'll just release that there was one guy and it'll be a sing.
Like, do you think they're just like tuned in the mashup and they're like,
Man, maybe we'll just leave it as one guy.
Sing with me, sing for the years.
Sing.
Yeah, well, obviously, if his name's sing, he's the one who's guilty.
There's something wrong with him.
All right.
Some rapid fire news.
No, no, no, no.
Well, was this in rapid fire?
This was in rapid fire.
You want this in.
It doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
Sass Crown says killer engaged in vigilante justice when he shot a man in the back of the head.
I mean, I'll read it.
Fox shot Lee Bear Sears in the back of the head and then dumped his body at a field on
Palm Maker, Korean Nation. Now Fox is waiting to find out how many years he will spend in prison
until he's eligible for parole. The 29-year-old was convicted of second-degree murder after a trial
earlier this year in Battlefield Court of King's Bench. The cousin testified that when he asked
Fox what was going on, Fox said we body the Skinner three or four times and then I
bodyed a Skinner one time. Wempe said there was evidence that Skinner is
a slang term used to describe a child molester.
The agreed facts in the trial included that beer,
bear seers had been charged with sexual assault for allegedly inappropriately touching a young person.
A police also found a message on Fox's phone.
So beer sears is the guy that was killed and Fox was the guy who killed him.
So beer seers had been charged with sexual assault for allegedly inappropriately touching a young person.
And then police also found a message on Fox's phone.
he'd sent on January 19th, 2024 from his Facebook profile that stated that he'd been sexually
assaulted when he was younger and that he'd put people who committed sexual assault under
the dirt where they belong.
Yeah.
So, I mean, granted, I don't, there wasn't really, this is a CBC article.
And it goes into extreme detail pushing you the exact opposite direction of everything that you
want to hear to understand this situation better, which I found to be just absolutely fascinating.
So you have a story of somebody who murdered a dude, shot him in the back of the head,
who supposedly may or may not have been a child molester.
I'm not sure.
It never gets into that.
But that was the whole deal.
And you're like, okay, right on, right on.
And so then the whole.
back half of the article is all about the mitigating factors.
It talks about the residential school system and why this is a consideration for this guy to be
sentenced and the abuse he faced as a child, how he tried to run away with it.
And then he had issues with the government institutions that were supposed to be there to help him.
And all of that.
And not did he or did he not kill a child molester?
CBC spent so much time and effort going in the exact opposite direction of anything that anybody
would want to hear about this.
Just in an attempt to move the narrative towards he had a really hard life.
Not did he kill a fucking child molester?
Because that's what I want to know.
Because that to me is the fundamental thing.
That should be by far the biggest part of this story.
and it's just, it's so far down before it even mentions it.
It doesn't even get into the, the skinner part of it,
and then the, and then, uh, it's believed to be slang.
Well, when you get into that for, for like three, four paragraphs.
Pull, do you got it sitting there to go back to the top?
When, when you first, uh, keep going, keep going, keep going.
Crown says killer engaged in vigilante justice when he shot a man in the back of the head.
When you see the picture, you think,
I don't know what other people think.
I don't even hear vigilante.
I'm like, it's gang related.
It's something.
Yeah, absolutely.
And then you read down and like,
they literally got them in the vehicle
and shot them in the back of the head.
I mean, like, it ain't this.
It is pretty,
you're thinking, you're still thinking
this is gang violence.
It sounds like the guy was on drugs.
Like at no point,
you have to go down the article
to find everything Tuesday is talking about.
That's what you're trying to say.
Or that's what you are saying.
And it just kind of mentions it in passing
and then gets on to the whole, you know, institutional
disadvantages that he had and everything like that.
Yeah.
But you're right.
Like the front and center picture of this dude,
he's got tattoos across his face.
You're like, well, that's exactly what I thought.
And I was just reading it out of, I don't know,
morbid curiosity.
And then I'm like, oh, shit.
Dude with the tatted up face killed a child molester.
Yeah, because he was molested as a kid.
Yes, as seems tough.
Yes.
That sounds like the primary motive.
for what he did.
Yeah.
Sounds like he was must as a kid, and he said,
if he ever finds one,
he found one, and he took care of business.
And that's,
that's what he was doing.
That's what a normal person would
move that story around and
try and expand on, but they're just like,
no, no, no, no, no, no, residential schools.
Correct.
Okay, Canada lost 42,000 jobs in August,
stats can says,
surprising economists.
You know what?
And actually, given the breakdown of it, it surprised me too.
I was not expecting this because Canada is a shit show.
But by the way, can you hear me better today?
Yeah, I can.
Okay, good.
You got the mic plugged in or what?
Yeah, yeah.
I just gave it a little jiggle, a little tap, tap, tap, tap, tap.
And, you know, I took the plug out when, and then put it back in like it was legend of Zelda.
Perfect.
Yeah, perfect, yeah.
So almost all of the jobs lost this month were in the public sector.
The public sector bled jobs this month.
And the majority of them were in fucking Quebec.
19,000 to be specific.
I was not expecting that.
I mean, it should almost be the happy news.
And I get the fact that there's people who have a more nuanced, gentle belief in the public sector.
but I feel like you could drop it down to about 73 people
and there would be no meaningful change in the ongoing
bureaucratic operations of this country.
Well, we probably wouldn't be at a trade war with the U.S.
if we'd knocked it down to 73 people.
We're going to get into the trade war later, Sean.
I know, I know, I know, I know.
Okay, okay, yeah.
Chilwack father claims exposure to fentanylite smoke led to his daughter.
medical episode.
And this is,
this is just an awful story.
A Chilawak father says his 11-year-old daughter
was admitted to hospital
less than two weeks ago after she allegedly
exposed to drug smoke
involving fentanyl while she was playing inside
her fence backyard neighborhood where
two supportive housing buildings are located.
Something wasn't right.
She went limp.
She was blue.
He helped revive her.
They could take her to the hospital
and it's found out that
she had fentanyl and meth exposure.
Yeah.
So there's so much crack and fentanyl and meth and all that.
I'm not really sure the finer points of it,
but that's probably a good thing.
But there's so much of that shit being smoked in her neighborhood
that she got, what do you call it,
where you got like that secondary, like, you know,
where you're not the one smoking it, but you get high to?
Yeah, she got that from crack.
She's like some six-year-old kid who's now got a crack problem
because she was playing on the trampoline in her backyard
and enough of the smoke wafted over to get her high as a kite.
Yeah, and I think to make it, if that isn't bad enough,
I'm pretty sure she's special needs to.
I'm sure I read that in the article.
But he didn't get into the finer points of it.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, that could be anything.
from just being like, well, she's really special because she's my daughter all the way up to
she has autism, rabies, and a second head.
Anywhere in between.
Yeah, well, regardless, you're just like, holy crap, where are we at?
Federal government admits two trans inmates charge.
Wait, wait, where?
Hold my beer here.
Hold my beer, all right?
Federal government admits two trans inmates charged with sexual assault after transferred to
women's prison.
I think everybody saw that coming, twos.
Well, apparently the two women didn't.
Or they couldn't escape it.
Here's your bunk mate, Bill.
Yeah.
She is stunning and brave and has an eight-inch cock.
What the hell are we doing in this country?
I don't know, man.
I don't know.
Every time I'm like,
we've hit the bottom.
I was sitting out on a boat fishing for tuna
with a whole bunch of fishermen.
It was awesome.
And we're all talking about when do we hit bottom?
That's a very good question.
Because every week you read these headlines in your legs.
Those trans inmates were asking the same thing on those girls.
You know, on some fundamental level,
I could appreciate what they're doing.
Like I had the thought last night.
I was looking around all the people coming and going in this hospital.
And I'm like,
it's all chicks and gay dudes.
If you wanted to pick a profession where you could just kind of just face very little
competition at all in the area, you should just go be a doctor or a nurse or some kind
of a person who works in a hospital because you've got all these women and what little
men there are, just by the way they walk and they're man buns, you can tell that they have no
interest at all in in pursuing any of of the ladies who worked there and it's just it's it's a blue
ocean you've got your pick of them and this is exactly what these trans inmates are doing like
let's let's go to a place where we are the most spectacular specimens in the entire area
I mean it's the same thing they do in sports right if we go here we'll be the best
right if you are the only weiner inside of that barbed wire fence you're the best option any of those inmates have and the weird thing is is even with all that apparently the women wanted nothing to do with it because it's not like the story isn't two trans inmates are having all kinds of fun all over the place it's two trans inmates are raping chicks chuck's here Chuck is here
Um, we're going to get to that.
Woo back.
Let's bring Chuck in for a little bit of fun, shall we?
Chuck Pradnik, welcome to the show.
How are you doing, sir?
Hey, good to see you guys.
I'm doing well.
Hey, Chuck.
Well, um, you know, I, um, let's do the cops with the shoot a donkey before we get into trade stuff and some of the comments coming out of like, you know, military and the Mac and like they're going to invade us and all the things and Canada elbows up and all that stuff.
Uh, cops shoot a donkey while looking for a missing.
kid. Yeah, okay, here we go.
We're not going to be able to explain this better than this guy.
So here we go.
Late Saturday night into early Sunday morning, an officer with the Cedar Town Police Department
responded to a request for assistance from the Polk County Police Department in searching
for a missing child.
During that search, it is with heavy heart that I report, a Cedar Town police officer shot and killed a donkey that was in its own pasture.
I cannot imagine the grief and frustration that the tragic loss of he-haul has caused.
But I want our community to know what we are doing now.
I have contacted the Georgia Department of Agriculture's Law Enforcement Division, and they are conducting an independent investigation.
The officer that was involved has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of that investigation.
