Bismillah and Rahmane, al-hahemdh,
allah, Rabeh, Rabeh, Allah, and Salathe,
and the Rāsa'Aulah, and al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a
I pray that everyone is doing well,
and I ask Allah, Saba'u'll be our sins of our shortcomings and grants his
special mercy now only in this life, remaining in the next.
My brothers and sisters,
we have a different background behind us today.
We decided to change it up a little bit.
al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-meen we have exited the maturama'amah and we are going back into the year but the last message i would like to give all of us of this series for this finale for seeking laya-sul-cadrcudr is closing out of ramadan the right way don't let all that you did throughout the mat-o-ramaddon just be a means of be a means of oh it's just a temporary stay right you just only did these things during the month of Ramadan and i want to give us a reminder today to ensure that we continue on our
journey which reminds me of a journey to the divine series it's very beautiful because it's
articulated in the way of the month of Ramadan is a journey to Allah and this journey to the
divine or back to the divine is very important when you're turning back to Allah
you want to return back to Allah right and I've spoke about this and not only just my
re-invent yourself this Ramadan event but also inside of our series which by the way
anyone was wondering where the series went because a lot of people were asking questions like
where the series go it's no longer spot if I can't find it it's now only only
on our website right now.
So just to let you all know,
inshallah, to keep dated with that
and make sure that stays in that case.
You're staying up to date with that.
It's almost actually over,
we're shall be going to have our final episode,
our ending episode.
And we ask Allah Safranhantanata to accept our Ramadan from us,
accept our fast from us and bless us.
But the reason I'm starting off this time
and this last finale differently than all of them
and starting off with a different background behind me as well,
but starting off differently with this
is because I want you to ask yourself the questions, right?
Main questions.
What were your objectives during the month of Ramadan?
And what were your objectives for the month of Ramadan?
So what were your objectives in the month of Ramadan
and what were your objectives for in the month of Ramadan?
Now, what I also want you to ask yourself is,
did you manage you to fulfill them,
whether it was praying all of your far prayers,
whether it was reading the Quran,
whether it was giving charity, whether it was reflecting upon your achievements, or it was just areas
and where you can improve in. I want you to ask yourself this question because as we ex-Tamata Ramadan,
self-assessment is very, very crucial, and it's very important. And we've spoken about at the
beginning of our journey to the divine series, reflection and how important it is, right? Reflection
and renewal, especially in this month of Ramadan. Reflect upon yourself, reflect upon the changes
that you've made, reflect upon the changes that you haven't made. And with this last day,
don't do anything that's going to neglect your Ramadan, right?
Sometimes we get so excited for Eid and we start doing things and we're like, okay,
I'm not even paying attention to the very last day of Ramadan, right?
And this happens because from the time of Fudgeur, up until Mugr-Rub time,
we have this whole period of time of what would be considered a day, right?
Because, of course, we know in the Islamic calendar and Islamic, you know,
way of measuring our time, Mugrib starts the next day, right, which is why it would
be considered the night of Eid, not the day of, right? So for us, it doesn't start at 12,
but rather it starts after Maghrib time. So when it comes here, look from your Fadja to your
Maghru, what have you done today? How have you improved? How have you bedded yourself? And how are
you preparing to close your Ramadan out in the right way? I know this might be late to say this,
but ensure that you are, my de brothers and sisters, closing your Ramadan out the right way,
which means ensure that you are trying your absolute hardest to remember Allah. You're trying
your absolute hardest to make more dua to maintain the good habits to quit the bad habits
to build a better relationship with the law to maintain the relationship with the law and most
importantly as well as what i do want to mention as well is seeking forgiveness and forgiving others
which inshallah i'll get to that point i know most of the times i say i want to keep this short
this one's going to be short ish i added the ish to the end but it's going to be shortish it's
not going to be completely just you know short but inshallah i will keep this pretty short as
well because I do know we have our obligations to go to after this.
But me de brothers and sisters de man, the first thing I want to mention, like I mentioned before,
is reflecting upon your journey, right?
And this is where self-assessment is crucial, and it's very important, because it helps
us recognize the blessings that we have received in the areas where we need to strive harder
for, right?
And we need to go deeper.
Also making sincere du'a.
We spoke about du'a yesterday, and we spoke about it the day before as well.
We spoke about du'i multiple days now on these accounts, especially on our series.
And the Prophet of Allaha-a-a-hu-Salam, emphasized.
the importance of supplication in our dua,
especially during the last third of the night,
which we spoke about as well, right,
and how Allah, Sufanao is how this sins to the lowest heaven.
So we're based now on these accounts,
especially on our series.
And the Prophet Allah, A.u'll a Hew-u-Salam
emphasized the importance of supplication in our dua,
especially during the last third of the night,
which we spoke about as well,
and how Allah saithaahah desks to the lowest heaven.
