Starting point is 00:00:00 My dear brothers and sisters, time is of the essence. Every single day we wake up, we waste more and more time, doing things that are useless, doing things that are harmful to us, not only in this life, but in the next life. Things that damage our relationships with people in this life, people in the next life, things that damage our relationships with Allah, Allah, the ultimate friend, ultimate companion in this life and in the next. We have to start wasting time.
Starting point is 00:00:33 I want to give you a reference. Think of the people of Gaza. Do they waste time on social media all day scrolling? Do they waste time gossiping about things that have no means? Do they backbite upon people? I want you to answer this question. It's not a hard question. The answer is no.
Starting point is 00:00:54 And if we know that they can be taken away in a second, why do we think that we're going to live longer than them? We could die right now at this moment. Listening to what I'm saying, you could die right now. There's no guarantee that you're going to live to see tomorrow. Use every day as if it's a weapon to get closer to victory. And that victory is Jinnah. That victory is being with Allah,
Starting point is 00:01:19 so upon our Allah. There's nothing else that you can gain from this world that is better than being with Allah, so I promise you this. If you ever think about wasting time scrolling, maybe you're bored, you just pull out your phone. You know, everybody does it. You pull out your phone just to go see you what the latest news is. Don't.
Starting point is 00:01:40 Go pull out a Quran. Go do something productive. Go do something that's good for you in this life and good for you in the next life. Good for you in this life with Allah. Good for you in the next life with Allah. May Allah forgive us of our sins, our shortcomings. May he allow for the people of Gaza to be freed and liberated. and may he allow for us to all become better people to not waste time and to get a closer relationship with him.
Starting point is 00:02:07 I mean, Assalamu al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a.