Now, I mean, obviously this is nothing to laugh at.
this is this is very serious okay this isn't some tiny thing like a miniature donkey okay
you can't just you can't just do something like this in a pasture and then bail yeah yeah
there's a lot we're going wrong with that i mean at least they didn't pin the donkey up
and torture it for several months with hay bales and then go in and gun it down in the middle of the
night. At least they didn't do that and then not apologize or take any ownership of it.
But it's private property. Regardless of the instance or the situation that led you to be there,
especially in the United States, you got a lot more property rights than we do.
They're lucky there wasn't a full-on, you know, anybody that generally owns animals, Canada or the U.S.
is also a gun owner.
So I mean, they're lucky
Didn't go a whole lot more sideways than that
And I feel I feel bad for the family
That lost something that was clearly important to them
And we all have pets
We all anybody that owns animals, farmer
Or just regular pet owner
You know what they mean to you
I mean
Hopefully there's something done to make this up to them
Not that you can but
Well, I mean you really can't
And the thing about it is
Heaha
You know he was a staple of nearby
Petting zoos and things like that
like this is this wasn't just a this wasn't just something in the pasture this was a
yeah a small member of the community and a miniature donkey like i get the fact that
there isn't an animal in the world you want to get kicked in less than a donkey
a donkey will fucking wreck you for those of you who don't know but keep in mind
that this is the uh large forehead and pudgy fingered sized
donkey.
Yeah, I just don't even
even an aggressive donkey
and they can be pretty
territorial. This was a mini donkey.
Is it a mini donkey? Like, what is it going to beat up
your kneecap? Like, I mean, I just don't understand
where use of force like that is
just back off the donkey. I mean,
officers reportedly
attempted to taser it.
Oh, gosh. Until they, until they shut it dead.
I just hear in confidence, that's
all I hear from. That's unbelievable.
I get it. You're looking for a kid and everything. I just
here in confidence. I'm sorry. I know
this is someone's pet, but every time two says
he-ha, I mean,
come on.
I tell you, like, you're all pet owners.
I'm a pet owner. I would,
I would end. It would go
sideways if somebody messed with my pets.
Well, fair enough, Chuck.
Fair enough. Fair. Absolutely. Okay. Now,
the reason I brought Chuck on, okay,
there was multiple reasons. One we've already seen.
The cadet, you got Pete Hague, Seth,
commenting on the Canadian military, the cadets.
You've got, forgive me the U.S. Navy getting, I'll scroll down and find it.
That's coming up in a little bit.
Well, I know, but I kind of wanted to bring Chuck on to talk directly to that, too.
That's why I'm bringing them here.
You know, you follow what I'm throwing down?
All right, all right.
So it's, oh, shit.
It's U.S. Admiral Samuel Papero.
Did you see this?
Did you see this, Chuck?
When the reporter asked him about invading Canada.
Yes, and he's like, what are you talking about?
And he says that it's...
Oh, you want to bring it up?
You want to bring it up.
All right.
We could actually show it.
Show it.
What circumstances would you obey in order to launch military action against Canada?
Yeah.
I find that, I find that scenario to be absolutely and utterly preposterous.
And so I follow the orders of the commander in chief, but that is a needlessly emotional question.
Emotional question.
I'm saying it too, is that is that Canada is a close ally.
Thank you.
I'm sorry, I don't mean to be insult to you, but.
You didn't answer the question.
I said I followed the orders of the president,
and I find it to be a, would you ask me please also
what my attack plans are for the Martians?
You want to dismiss it by all means.
Yes, sir.
I don't dismiss you, I don't dismiss you,
but I do dismiss the question.
I'm sorry?
I don't think that's the right approach at all.
This is a serious question, but a serious issue.
We had threats of annexation.
I know it's not.
I know it's not bad.
I know it's not bad.
You should.
So, yeah.
That was that.
And then...
You know what's interesting is the coward standing beside him.
She said nothing.
She didn't interject.
You know, like, that's a stupid question.
She didn't, she didn't, you know, try to stand beside him in any meaningful way to say,
look, we're allies that you couldn't.
ask a dumber question.
Americans don't think about us, contrary to what our social media and our politicians
are trying to ramp up for some ridiculous reason, they don't think about us.
Our GDP is like less than Texas when we talk about like scale of money that Canada is going
to lever over top of the U.S.
No or not.
We're the ones that are going to become economically destitute without a real ally as a neighbor
and friend because people want to score some political points.
Check out the headlines.
Check out the headline of this article.
US Admiral Dodges questions about attacking Canada,
but acknowledges he would follow Trump's orders.
Yeah.
Based on that that that we just had,
that video we just played,
that was the headline on the article written about it.
Also, oh, it just went away.
It just went away, but Silver Gold Bull was advertising on the side of this.
article. It's on the right on the top.
Right on the top. Oh, it's on the top
too, though. There you go. SGB.
Yeah, SGB. Chuck,
for people who are listening, who is
the lady standing beside him? She's
our chief of defense staff,
or, yeah, chief of defense staff.
And I'm not going to get too
deep into it. I think we've probably talked about it
offline before, but
she has a record
of a record
of not doing
so well when she was stationed in
Iraq on an American base and they came under indirect fire attack mortars and her performance
and I've heard and I've heard this firsthand from dudes who were there Canadians who a couple
of them are still in so they can't exactly come forward and say well this is true but it was enough
of a stir between what they've said quietly and what some Americans who were there said openly
that when she was being appointed to her position,
that the government had to actually come out
and say there's no truth to her performance issue
under this indirect fire attack.
But she was appointed as a DEI hire,
and not because she's a woman or whatever the hell.
I don't give a shit.
I serve with lots of great women.
I served with lots of great women
who did amazing things throughout my time in the military.
We all had great experience.
across the board and some negative ones
but with men and women too. It doesn't matter.
I'm not trying to say anything about that.
I don't give a shit about that.
What I care about is her performance
and what she's done to our military at this point
is just neutering.
I mean, you've seen the picture of the
the slightly overweight lady
at the cadet camp.
Mildly overweight,
slightly gravitationally challenged there.
Yeah, that's her.
She's not gravitationally challenged.
She's doing pretty,
well for herself. I tell you what, if we ever
get invaded by Ozepic, she's the only
person who can beat it.
Dude, her fucking
forearm looks like it's a cangle.
Like, it's, I don't, I don't understand,
I don't understand it.
And I'm not, this is going to sound like I'm picking
on her, I'm not, you know,
she's got whatever going on that
she's got going on, but.
Thyroid issues? Yeah, yeah, it's always a thyroid.
Early onset diabetes?
It's not early onset, dude.
I think it's full ravaging.
But the seafood diet.
Yeah, we could go on for days here.
Look, there were always, I served from 91 to like 2011-ish, somewhere in there, just over 20-5 years.
There were fat people, and there's always been fat people in the Army here and there.
And at least there was a recourse fact, then you could put them on remedial PT,
You could have administratively direct them to improve with, you know,
with some cause and effect and carrot and sticks.
Shuffle them away from the carbs?
Well, there were things you could do.
And to improve their, look, this is a health thing, too.
This isn't just making fun of these 72% of our military now that's considered overweight or obese.
Imagine that.
We're not talking 7%.
We're talking 72%.
And having seen some of them on parade recently in NB,
person, that's not far off.
Look, it looks like Tiananmen Square.
She's, she's in charge of people.
She's an officer.
She's representing the uniform and the flag.
She's supposed to be an ideal that the people that work for her are meant to achieve.
That's not setting the right message at all.
And this is what happens when you do away with standards.
Look, like I said, when I was in, there were fat people then too.
And we'd see the, we not necessarily, not in the infantry.
so much, although there was a couple of fluffy guys, and they got chained horribly to either losing
the weight or getting out. And that sounds like, it sounds like what it sounds like, but I'm not going
to war with, you know, Jabba the Hut. It just doesn't work. Like, somebody's going to die
trying to save them. And then we'd see these units going on in March that were non-infantry units,
and they'd be doing their yearly, you know, their BFT or whatever, you know, challenge they were
doing. And they all,
looked like a yard sale pretty much. The gear falling off, them rucksacks falling apart.
You could go behind them and pick up extra gear if you wanted because they were basically
dumping it. But you would see this group of them at the back. The really out of shape and
overweight ones are the mentally weak ones. And they wouldn't even have their ruck on or their gear
on or their weapon anymore because somebody else in their unit was carrying. This is a liability.
If she was a fucking firefighter, would all these politicians be online right now defending
this? They'd be like, no, she can't.
She's not coming in to save anyone.
Well, it's the same for anybody that's in the garage
door. Well, it may be.
If you can wedge her in there,
or shoehorn her in. But I mean, at this
point, it's become so
indoctrinated into our people
and the military that this is acceptable
that, you know,
they're just going to defend and defend and make
excuse and obscure,
obsccape. But look, it's not like
Hegseth went around and doctored
a pitcher. This was posted
and reposted many, many times by our own military,
he just said,
this is real. That's all he said, this is real.
And people lost their ever,
as they should lose their mind,
because you're paying for this chick,
and others like her,
to represent.
Your taxpayer dollars going right there.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
Look, I was, about a month ago,
I was in Regina Beach,
Jamie and Willie Mack put on the 20th anniversary
for Task Force Orion.
And there was probably,
I don't know,
they'd have better scale numbers than I do,
but in the three days I was there,
I saw about 150 different dudes, roughly, give or take,
the average age, mid-40 to mid-50,
some older, some younger.
And about 90% of those guys
could still put on the kit they had 20 years ago
and still do the job,
and I would put them up against any cross-section
of our current military right now
and outperform them.