So it's very important as well as we continue on
and we, you know, enter the rest of the year,
and we enter Sha'aul,
ensure that you're trying to make more dua,
you're making more sincere dua you're trying to build a relationship with allah through your duaas as well
it's one of the most direct connections to allah other than sala right so that's the first and dua is the
second as well so also trying to ensure that you're doing this and you also must make sincere dua for
yourself for your family and for the entirety of this umma and remember that allah suhphanahua
is always listening to our dua is always listening to our calls and he is always ready to respond to our calls
and to our du'ar aas.
And the third thing I would like to mention here,
and there's only four really technical things I want to mention here,
and that is maintaining your good habits and quitting the bad habits.
When it comes to maintaining the good habits,
it's very important because during the month of Ramadan,
it's a time of developing good habits, right?
Most of us have prayed sunnas, you know,
most of us have started praying kiya, or leil.
You know, most of us have started, you know,
praying to Hajid again, al-hah, abhabil al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-meen.
All these things are great.
But it's also essential for you to carry these things forward.
And it's also essential that you,
that you try to establish a routine with these things,
not just during the month of Ramadan, but beyond.
Ensure that you're reading the Quran, you're giving in charity,
you're striving to maintain these practices even after Ramadan end,
which is why the Prophet of Allah a lot of Hewsalem said in authentic Hadith.
All of you heard me quote probably a billion times, I'm just joking,
but the most beloved these to Allah are those done consistently,
even if they're small, even if they're little, right?
Even if they're few.
So trying to continuously and consistently do those good deeds
and try to build those good habits.
And when it comes to the bad habits, the reasoning why, and this is a question asked before,
but the reasoning why people always feel as though the Ramadan that did absolutely nothing for them,
on the day of Eid, they go back to everything they used to do, is because of your bad habits and you did not quit them.
And this is, like I said before, just a teeny bit late to say this now,
because most of the times when you want to quit a bad habit, it takes you time, and you want to take time.
But even though we are on the night time right now, still practice, worship Allah, Sufana,
engage in Ibadah, engage in Dikr, engage and remember and self.
of Allah. And one of the things that comes to your bad habits as well is try to quit them because
on the day of eight or the night of eight, right, like we see now, the Shatana will come back to us.
He will influence us again. He will just push those bad deeds out we did before. He'll push the sins
out again, again and again. And he will continuously do it until all of a sudden we break again.
And then next thing you know, we come back the next Ramadan saying, I'm going to get better.
And then, inshallah, we say, all right. And then the day of eat comes again next year.
And then we say, all right, I feel like I've done better. And then an hour into the day,
Now you're back to the same thing.
You're like,
Astava, how did I get this far?
This is exactly why.
So quitting your bad habits,
ensuring that you're trying to quit your bad habits,
and you're also trying to seek forgiveness for those bad habits,
which comes to the next point.
And the very final point I would like to make here,
which is seeking forgiveness and forgiving others.
So while we are concluding Ramadan,
it's also a time for forgiveness of Allah,
for our shortcomings and our sins,
but it's also a time for forgiving others,
which is why the month of Ramadan is a time
which is a reminder for us, actually, of Allah,
Sufana Hu, that has mercy and his forgiveness.
So when it is very important as well,
when it is time for, you know, this month of Ramadan to come in,
not only just to release those grudges that we have against people,
but to forgive those people and forgive what they've done to us
and forgive those who may have wronged us, right?
Because when it comes to grudges, what happens when you hold on to grudges?
It weighs you down. It weighs your soul down. It weighs your heart down.
It weighs your entirety of yourself down.
And it even sometimes can weigh down your amen,
because now you start doing other things that are out of your character and out of good
achlac and sometimes like i said before it weighs down your entirety of yourself including your
achlac right so it's very important as well to forgive others just like you want to be forgiven by
allah saffaniahu atal because the act of forgiveness is not only a means of earning
uh law suhpana hutau taa's peace and pleasure and mercy but also a source of peace for our souls
as well. So many brothers and sisters, like I said, I wanted to keep this short. It's not going to, I don't think it's, it might be a little longer than yesterday. But we must remember, though we are ending Ramadan, we are starting a new chapter. This should not be the end of the book, all right? Because we want our books to continue with good, not bad. We don't want them to continue for the month of Ramadan, and then the book closes. Then we have another book called the rest of the year, or shall while until Ramadan, or shall al until Sha'an. No, make sure, my brother and sisters,
there's whatever you did that was good in this month.
You're keeping it.
You're striving for righteousness and closeness to Allah and taqua.
And we ask Allah, Sufanao,
to accept our fast from us, our deeds,
and our prayers and our abada from us,
is maturamada.
Inshallah, I'm going to make a dua here.
I'm going to raise my hand.
I'm going to put the microphone down.
You're still going to be able to hear me.
We have the microphone stand here.
Actually, I'll bring it over here.
You're still going to be able to hear me.
I have this microphone.
So you're still going to be able to hear me, inshallah.
But I'm going to make a short dua.
It's not long.
Inshallah, let's make a dua.
And, shall we'll go from there.
Bismillah, Rahman, and Rahim.
Al-Handulil Allah,