And that's no joke, that's not a flex,
that's not, that's the state of things
that these guys now
who are in this aged out,
group most of whom have busted everything broken everything no cartilage left in them kind of
guys can still outperform and are still performing today you know what i mean they could still fit their
kit and still do the job and what are you putting on she there's nothing you i'd like to see them
wedge a helmet on to that thing it's a glacius plate for fuck's sake so you're not going like it's
just and she's not the only one she's taking the brunt of it and that's i i actually feel bad for her
for taking the brunt of it.
Yeah, it's been a broadside attack.
It has been.
But, and it's not going to have changed anything.
Look, two of my buddies that were at this event, they're still in.
And they are, they've reached some pinnacles in their career.
So I'm not going to mention names or anything like that, but they, uh,
there's no hope of changing this.
And it's getting worse.
I'm not going to get into all that right now, but the, the situation's getting worse with
what the government is now implementing, that I don't even know if it's been like
officially rolled out or publicized or it's probably been released in some little thing
that nobody's read, but it's only getting worse boys.
Like she's, the 72% obesity is a norm.
And of course, this is what we rally behind.
This is what we choose to rally behind.
And they want to talk about the cadets and this.
Look, cadets is a great program.
A lot of cadets go on to join the reg army.
But if this is the example you're said,
And a lot of the guys that were at this, you know, a lot of Patricia's used to go out and
teaching Vernon, B.C. and other cadet camps, showed them the rope, spend the week,
spend them a couple months in the summer out there, putting them through the paces.
And those folks, men, women, would join when they came of age.
A lot of them did, the percentage.
And you got generally the people with the right mindset because they're like, well, I've been
through this.
And I wanted to become X, Y, or Z in the military because I'd seen the example these people
set for me.
What is she setting an example?
And her, others like her setting the example.
It's that we have no standards.
And it's okay to have no standards.
Look, I've got a ton of friends who were grievously wounded overseas,
either lost legs, whatever parts no longer work in the way they should
because they got blown apart.
And they were forced out of the military due to, you know,
universality of service and terms of all this shit that the army threw at them,
the government threw at them, like, no, you can't.
You can't do your march.
You can't keep up.
You can't keep up.
But they got booted.
I have friends who were promised by Hillier.
Another reason I'm not, I know Jamie and Willier, Hillier fanboys, and that's fine.
I'm not.
I'm not.
And there's a number of reasons why I'm not.
And one of them is that he promised these guys before they were wounded on that tour
to their fucking face, you get wounded over here.
It doesn't matter what the wound is.
We're going to keep you boys.
We're going to keep you.
I stake my word on it.
They're gone.
They all got booted.
They all got the boot.
And these guys wanted to stay for the most part.
You know, one of them missing both legs.
Still, and they kept him for a couple years.
We re-opted him over into the intelligence trade.
Did fantastically at it.
No, you're booted.
You can't do the march.
Well, is she, where she marching to besides the steam line to have a gripper when she gets there?
You know?
You're absolutely right.
But I will say the one good thing about this is that if they get more people like this in the military,
the sexual assault allegations are just going to dry right up.
It's not going to be an issue anymore.
Well, I don't know.
It's not universally bad.
There is a silver lining.
I think with the platoon's worth of foreign soldiers that they're training,
you guys have all seen that story where they don't even, they don't speak English.
they will not listen to females that are put in charge of them.
Yep.
Like, this is the other side of what we're doing to our military right now.
And at the same moment, we're jinnying up some ridiculous animosity with the U.S.
Look, they don't give a shit about us.
What they do give a shit about is how compromised we are.
And we should be pretty focused on that, but the government doesn't want to focus on that.
they're going into bed with China
every other day. How many MPs
now besides the 11 are compromised?
Who knows?
And of course
Trump's going to say what he says. This is what
he does. He says it to everyone.
But Carney was very
savvy, stepped away from the deal that
they had the handshake on. It was like, I'm going to
score me some political points because I'm not winning in
Quebec right now. Going to turn these
French guys with onto my team again.
It's ridiculous.
And now we're all going to
suffer because of it. One more reason
to vote for separation if you're in Alberta.
Well, I mean, they did turn things around.
There was the three by-elections.
They swept them all, including that one in Ketibu-B-D-D where something,
they got the head of the dairy cartel to run for the Liberal Party in a place that has
5% of Quebec's share of the dairy cartel.
Yeah.
And then lo and behold, he fucking wins.
That's so weird.
if there's anything we have a surplus of of this country is dairy products and oil and somehow we're fucking them both up i i don't get it and and belts apparently yeah but the other part of that too is like trump is now going to it's funny because it's happening to dug ford that mongloid that you know trump is not these a lot of things but he's not dumb when it comes to these matters
you know our car is being made with foreign metal and foreign parts and then packaged here and then shipped south the states and he's saying nope we're not doing that no more well it's going to put i don't know what that's going to do to ontario but reap that whirlwind you know as you're protesting lake america there chubby fat gudski like like honestly like that guy i mean and he he's what passes for a conservative in ontario
In Ontario.
In Ontario, the important distinction.
Yeah, in Ontario.
Yeah.
It, it doesn't, it boggles the mind, honestly.
I mean, well, we've got our own here in the old Jason Kenny doing these.
Well, whoa, whoa, before we get into separation stuff.
Maybe just fat people in general with a problem, really is what we're coming down to.
It could be.
California beer heist.
We were talking last week.
No, no, no, no, no.
Real quick, real quick.
I don't know if you were tuning in for the start of this, Chuck.
But did you see this yet?
I've seen, yeah, I've seen this.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So we've actually got, um, uh, you know, Sean and I were talking about it before.
And we've got to do $20 bill with the king on the front and on the back of it is a Klingon warship.
Sean didn't recognize it.
The memorial?
I didn't recognize the memorial.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Honestly, that bill is so ugly though I don't think a stripper would take it.
It's just, it's like what are you going to like?
It's worthless.
So there's that.
It is worthless.
What are we at now for standard of living compared to the U.S.?
Something we're down to 70 or 71% now?
71%.
Yeah, 71%.
It's the lowest it's been since 1946.
Yes.
Yeah.
After the war, a really big war.
A world war.
Well, I think we're out of our technical recession right now,
but our standard of life is still declining.
for some unknown reason nobody can figure out when you bring in about four million people
yeah oh i i said it's declining because of inflation because of quantitative easing because of
mortgages uh which effectively since we got rid of the um monetary backing requirement by brian
we're running in the early 90s now essentially is conjuring money out of thin air where the banks
don't have to hold back any of it and presumably it's their responsibility but they're backed by
the central bank of Canada so you've got socialized risks with privatized profits which sounds exactly
like the kind of thing the NDP would talk about but they're not smart enough to figure out that
this is a perfect example of it and so yeah as a result and then on top of that you throw in
the um the the the 59 year old cougar with the incredibly misleading picture on on the bench
beside a bus stop who's going to sell you uh an overpriced house with egregious fees because
they're part of the real estate cartel and once you put it all together it's all just a giant
mismatch of inflation yeah but in really the good news is Zelensky's coming this week
So we're only going to give him a few more billion of our dollars that we don't.
Okay.
Yeah, you guys are just like, do we want to go through the headlines here, too?
Or you can let me talk about?
So, so Chuck is, is hitting the nail on the head.
Oh, you're hitting the nail.
He just like, do, do you do?
He also had the best one liner.
He had the best one liner of the show so far.
So pick up your game to us.
The bill's so ugly, even a stripper wouldn't take it.
You're trying to make fun of me of the Klingon warship and all these things.
And Chuck just zinged a great one liner in there.
California beer.
They could both be great.
50,000 cans of vanish with a PBR truck
as iconic booze brand bags for help.
Solve the mystery.
A truck carrying while 50,000 cans of Paps and Blue Ribbon went missing.
All right, near Montclair, California.
The truck was carrying 1,602 cases of beer.
A total of 50,000 pounds weighing 40,000 pounds.
It's valued around 45 grand.
Somebody is having a lot of fun.
There's a trailer perk.
somewhere that's having a binger right now, I'll tell you.
I don't drink beer very often, but I do like Pabst, you know, and, you know,
tip of the tip of the hat, whoever pulled that off.
Well, and there's no details.
They don't even know how it went missing.
Why?
It's probably the same guys that stole the gold from, the same guy that stole the gold from our airport,
honestly.
Well, they ended up catching a whole bunch of those.
If it was chicken masala rather than, um, rather than Pab's blue ribbon, perhaps.
But this whole thing sounds like the start of an episode of my name is Earl.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, very much so.
He's got it on his list, stole a truck of Pab's Blue Ribbon.
Yeah.
You've got to think somewhere along the line that story's going to come out, right?
Like, I mean.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
And PBR said, PBR's, they're offering a reward.
And they said, we just hope for the time being that people,
whoever took it realizes that it's best refrigerated.
The other thing was that in there was something like 20 or 200,
I can't remember cases of old Milwaukee non-alcoholic.
Imagine you pull off the perfect heist and you're just unloading it.
You know, you're basically like the equivalent of when they're like flipping through the bills
before they everybody gets their share.
And then they get to the part where they're like,
what the fuck is this?
We just iceded non-alcoholic beer.
Well, you notice they didn't steal a Bud Light beer.
Well, I mean, the getaway would have been easy because...
Yeah.
Yeah, but...
Yeah, funny how that goes, hey?
Mm-hmm.
You know, we were talking about the boycott last week, and I didn't get into it,
but I was thinking about when that whole Dylan Mulvaney thing happened,
how anytime I went into the local liquor store,
because they used to stock before that,
one of the liquor stores would have like a pallet.
Every week there'd be a palette of bud light in the cooler.
And then it would drop down.
And then the new palette would come.
And that same palette with however much it was like probably about two thirds empty.
It stayed exactly like that at that exact same level for months.
Yeah.
Instantly.
Ukrainian president Vladimir.
Zelensky, set to visit Canada soon.
Yeah.
Chuck, your thoughts.
Oh, look, Russia is still holding 20-ish percent of Ukrainian soil in basically the regions that they stated since the beginning that they wanted to take.
They're still working on parts of those regions.
It's a bloodbath.
Like, both sides are reaping horrific numbers of casualties.
I don't know if you saw the shootout.
yesterday between the two different
intelligence services in Ukraine
their military intelligence
service and their government
unions were shooting at each other? In the street
yeah they
there was a huge miscommunication
so there's a group of Russians
ethnic Russians that work
for Ukraine fight for Ukraine
do intelligence gathering for Ukraine
and it's the same on both sides
if Russians have Ukraine it's it's the nature of everything
right
And essentially the boys in charge of going to scoop people and conscript them,
apparently grabbed this one Russian dude.
From some of the intel I'm seeing so far, it could be, this could be a little off.
But the video is out there.
And essentially the one group stepped in to say, no, he's us.
He's with us.
He's not.
Don't detain this guy.
I don't know if it was recruiting guys or they're just detaining the guy either way.
and they gone into a shooting thing
and three of them went down
and I think the three that got shot lived so far
but this is the state of what
you know of things and
to be fair Ukraine's been like that for a long time right
like I remember I remember when I was a kid
like there was
and granted where I grew up
in Saskatchew and everybody was either
Polish German or Ukrainian right
yeah but you know
did you have you heard about the new
Ukrainian parachute it opened
on impact.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Did you hear about the Ukrainian carpenter?
He got the board three times and it was still too short.
Right?
I mean, this, this whole thing with, with the Ukrainians making unforced errors has been part of the lexicon for decades.
Dude, how many of them now have been caught fleeing their own border with truckloads of money and gold?
Yeah, one got picked up in Poland.
the amount of resorts they're buying the the real estate they're buying around the
I mean it's we're fun look the war is terrible I'm not saying anything like we get that
I shouldn't have to caveat it but I will anyway but we're going he's going to come over here again
hopefully they don't find somebody from the Waffen SS for them to clap to again and then
I don't know if he's going to parliament or not I don't give a shit but they're going to give him
a couple billion dollar more they're going to probably announce some other
track for military kit they're going to give
them that we ourselves don't have
like the air defense systems that we
bought for them that we don't have
at what
cost we're throwing money
at this thing it's not going anywhere
he hasn't held an election in four years
you know and people
that defend that say well he's they're at war
well Putin's having them
Putin's had them well he's a dictator
well he might
be a fucking dictator but people
are still voting there and
they can decide what they want about how good their elections are.
We should probably take a hard look at ours.
But Zelensky's not even entertaining that because he knows
as soon as he has an election and he loses, he's going to get dirted.
Either the CIA is going to do him in or his own people.
I am shocked, honestly still, and I'll keep saying this every time I can,
that his own command element has not removed him.
I'm just, I'm shocked.
The only, and granted, I've never,
even been to that part of the world exactly.
But I feel like the only person who doesn't want him dead is Putin.
Because every time, every time they spend $7 million on a new dachas somewhere or property
in Monaco or some super yacht.
That's money that is not going towards bullets.
It's not going towards armor.
It's not going towards anything that's, it's not even going towards sandbags.
Yeah.
It's not going towards anything that.
And don't get me wrong, they're fighting, they're fighting well, they're holding on.
The flip side to that is, is Russia's only fighting, and I know there'll be some grand
strategos out there that tries to counter this, but Russia isn't going for a total war here.
They're fighting for three regions.
If they wanted to do a big end around and knock Kiev right out of the fight, they would do so.
but they know also that if they over-tip,
then the Americans have to do something drastic,
and nobody wants that.
This is a very, it's a horrible war,
but it's a very easy war for the rest of the world
to kind of look at and forget out,
and we've all forgotten about it now,
unless you're paying attention on telegram or something.
But, look, Putin, he's just willing to grind it down.
He's losing a ton of guys, too.
Don't get me wrong, they're losing.
And I think their numbers have reached 200,000 dead and wounded.
Ukraine is well above that.
I mean, and this isn't like the propaganda side of it.
If you look at the death notice side of it, you look at there's people that basically just harvest information from the social media over there.
And you can put together, if you know how to do it, I don't.
A good picture of it.
And then they release it.
The numbers are bad for both sides.
It's very, very, very bad.
But that's been Russia's strategy in every major conflict for a long time.
Every major war.
It was laughable to me when people said, well, we'll just kill enough Russians at the beginning of this.
I'm like, the Germans have tried that.
The French tried that under Napoleon.
Everybody's tried that.
It doesn't.
The Russians have done it to themselves, and you never run out of Russians.
The second guy in line didn't even have a rifle.
No.
No.
I mean, this is, I think it was one and eight Russians died in World War, too.
You know, not just soldiers, the people.
So, I mean, they're used to the hardship,
and it's part of what makes their fabric who they are.
Are they all in favor of the war?
Of course, they're not all in favor of war.
However, there's a certain amount of, as much as this is a war about territory,
the people in those three regions, especially the Dernetsk,
they're ethnic Russian, and they've been out of shooting war for 14 years
before that war started, so we're going on 18 or more years now.
15,000 of them died and nobody batted a fucking eye in the West.
No one batted an eye that these Russians, ethnic Russians in Ukraine,
were being slaughtered by Ukrainians, you know, in a hot war.
And Russia steps in, you know, Putin did what he did it under Biden, of course,
because what's Biden going to do?
And now we're where we are.
Basically, shit his pants and forget that he shit his pants.
But I don't know how this ends.
I think it only ends when the Ukrainian command elements and their own SBU take out their intelligence agencies decide under the CIA's nod to go take out Zelensky and let's turn something out here.
Separation, boys. I'm now in PEI and I, you know, like I'm watching a far now listening to different things. You've got Jason Kenny and I don't know, lots of things different Jason.
and Kenny. I keep harassing Tuesday. I'm like, why is he still keep popping up on the show?
But then he keeps doing things in the media that keeps bringing him back on the show. You got
Jen Gerson. You have a new report on Canada West Foundation. And then you got you got Jan Arden.
So I'll let you boys take it wherever you want to go. Here. How about this? All right. So
I found this to be really interesting. So Monty Solberg used to be a Wild Rose party member, right?
like this is I don't think he was a signatory on the firewall letter but this is his
he's exactly the kind of person you'd expect to be standing up unapologetically pro separation
and yet for some reason it's just the the interesting the interconnecting thread between all of the
loudest voices for pro federalists is that they're all they they are all people who
have either benefited incredibly well from Confederation,
who stand to benefit incredibly well,
or who are benefiting incredibly well from Confederation.
And so it's really in their own best self-interest.
And that's largely true for the people on the separatist side,
I would argue, as well.
It's in our best self-interest to get the fuck out of this country.
And so he's saying,
think about the consequences of blowing oxygen.
on a separatist movement.
So his whole stance here is that they shouldn't be debated,
they shouldn't be treated as legitimate,
that if you pretend that they have some reasonable arguments to make,
then it's going to artificially inflate the credibility of them.
And I would argue absolutely that it's the exact opposite,
that we need to stop giving oxygen to these people
who want us to stay in Confederation.
We need to stop pretending that they're making legitimate arguments.
They aren't.
They haven't.
They're not doing it.
And the longer anybody spends giving any bit of credibility to the shitty arguments that they're presenting, the worse it is.
And they're more than welcome to change that at any point by presenting good arguments.
But until then, they fucking suck.
Like, look at this.
This is Jason Kenney trying to just get a shot in on the separatists.
Um, so U.S. official says Canada would need West Edmonton Mall submarines in war.
And then Jason Kenny says, they've uncovered the Alberta separatist national defense strategy.
Jason Kenny, I know that you know this because you've talked about it a lot.
Alberta as a sovereign nation will be landlocked.
We're not going to need submarines, you fat fucking jackass.
He's fat vouchy, man.
That guy is fat vouchy.
We don't, we don't need a Navy.
No.
Which, if anything, will make our armed forces just as a matter of principle a hell of a lot more manly, or at least tough.
And simple to, basically simple to outfit and organize and maintain.
It's one less factor to worry about.
And landlocked is not a bad thing at all.
When our best trading partner isn't the rest of our country, it's the gun.
guys to our south.
Absolutely, which we're directly adjacent to.
And we're not so much landlocked as we are a choke point for the remainder of Canada.
And that's the thing that that's the flip side of that argument that never gets talked about.
You know, these guys never, they never say anything about Quebec's still mumbling about separation,
having a separatist federal party.
They never say a word about that.
They know that if Quebec were some by some miracle ever to separate,
the rest of the country only gains.
We don't, we lose nothing.
The rest of the country suffers in no single way if Quebec separated tomorrow.
If Alberta separates tomorrow, the country's, Confederation ends.
It's just done.
It's not done the day after, but it's done.
And it's done within 10 years because there's no more funding from Alberta.
There's no more taking everything we have for free.
overtaxing us under the vote capability we have
doesn't match what the eastern provinces,
the handout provinces have.
I was on a boat yesterday fishing for tuna, Chuck,
with a group of fishermen.
Did you have a nautical theme Paschmena Afghan?
What?
No.
Anyways.
And all these guys from P.E.I.
We're talking about, actually,
and two of them originally from from bc um once the living in bc and i think would have had a very
interesting interesting discussion with two as part of a union on and on very uh voted nDP very very
very interesting thoughts coming out of but regardless we're talking about Canada and everyone
says it's got to hit rock bottom before things change and so that i can't remember if i asked it or
somebody else asked them and they're like well what's what's rock bottom i
what actually needs to happen.
And somebody, a fisherman from PEI said, oh, Alberta leaves, that'll be rock bottom.
Yeah.
Because if Alberta were to leave, that would change the whole configuration.
And then they went on to say how important Alberta is the rest of the country.
And I was like, that's interesting, you know, because they, you know, as we're going through these stories, right, Jason Kenny this, Jason Kenny, that, you know, and Jan Arden and all these people that you're like, why the hell are we listening these people?
Why are we giving airtime as two points two's pointed out?
Who cares what they say?
The the small business owner who fishes out here in the seas, they get it.
I'm like, holy crap, this is the most, this has been a very interesting discussion because they get it.
They're like, everybody understood, at least in yesterday's conversation, the fishermen of the world get why Alberta's like upset and unhappy.
I think a lot of Canadians from all walks of life, all different colors they vote for are unhappy.
happy with the direction of Canada. They all talk about rock bottom, but they can't define what
rock bottom is. And it takes a group of fishermen to be like, oh, rock bottom for sure is if
Alberta leaves. Alberta leaves, everything changes immediately because, you know, the way we've
supported and the way they've supported the, you know, all the provinces over the course of how many
years is gone. And if that happens, things have to change. That would be rock bottom.
Absolutely. But the reason why they understand that is because every one of those fishermen that
you were talking to is a business owner.
Yeah.
They understand how money works.
Yeah.
And that's a big difference between lots of people in Alberta
versus lots of people in New Brunswick.
The other thing that just got sent to me is the Alberta transition plan, 214 pages.
Have either of you seen this yet?
No.
Just skimmed it at best.
Okay.
I see there's a whole bunch coming out about it right now.
Jason Levine has Keith Wilson and Dennis Kalma.
I'm assuming that's one of the guys who's right in the paper.
Somebody can chime in.
But anyways, 214 pages on the Alberta transition plan.
And there's a whole bunch of things on the myths about Alberta independence
and then a whole bunch of the other things going in there.
Just talking about what would actually happen with the transition over to a country of Alberta.
My understanding of it is that people like Jason,
fat fuckface Kenny have been talking about how
you know Alberta's not going to have any of the free trade agreements they're not going to
you know everything's got to be started from scratch and they're pretending like they're they're
framing their argument around the assumption that the nation of Alberta would simply
fucking materialize out of thin air and just drop itself down without any of the longstanding
relationships that they've had or any like any of the trade deals or anything like that
that have been you know you look at um look at saskatchewan right something like 90% of the
world's mustard comes from Saskatchewan and manitoba i think it's like 80% Saskatchewan
and 10% Manitoba or something like that right like all that stuff so when you look at the
the trade deals that Saskatchewan has with with france for for their fucking grayoupon type mustard
versus the states for their French's type mustard.
Like all that stuff, sure, it's underneath the Canadian umbrella,
but it's something that's specifically to that region.
And we have in Alberta some trade deals that are kind of specific to our region,
and they're called fucking petroleum, okay?
This isn't going to just come out of fucking nowhere, right?
Like, one of the things I wanted to bring up was the Canada West Foundation,
which gets a significant amount of funding from the governments of Manitoba and Alberta
and their analysis, their independent, nonpartisan analysis of it.
And when they costed it, they said it was going to cost something like $59.7 billion a year
to run the country of Alberta.
But it doesn't talk about the cost savings involved because it says, well, you've got to pay for
old age security. You got to pay for CPP for EI. But it doesn't actually take into account the fact that not only A, are we covering all of our costs for that already, but B, we've got a whole bunch of spillover that's picking up the slack from Prince Edward Island in fucking Quebec. And so you've got this, you've got these long tenured economists who are analyzing this stuff. And they can't even come up with the simple math.
of this minus this is the difference.
They're just like, oh, well, it's going to cost $59.7 billion a year.
Okay, but how much cost savings will be incurred by it,
which is literally just fucking, it's economics 101, it's finance 101.
It's like literally when I was doing my MBA,
one of the first things we did in the first semester was covering the idea
of looking at expanding from the example was going from making milk to chocolate milk.
whether you want to just sell your milk to somebody who makes chocolate milk
or if you wanted to take it on yourself
and you look at what actually changes,
what costs go up and what costs come down.
And that's it right there.
And they couldn't even do that in their non-partisan study.
Are you fucking kidding me?
Look at Norway.
We have a, our wealth fund, our wealth fund that they've set up under the liberals here
is what is still at $25 billion because it doesn't,
grow there's nothing to grow it um Norway has had a wealth fund for I think just over 20 years
they're at five trillion dollars roughly and they're a country of five million people roughly
you know they their wealth fund is like in its oil supported they sell their oil to
Britain because Britain's under the the same ridiculous notion of the green energy bullshit that we
are the zero the zero net zero thing that we are um we
We could have nice things.
We could have nice things tomorrow if we stop paying for the eastern part of this country.
You know, like I think it's Nova Scotia.
We pay for something like 20% of their infrastructure comes from Alberta.
24% of the provincial budget, if I'm remembering this correctly, in Nova Scotia is equalization.
And it's like 20% New Brunswick and 19% in PEI.
Yeah.
And PEI is the largest per capita recipient at something.
like a little over 4K.
And I think they have...
Every man, woman and child in P.E.I.
We give them $4,000.
And in Alberta,
every man, woman, and child
loses about $5,000 to pay for this shit.
And that's just EI.
That's not all the other federal transfers.
I'm just over...
I wish I would have bookmarked it or saved it.
It was a younger lady, probably in her mid-20s,
went on about a two-minute,
three-minute talk.
Was one of the homes girls?
she was talking about how there's no future for people her age and that being and she's a separatist
and that being you know labeled a traitor or treasonist by the boomer class is ridiculous because
they're the ones that have sold out her age you know they're the ones that have basically
prevented under this nostalgic umbrella that they still have of like whenever you know the good
old days that we all remember this country of being back and you know go back 20 30 years we're not there
anymore and so my kids being the age they are there i see it the struggle they have you know
where where i was their age i owned a home and this and that it's not it's not really you know
for regular normal everyday kids that are coming up it's stacked against them it's i was having lunch
with a buddy yesterday who's got three kids who are late very late teen early 20s and they throw
out hundreds of resumes not a callback you know what I mean and we're not talking they're going
for for you know the CEO of some company we're talking the base level get me a summer job
not happening not happening and we all know why if you notice being a noticeer why but that's
the state of our country right now and I just
I'm done with it.
My kids have no future in this.
Your kids that are further behind than mine,
younger than mine,
good luck.
Good luck.
They'll have to go south.
They'll have to get an education down south,
qualify for something down there.
And by south, I mean the states,
and move down there.
But Chuck, Jason Kenny,
Rachel Notley,
Jan Arden,
the dream team,
all assembling.
Yeah.
It's actually the best thing
another great thing that could happen for the movement, our movement,
because Jan Arden is one of the most venomous critters ever to be put on to Facebook or on Twitter.
She's just absolutely ridiculous.
I got something for that.
I got some for that.
For those of you who don't remember.
Hey, Alberta.
Hey, a bunch of fucking separatist wackos.
How you doing?
Feeling good about yourselves?
You're an embarrassment to this country.
Everything you have, everything that you have enjoyed, cherished, and benefited from comes from being part of one of the greatest countries on the planet.
You guys have your heads so far up your asses that you obviously can't see what pricks you are.
The way you are treating indigenous people, the way you are treating your fellow citizens, your fellow Canadians, you guys are a bunch of creepy little pricks.
Alberta will never separate from Canada.
It's never going to happen because people like me are going to stand up, throw their shoulders back, and keep fucking yelling.
And keep standing up for what I know is right.
And what you guys are doing is...
So, in all fairness, for somebody like Jan Arden, something as simple as standing up is a very big deal.
Yeah.
I mean, carrying the weight of that, like, a couple of...
the singles she had like 88 years ago.
I mean, that's a big deal.
I mean, nobody who's like this country even knows who this broad is.
And most people don't know who she even is anymore.
The few that do would have no idea who she was because basically just got the one hit, right?
About how she gets dumped.
And nobody, nobody would know who she was if she was somebody who enjoyed cardio.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, it's just, it's, I'm glad that.
Kenny and Notley are going to be joined at the hip for this too.
Hopefully they get Nenshi rate in there as well.
Old Ivermectin.
You know about him on the Ivermectin now, eh?
Yeah, yeah, we covered that.
What a conspiracy theorist this guy is.
It's the dream team.
It's literally the dream team.
You really couldn't put better people together.
I hope they debate Keith Wilson again.
And he just, I mean, he's about the smartest guy he could ever
imagine debating people and he just eviscerated Kenny last time so I mean I don't know what's going
to happen on the 19th whether we get it or we don't I think our turnout's going to be very high
I think we have that momentum and I know that those three Muppets are very worried and they've said
they're very worried that they're their sides turn out it's kind of apathetic they're just hoping well
enough people will show up whether we get it or not it's the start of something if we get it
Great. If we don't, we're going to eventually get it.
Yep. And the thing about it is, the one thing that people really haven't talked about is that they've got the worst possible demographic who's supporting them.
Yeah.
Because when you look at the geriatric, barely clinging to life people who are feebly trying to hold up Canada flags, you know that right off the bat, there's going to be some of them that will no longer be able to.
vote on October 19th because
they will have died of old age.
Yeah, well,
that's how politics works, right?
I mean...
Before we let Chuck out of here, do you want to do
the police officer in Vancouver?
Do you want to do drivers?
Well, you know what?
I mean, Chuck does
pride himself on being a noticeer,
and I think he does notice this sort of thing.
Am I going to notice that cop in
BC that got by
for fraud over $5,000 and theft over $5,000, multiple counts of it.
And so there was actually two officers.
I guess this guy was a little bit more famous because he just looks like such a badass.
But Dosange is that guy's name.
And then the other guy involved was Sarabjit Singh Gil.
I'm shocked.
Sing for the years.
sing for the laughter, sing for the tears.
And then as far as drivers go,
we've got this
where a tandem collided with a train
and the results were as expected.
And you can see the driver out there talking to one of the guys,
presumably, and it's always the first ones you expect.
Yeah, if you sometimes you notice it.
yeah um this woman was fined uh $190 for parking on the sidewalk she didn't know she couldn't do that
and that was in Burnaby of all places yeah quite sure who did it this one this one's just you know
i i kind of feel bad because we tend to talk a lot about shitty drivers of semis and vehicles
and there are a lot of really shitty drivers of bicycles
that not that they've been getting a path,
but just that we don't spend enough time talking about them.
I hate them.
I know.
I right.
Absolutely.
And so here's this guy saying,
hey,
you need to give me one and a half meters space on my left hand side.
And so he has this big sign sticking out the side of his bike
to force vehicles to give him one and a half meter space.
Now, Chuck,
as the guest here on the show today,
Do you have any predictions as to what's going to happen when I play this clip?
I guess I feel like he's going to road rage out on this car and get thumped.
Oh, okay.
All right.
Fair enough.
That's actually pretty good because they are very whiny.
Raging.
But here's what happens when a bus goes past him with his giant sign out the side.
Oh.
Nature is healing.
the bus clips the sign and that's that's how things go
yes um
I'm going to narrate along with it because it's in Pakistani and the
all translate all transatlique okay all right all I'm kidding you got this okay all right
okay says the horn is also sounding and left and right right are happening too this is an
auto driving vehicle that the Pakistanis have built and so you know when you look at the
the kind of
overlying concept behind auto
driving vehicles is you want it to be
better than any human there can
do.
And in some sense,
I feel like they hit the nail on the head with this.
Let's see what happens.
The horn is also sounding and left
and right are happening too.
So there is certainly
no shortage of talent in Pakistan.
It's
drived into, I don't,
I don't know if you can see the name.
The police.
It auto-drived into a police vehicle.
Oh.
That is very bad.
Okay?
And then now here's we're kind of just diverging a little bit slightly.
This is Angelica from Rebel.
She's absolutely wonderful.
And oh, look at that.
For those of you who are curious as to what the status
of that beautiful woman is, there's a giant rock on her finger.
But here's her talking to Danielle Smith.
Across Alberta, there appears to be a growing issue with garbage being illegally dumped in
parks alongside roadside, sometimes referred to as fly tipping in the UK.
Would you consider establishing a dedicated team of officers to address this issue,
including identifying those responsible, recovering cleanup costs, and taking legal action
where possible?
Yeah, we're talking about maybe having a $10,000 fine and two years in jail for dumping.
So we're, we take it quite seriously.
And we're consulting on that now.
Anyone who wants to give us feedback should let us know.
Maybe that is too high a penalty.
But we, you know, I was a kid who grew up in the 70s where we had a do not litter campaign.
So Daniel Smith is now floating the idea of having a up to two years in jail for dumping stuff out, for littering on the sides of the road.
and I don't know about you guys,
but I've kind of had it up to here with the UCP
and their new laws that are just targeting specific races.
We need to be more inclusive in Canada.
We need to be more accepting of other people's cultures.
And passing a law that says that they'll put you in jail
for dumping your garbage on the side of the road
is exactly the kind of racist bullshit
I've come to expect from the UCP and from everybody else.
Oh, it's illegal to crash into trains?
Why do you hate these people?
They just want to come here and make a life for themselves.
Oh, oh, you're going to make it illegal for them to extort businesses,
and you're going to make it illegal for them to do drive-by shootings of the homes of other people
who don't want to pay into the extortion stuff.
You're going to make it illegal for them to ship hundreds of kilos of methamphetamins to the Philippines?
Look, you can have these people here.
We just, we're not a big melting pot like other countries.
We need to embrace these other cultures.
We need to accept the fact and embrace the fact that they are different from us
and that they do things differently, okay?
And because of that, we can't just have people going to jail
for dumping garbage on the side of the roads.
Like, look, we need to just chill out with the racism and just,
get back to kumbaya yawing everybody
and everything needs to be fine again
because these racist laws
like getting mad at people for dumping garbage
where's your tolerance?
No, I'm kind of,
my fatigue has reached its level and I'm sure everybody else's is
and I see what you did there and it was well done.
Okay, all right.
Yeah, just making sure.
No, I saw it.
But I think we've all reached that fatigue level now
where we've all noticed enough
and it's at our expense.
And hopefully we get our separation happening
and we can actually put something...
Look, we don't need to pass more laws.
We have laws against littering and dumping.
Those are all there.
Those laws exist.
Just pull maybe half the cops you have doing speed traps
so they can fill their monthly quota
and have them start driving some rural roads
more than once a month, their other quota.
and they'll find these guys because I'll tell you what,
I don't know how many dozens of videos are on,
on the old Twitter of people catching and noticing who they're catching,
dumping,
but that's all the cops got to do.
Just go down some road every now and then.
Do your job.
I know it's easy to sit behind some sign on the Henday or wherever you happen to be sitting,
fill your quota book of tickets,
but we're driving to be out there.
We're driving out tickets to,
like my neighbor got a ticket for blocking him.
his own driveway.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Somebody up the street got a ticket for a dirty license plate while they were parked in a driveway.
In their driveway.
Yeah.
This is the, because that's low-hanging fruit that's easy for them to put in their book, right?
Like, that's the heaven for-
Revenue.
It's just revenue.
It's just revenue.
You know, the speed traps are gone.
They've got to make up for it somewhere.
It takes time to drive down a rural road where those people wait 40, 45 minutes, an hour for
somebody to come help them if there's something happening, you know.
Chuck, appreciate you hopping on and be in here.
And, well, I don't know.
It won't be the last time.
I assume here before we get to October 19th,
we're going to have a little bit of a mash-up independence.
Well, honestly, the independence.
Like, as much as I was, you know,
a little tongue and cheek about the not giving other sides oxygen,
if there's somebody from the pro-federal side that wants to come on
and speak to the first.
Well, certainly.
I just mean
a mashup,
I don't know,
we'll work on the title here.
Mashup episode 227
referendum edition.
Thanks for having me, boys.
Good seeing you guys.
Be safe out there in enemy territory.
Sorry, Sean.
Hey, I tell you what,
they've been treating me quite nice out here.
Yeah, it was great.
I've found lots of great people.
Chuck, thanks again.
Yeah, see you boys.
I tell you what, being in P.E.I.
I mean, it also helps that I'm,
I'm staying with Laura and Pat.
Probably people remember Dr. Laura Braden, right?
Like, she's not one to be trifled with
and thinks a lot of similar thoughts to what's happening here today.
So there you go.
We got a whole bunch of goofy today.
You know how Toos is on grammar?
All right.
An MP can't spell his own name.
That's what we got going on.
This is a message from your MP,
the Honorable Gregor Robertson.
Mm-hmm.
The Honorable Gregor Robberston.
Roberson.
Yes.
This is the Liberal MP
and this is the letter that they put out in Ottawa.
From Gregor Robberston.
Now, in all fairness,
you can find some pretty good examples.
The NDP just only a couple years ago,
spelled Saskatchewan wrong,
and you can go back at time to Brad Wall way back in the day.
He looks like a kid in his dad's suit.
And his new fledgling party had spelled Saskatchewan wrong too.
And so it's not like there's no historic precedent for spelling mistakes in releases from political parties in this country.
But that doesn't mean we give them a pass.
Greg Robertson, you're kind of a fun.
fucking idiot.
Winnipeg nurse punished for 2025 error.
No registered nurse should have made.
Now, before we get into this, Sean, you read the article, right?
I did.
And I just want to say to the lovely listener that made sure that we didn't miss this one,
thanks for sending it this way.
Now carry on.
Okay.
Now, if you're not the lovely listeners who made sure that we knew this,
if you don't know this story, just imagine in your mind,
what is probably the stupidest thing that a nurse could possibly do?
And maybe you're going to hit the nail on the head.
Maybe you won't.
But while you have your thought in your head of the stupidest thing a nurse could possibly do,
Kamaljeet d'ardis attempts to insert gauze into care home residence anus
instead of dressing nearby wound.
So what happened is that there was this convalescent care home,
and there was a patient that had this ongoing injury to their butt
from being sedent period for so long.
And it was 10 to 15 centimeters away from the anus, presumably the center.
And she said that she was tired,
and she'd actually redress this guy's butt wound several times before.
Twice.
But twice.
It says they'd done it, she'd done it twice before.
Yes.
But this time, she somehow got confused, got mixed up, and shoved a whole bunch of gauze up this person's butthole.
You're like, okay, I need to, they've got, they've got this ongoing flesh wound on their butt.
Okay, we need to treat it.
Well, what's the obvious solution?
Well, let's just plug the whole thing off.
with gauze.
And then after a few hours,
the patient was saying that it felt as though
that person really needed to go
and asked if somebody could check
and see if maybe they'd accidentally gone in their pants.
And then the other nurse,
you know, dropped trow, checked it out.
You know,
like, how's things looking at?
Whoa.
The wound was completely undraft.
and there was a giant wad of gauze up that person's booty hole.
Look, I get it.
You know what?
There's situations where that makes sense.
Your first night in prison, for example.
But this is not that.
And the interesting thing about this whole thing was that this person got their accreditation in India
and then had sought accreditation in New York.
went to, had had to take the test three times before they passed, went and got their accreditation,
accredited, you know what, they got certified in Ontario and then started practicing in Manitoba.
And so it kind of looks, it kind of looks from my perspective the same way that the trucking industry was getting class ones given out between the discrepancy and the,
the rules between Ontario and Manitoba a few years ago.
It kind of looks like the same thing playing out again.
And I just, I don't know how you can be a nurse or even just a fully functioning
fucking human being and confuse a wound on your butt cheek.
Like, well, one of these, one of these is a scabbed over wound like a bed sore.
And the other one is your brown spider.
And I can't tell which.
Can somebody just, can somebody just, can somebody.
just point to one of them.
This is literally the Saturday Night Live
Celebrity Jeopardy where they had the one category that was
your ass or a hole in the ground.
You know, you've ever heard like he couldn't find his ass with two
hands and a flashlight? This is that.
This is that exact thing, Sean.
This lady did not know the difference
between the birthdays and special occasions
and a gaping fucking fly.
Flash wound.
I don't know why.
I think.
I'm thinking of the government of Canada.
And they're looking at the problem in Alberta.
They're going, what's going on there?
And they send out Jason Kenny and Rachel Notley and Jan Hardin.
Like, those are the people you would expect to make this mistake.
Yeah.
And they're going to just jam some gauze in it, man.
I don't know.
Am I overstating things a little bit here?
I don't think so.
I don't think so.
I don't think so.
Carney praise for media.
Canada needs reliable passenger cars.
Oh no, you're going to start here.
You're going to start here.
You're going to start here. Okay.
Yeah, fire away.
Okay.
This is our impartial, completely unbiased,
holding the government to account.
Media.
Media in Canada.
Correct.
We should almost have Chris Sims on here for like five seconds to just flip over a table.
I tried.
That's all right.
Chris, we love you and we miss you.
You're welcome back anytime.
First of all, I'd like to say thank you for all your hard work and your intelligent approach to everything that's been happening.
That's it.
He literally laughs at it.
Intelligent approach.
Okay.
Okay. Anyways.
Now, here's...
He's laughing at how incredibly stupid we are.
All right, carry on.
All right.
I give Carney a hard time.
Same way I give Trudeau a hard time.
And the one notable pass that sits in my mind was when Trudeau said to those protesters
at the $1,500 a plate dinner, thank you for your donation.
And I caught a lot of hell for saying that I thought that was legitimately
funny. Now, in a decade of him standing in front of a microphone
stuttering, like somebody who's just got a fucking anvil dropped on his head.
Yeah, he's had one time where he impressed two. Fair enough. Yes? Yeah. And Carney's
about to do that with his 70 years. Karni is about to do this
exact same thing. Canada needs better,
more reliable passenger rail. Our rail cars
on our long distance and remote routes
are more than 70 years old.
They were built when the NHL had six teams.
Goleys wouldn't wear a mass.
The Leafs would win the cup.
Well done.
Zing.
Well done.
Zing, man.
I've got all kinds of time for cheap shots
at a hockey team that can't even beat a fucking Zamboni driver.
Any day of the week.
Okay?
And there's a million reasons why he's a piece of shit.
But that one was legitimately humorous.
Okay.
Now, this is, we could almost put this in drivers too, I guess.
This is, for those of you listening along,
there's so many sensors and things in new cars.
And one of them will tell if you're falling asleep.
It'll detect that your eyes are closed.
and the alarms will go off
and it'll tell you to fucking smarten up.
This is what it looks like.
Now, for those of you listening along,
the camera pan from the dashboard error message
to an Asian guy sitting there watching the road.
The sensors in the car
cannot distinguish between somebody falling asleep
and somebody who's just legitimately Chinese.
This is like when,
when iPhone first came out with the face recognition,
where you could just hold the phone up to your face
and it would unlock because it would recognize your face,
and every single Asian person was able to unlock
every single other Asian person's phone.
This is that all over again.
Why is technology and AI so racist, Sean?
Now, as far as the rail cars go that Carney was talking about,
apparently Canada is going to spend $16 million per rail car
to get a whole bunch of rail cars.
$4.7 billion on 300 made in Canada via rail cars.
Yes.
Just under 16 mil.
You can literally find them for just over, at most,
$3.2 million, which is just over $5 million Canadian.
Correct.
This is, you can, you just buy them from Germany.
for literally a third of the price, less than a third of the price.
This is the maker buy analysis that Canada just can't wrap its stupid fucking head around.
Oh, oh, this is good. This is good.
Somebody got the joke.
Sean didn't laugh, but Earl did.
Thanks, Earl, you're a fucking beauty.
Is anyone surprised?
It seemed like last week everybody realizes, too,
has put jokes that are obscure over my head, all the things.
Half the time I'm not paying attention to anyways, and you have to explain it to.
So, like, you just carry on.
I'm glad somebody got your joke, all right?
All right.
Give yourself a pat on the back.
You're so wonderful, okay?
All right.
It ain't 2-2-2 anymore.
It's 2-2-3.
Let's move on with this.
Oh, thanks.
Whatever.
The videos keep coming in.
The videos keep coming in.
You won't even show the video.
I showed the video.
No, you're a big old pussy cat.
Hey?
Speaking of a big old pussy cat.
I'll show 12 seconds of a 16th second.
video. And then you're going to sit there
tough talking. This is a perfect
segue. Perfect say. All right.
This is the video or
because big pussy cats.
So I don't know if you ever saw
this, but there was this black
comedian who was from like Kenya or something
like that. And
somebody asked him,
what are the words to the Lion King's
song? And he said,
look, there's a lion. Oh my God.
As the lyrics to the
Lion King song and ended up kind of being this viral thing and everybody laughed about it because
of how silly and simple it was.
And then he was doing a live show and he got served papers for, he was getting sued for
saying that.
And the person who served him the papers did it while he was live up on stage.
And then now you fast forward a little bit.
Lyrists from the Lion King sued a comedian over a joke that the opening chant
translates to look there's a lion oh my god
and now owes the comedian
$40,000 in legal fees
you know when people
just take themselves way too fucking seriously
and they don't even understand
yeah that's literally what happened
and he tried suing the guy
got him surfed papers in the middle
of one of his fucking sets
and the comedian came out on top
so that's a great win
I agree
the world is healing
the world is healing
Calvin Klein again
you'll notice the interesting thing about these legs is they are smooth no signs of rust
and not overly girthy now I don't know who Sadie sink is but I think she has a nice
butt and I'm really glad again and I don't care if it becomes a segment I'm good with that
every time there is some new ad campaign
with an attractive woman selling something.
Well, it already has become a segment.
It's called The World is Healing.
Has it not?
I guess it's an official segment.
Isn't that what we're doing here?
The world is healing.
This isn't, you know,
is B-List actresses going to some online platform.
We're not talking about that.
Oh, yeah.
By the way, I was really hoping
that you were going to get Jamie Presley
to show up for episode 2,
too, too. I didn't want to say anything
because I want to jinx it. You know what? I probably
overlooked it because her being a
B-list actress,
she probably would have been, you know,
relatively accessible. Probably could have hopped
on her only fans or what is she on only fans?
Yeah. Can I remember now?
And probably just been like, hey, we got
this live show. Would love if you would have just
gone to your bookmarks and gone to Jamie
Pressy's only fans. Yeah, that's right.
That's right. Because that's who I've all of B-list actors.
Yeah, totally. Totally
Tis. You're so right. Yeah.
Man, you're just so right.
Do you want to do the MPP Minister of Red Tape Red Tape Reduction?
Andrea Janjin?
What are we talking about here?
The historic 31 billion highway plan?
Oh, that was way back.
That was way back.
I'm just making sure we don't miss any of your things here.
You know, keeping you on track.
We missed a whole shit ton of stuff last week.
No, we did not.
No, I did.
Oh, I did.
It was mash up.
two, two, two, we were having way too much fun.
We had so much stuff about grammar,
and that was funny because when that video from Kevin came up
and he was talking about the importance of grammar,
I'm like, oh, do I have something for him?
And then there was one of them instead of like three.
Anyways, this was, because this was during the trade war stuff,
and we got a little bit sidetracked with Chuck,
which I have absolutely no qualms about.
All right.
But then tell your piece, say your thing.
is an MPP, which means Ontario,
in very Innisfill.
And her phone number, if you want to give her your thoughts on this, apparently,
is 705-722-0-575.
That's a lot of sevens and fives.
Anyway, here's this stunning and brave tweet,
which for some crazy reason has the comments turned off.
In the face of President Trump's tariffs,
we're building highways to fight.
gridlock, cut travel times, and unleash Ontario's economy.
Our historic $31 billion dollar highway plan is getting shovels in the ground, creating jobs, and keeping Ontario moving.
I'm sorry.
So the whole idea of the tariffs is that everything grinds to a halt, right?
Isn't that, isn't that the whole idea?
The punishing tariffs, nothing happens anymore.
the economy slows down people stop doing things good start stop traveling like that's that's
the gist of it if i understand things right isn't is that not it sean but i guess so i just
assume fewer fewer vehicles on the road somehow is causing gridlock this is exactly like do you remember
when it was one of the episodes of my 22 cents where i talked about the cbc article that
said that the lockdowns and how
everybody was staying at home and not
traveling was increasing global
warming because they weren't burning
as much fossil fuels.
This is that all over again.
This is that.
The gridlock that's caused by economic
slowdowns, are you out of your fucking
mind? Who in their right
fucking presence of
brain anything would think
that this was an intelligent thing to say
or that it would not immediately be
destroyed with a tiny semblance
of logic. Sean? Hello? I'm just chuckling. I'm just chuckling on my side. I appreciate your
analysis of the Ontario highways and the trade war deficit. Trade war, whatever we're calling it,
not deficit. The trade war. The trade discussion. The trade. Anyways, it doesn't matter. Well,
I like how Chilvain-S Charlebois put it. It was a trade dispute. By the way, I have a bone to pick
with you. Of course you do. You do.
You always have a bone to pick with me.
And yet you still have all of these bones that remain unpicked.
So you have this annoying habit.
You got a bunch, but this one in particular.
So you have this particular annoying habit of you'll get somebody on your podcast
who is the best person in the world to answer a question that has been plaguing people.
and then you don't ask the fucking question.
You get the food professor.
The food professor comes on
with his specific focus on Canada.
And everybody's talking about how things keep going up
and everything's way more expensive.
And yet inflation is only 2.3%.
Inflation is only this.
Explain to me how the cost of bacon
can double in the space of like three fucking years and yet inflation is less than 3%.
The rule of 72 would imply that if inflation was 3%, you would be looking at about 24 years to double the cost of something.
And yet the cost of everything has doubled in less than 10.
So why is the official inflation rate so much less than what?
what we see.
Because I don't understand, like,
when you look at the mixed basket of goods model
that Trudeau switched over to,
to just kind of hide inflation,
even within that,
what I can definitively tell you
does not make a lick of fucking sense
versus what is stated in government.
So what you're saying is,
instead of being,
why did it,
going on this whole thing?
You could have just said,
we've talked about this.
Hey, Sean, could we just bring the food professor on so I could ask him a simple question that you missed?
And then I'd be like, hey, twos, that's a good idea.
I send one text, one text, and we can have Sylvan on probably next week.
We could probably have them on next week.
And then we could probably talk through any question you want to ask them.
Instead, you had to go all over the place with all these hand-waving motions about how smart you are.
And then go, oh, yeah, and then you're about to say, Sean, can we just?
just have sylvan on can we have them on you know how easy that is i keep trying to tell my
oldest just ask the most direct question instead you want to be a jackass and and do these things
carry on toos carry on okay fine moving along Sean can we have sylvan on next week to discuss
this i tell you when i'll shoot him a text to and we'll see what we can make happen i would appreciate
that thank you all right now can we get some happy news please we got some really good happy news
Like we've got some
Well, I mean, obviously the situation itself sucks
But well, and the fact that it's got the loading circle
Give it a second, it's got the fucking loading circle.
Of course it does.
Oh, motherfucker.
Come on, baby.
Do you see the loading circle?
Yes, I do.
The loading circle of death.
So here's what happened is that there was a fire in the outskirts of vagina
and literally everybody with a vehicle capable of holding any amount
of moisture came,
showed up and was spraying water all over
the whole thing. So you had the fire trucks
working in conjunction with the
local farmers, the hutter rights,
anybody in the vicinity, they all showed up
to help put out that fire.
And it's still fucking loading.
But
if you were
at all involved with the remediation
of that situation in Saskatchewan,
well done.
I'm going to bring it up
for you. Give me a sec.
Let's do this.
There you go.
Here we go.
So twos can narrate this for the people.
Well, you've got a whole bunch of people with flat decks with water tanks on them.
You've got water trucks.
You've got like not just, not just, not just like pressure trucks, but like you've got full on semi trucks.
And you've got people out raking it.
There's, there's guys with like the, the nozzles that you, they,
you see you guys spraying grass on the side of hills.
There's a guy who eats it.
He fell because he was running, but it was kind of funny.
And the fire was nowhere near him.
But all these people showing up.
You've got the regular folk wearing the regular outfits.
You've got the hutter rights and the plaid suspenders working side by side.
This is exactly everything.
This right there is everything that Western Canada is about.
I agree.
It was funny to see the guy.
eat it. He probably said a video back and he's like, you
had to show that? He literally had to put that in.
And then he's going to be watching the matchup, but he's going to be like, oh, fuck, I'm never going to do.
Yeah. Do you want Calgary mayor, city councilors, spar over leaked budget documents?
Yeah. So what happened is Landon Johnston, friend of the show, guest of the show, who is now the city councilor for Ward 14.
he went ahead and leaked the documents about the proposed 20-something percent increase in property taxes,
followed by something like 11, 9, 9, and 8 percent in subsequent years.
He just went ahead and leaked it to the press.
And here's what I really like about it.
So he says, Johnson pointed to funding for the city's office conversion program and for the design.
of a proposed YMCA and Calgary Public Library location as examples of issues that are not core spending.
People want to see value for their taxes and we're not getting it with this leadership, said Johnston.
If you're going to run a household income, you don't go and buy a new truck if your water doesn't turn on.
You prioritize.
When asked about possible repercussions he could face for sharing budget documents, to be fair, it wasn't really so much to share as it was a leak.
Johnston argued he's not the first city counselor to leak confidential information.
He's just the only one to not hide behind anonymity.
This is a guy who's a city counselor.
He's in municipal politics in the biggest city in Alberta.
And when he got presented with a bunch of bullshit fucking numbers and upside down priorities
that were labeled confidential, he said,
fuck you, I'm releasing them to the press.
And that's what he did.
And now you've got Jeremy Farkas running around
all over the place doing damage control.
This is exactly the kind of daylight we need.
We need more of this in politics.
Lannon Johnston.
Fucking gem.
We should try and get him back on.
We should try and get him back on.
That's what we should do.
Yeah.
And maybe just lead with the fact that, hey, like,
because when we had him on,
it was just about the recall petition.
He wasn't even running for counselor.
And then, I mean, I've been keeping track of it.
But like, this is, I wish we had a thousand of this guy at every level of government.
I agree.
It's, it's wonderful.
And Landon, keep it up, man.
I got your back 100%.
I don't live in the city anymore because of the bullshit that you're fighting against.
But I've got your back 100%.
100% with everything except the vote, which I can't do geographically.
And that's it.
Sean's muted.
But this is episode 223 in the books.
And even if I have a clever question to ask twos before we leave, I'm not going to answer it because that's my modus operandi.
And Sean's still muted.
I don't know if he can hear this or not.
But I tell you what, Bigfellow, this whole thing, it's been hurting my brain.
Hurt my brain a whole lot, Bigfellow.
but uh you know what you sound like you sound like the uh audience member who told me to stop interrupting guests
uh in the last week uh the the the audience member who said i say big fellow too much i'm like oh
somebody told you that i'm like i don't i don't know what to you to tell you people i'm like
sometimes i'm going to talk sometimes i'm going to interrupt somebody i mean you know sometimes
as I'm annoyed at twos,
I don't ask the most obvious question.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah, all right.
Anyway,
we'll see if you can get that big fellow savannah on next week.
I'm going to see if I can get that big fellow
Savan on next week.
And we'll get a good answer.
I'm sure it's going to hurt my brain.
That's going to hurt all our brains.
It's going to be great.
2.23.
We're here hurting brains or tickling the brain,
maybe every Friday, 10 a.m.
Mountain Standard time.
And if you're on the East Coast,
It starts at 1 p.m.
It's kind of nice.
But it's 10 o'clock in Alberta.
And so thanks for tuning in, Bigfellas.
And if you have it yet, you should probably hit some kind of a fancy button to spread it or say that you enjoyed it.
That's right.
Folks, we'll catch up to you next week.
Tews, as always.
We'll catch up to you next week, Bigfella.
All right.
See you, Bigfella.
In a nod to Tew's not showing his face in the early episodes, here's my non-face.
congratulations boys i'm making it to two hundred and twenty three episodes
love the no BS takes and the comic relief that comes along with it
especially love two's slick hairline
i was literally about to play that clip

you stole my fucking punchline oh did i ask
Really?
Folks, we'll catch up to you on next week.
Mashup 224.
Until then.
To the mashup.
Tell me whether I'm wrong or right.
Easter west up or down side to side.
I sit to stand and fall to fly.
I follow my impulsive plans.
Popping locking salsa dances on demand.
I follow leading off the map and stop the chatter, scream happily.
Welcome to the mashup.
Welcome to the mashup.
Welcome.
Welcome to the mashup.
Welcome to the mashup.
I'd just like to point out, Kevin, Kevin, okay, we're going to hop back in just a few seconds.
I just read this. Kevin said I called Sylvan a douchebag. No, no, no, no. If I recall,
Sylvan said, I'm surrounded by rednecks. And I said, well, Albertans would say that you're all a bunch of elite douchebags.
Let's get it very clear here. Let's get it very clear just so we can figure this out, Kevin. All right?
That's what went on. I just want to clarify that statement, too. That was actually a really funny exchange.
you guys had. But they're not elite douchebags. They're elitist
douchebags. They have the perception. They have the self-perception
of being elite, but that does not mean that they are. There you go. That's
what we got. I don't know. I saw the comment as I'm sitting there listening
the music. I'm like, wait, wait, wait. Well, I saw it. I was like, I don't,
because I didn't make the connection to the interview, right? And so I'm looking at it
Like, well, that doesn't really make a whole, like, what, did he, did he just screw up some grammar while he was wrap up?
I'm literally going to, I'm literally going to finish the, I'm literally going to finish it off.
We're going to leave the music play.
Folks, we're out.
2, 2, 3 out.
We'll see you next week.
