and Aishe, and Aishe,
and my brothers and sisters,
my dear brothers and
Father, to forgive us for our sins, our surecomings,
and grinned us and mercy,
not only in this life, we're making you next.
My dear brothers and sisters,
we are on seeking lives of Qadern
Night-Re reflection, 7.
How fast these days go by,
how fast these reflections have gone by,
And, inshallah, we may only have, you know, these next three days, inshallah, four days, shall be four days left in the Matur Ramadan for us for us, for us say four days left in the Matar Ramadan for us for us, for us today is, because today is the 25th.
So, inshally, we may only have four, we may have five, inshallah.
And we ask Allah to allow for however many days left in the Matar Ramadan to be beneficial to us all and to allow for us to witness slaves of Qatar, as well, this is our main goal in these last nights.
I title, I title this topic, before we go into anything else, I title of the topic escaping the deceptions of the shaitan, after
Ramadan, right?
Because during the Matar Ramadan, I'll give you the premise.
During the month of Ramadan, you have this great feeling of joy and relief from the Shaitan, right?
And Allah, Sufamantala, mentions this in the Quran, and I'll actually tie a point back into this when I mention it.
But Allah, Samadah says, indeed, Satan is an enemy to you, so take him as an enemy.
But when you look at it, during the month of Ramadan, it's a peace and tranquility that forms upon us.
And when we are in this state, we are happy.
We're able to worship Allah with more devotion, with more happiness,
We're able to worship Allah and fulfill more good deeds than we could outside of them on Ramadan.
And then on the night in which the moon has been cited and Aid has approached.
And then the day of Eid, it feels as though nothing has changed at all.
And I'm giving this reminder in these last four, inshallah, or five nights, inshallah,
because I want to make the announcement to us all.
We all have this problem.
And I'm going to ask the question here to state it.
But we all have this problem where on the day of Eid, we all feel as though, man, I have not done.
enough, right? I have not done enough. I have not completed enough. I have not built up my shield.
Well, in these last four nights, inshallah, make it a habit to build a shield. Make it a habit to build
a connection to Allah. And I don't mean that you're going to, you're not going to gain the true
benefit you would have gained if you would have started early on the maturamadan, but you will gain
some benefit. And the point of the matah Ramadan is not to have a journey. You go across this journey
and then you reach your destination. And you say, all right, I have to Allah, I met my destination.
the day of Eid my destination.
And then after that, you go back to what you did.
You just travel right back upon the path.
You're like, oh, wow, I did all those good deeds.
Well, I'm just going to keep walking past them, right?
I'm just giving this broad example.
But when you actually look at it,
the month of Ramadan should be a time in which you follow this path.
You see a destination, all the day of ease, the destination,
I'm going to keep passing on because I'm trying to go to a real destination,
which, inshallah, ta'u, Allah is jinnatheh, and al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-meen.
I'm going to ask a question here, like I've stated.
How many of us have seen Ramadan's?
Andhamdulillah, everybody put their hand up.
I thought I was going to trick you all tonight.
I thought I was.
I really thought I was.
I was like, man, I feel like there's going to be somebody
who's not going to put their hand up,
and they're going to be like, I haven't seen it, Ramadan.
But, inshamsalah, you're living in this Ramadan, you've seen one.
So, Hamda-a-ah, so, al-a-h-h-a.
But the reason I'm asking this question
is because I'm going to stay another question to do that.
How many of us have faced many Ramadan
and felt as though every Ramadan,
it's just like you did nothing, right?
How many of us have gone through the mother Ramadan
with perseverance and with persistence
and we are going through?
We are enduring all the challenges and the trials
and everything going on throughout the Matar Ramadan
and then on the day of eat
and after the month of Ramadan moving into Shawhal,
we feel as though we accomplished nothing.
We feel as though we did nothing.
Many of us, yeah.
There's no wrong answer here, right?
I don't want us to put our hands down like, yes.
I didn't feel that because we all do.
Right? Even I feel that sometimes like, man, I did not do enough to the point that it kept me up throughout these months or throughout this whole rest of this year until the next Ramadan, inshallah.
You're not guaranteed the next Ramadan, just like we weren't guaranteed this Ramadan, last Ramadan, right?
Last Ramadan was coming in. We weren't guaranteed, hey, inshallah, we're going to see Ramadan of 26.
We weren't guaranteed that. And we're not guaranteed to see the Ramadan of 27, inshallah.
So if you right now feel as though your Ramadan is incomplete, now is a time to continue going and trying to fix it.
Which is why during the month of Ramadan, it's actually a time for purification.
And it's a time for elaboration on our connection with Allah.
It's a time for bringing down the bad that we did and uplifting the good.
Which is why I spoke about in my talk.
And like I said, every night I pretty much say this.
I bet you probably can all finish the statement.
But I want to keep this short, inshallah, tonight.
Probably about seven minutes, inshawla.
That's eight minutes.
But when you look at it, if you actually go through one of the hadiths in which I want to mention here,
the Prophet of Allah had said, the most beloved of these to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are few.
So what I want you to all think of tonight, right?
As we're going on, inshallah, we're about to pray, Isha'ah, in about an hour or so, maybe after this,
and then we'll do our talk, and then, inshallah will pray.
I want you to look at the rest of the deeds you do today.
A deed doesn't have to be giving a large ramsom amount.
It doesn't have to be giving something large.
It doesn't have to be doing something very big.
As long as you're doing it consistently,
that's all that's all what Allah,
so that's all what Allah, Sufrantha-a-law loves,
even if it's few.
So even if all you're doing is you're cooking for somebody,
you're helping somebody, you're cleaning for somebody,
you're doing something that is going to help.
Please, Allah, Sufana-ho-Tal.
Then Allah, Sufana-ho-ta-a-a-a-a-a-a-will reward you for that.
And it's very interesting as well when you think about it.
When you think about your, your deeds that you're doing throughout the Ramadan, one of the main goals, especially in these last days, is to establish a routine of goodness, right?
A lot of us get accustomed to the routines of our doing your lives and what we do, we wake up, begin the shower, we go to work, you know, we may make ourselves a coffee, we may go to this shop, we get upset because they didn't make the coffee right, then we go here.
This is not how it should be.
Our routines should root the relationship.
They should go around our good deeds.
And this should go around our Salah.
They should go around our abada.
If you think about it, when you plan your day out, you don't plan your day around your sleep.
You don't plan your day around, you know, this business meeting and that business meeting.
But you plan it around your Salah is a part of your abada.
Because you know, I need to pray because the common statement we all mentioned is I have to.
But have to is a little off, right?
It's a little off.
Like, oh, I have to pray.
Rather than I want to pray or I need to pray.
Need means you need it for your soul.
want is I desire it.
Half to is like, it's just another chore I gotta get done.
So just to change that logic a little bit, don't say half, okay?
Just say need or want, and it should come from the heart, not the tongue.
But when you come to prayer, you think about it.
You say, I wake up for Fudger time, and then after Fudger, I go to work.
At the Hohr time, I'm going to need to stop this certain reason's call at this certain time
so I can get ready for the Hohr.
If it's a Friday, I need to go to Juma.
And then I need to have Asher prayer, Mugra prayer.
Then by the time I get home, inshallah, I may be.
eat something, maybe I'll, you know, take a shower, a quick refreshment, whatever, and then I go and I pray eschat.
And then after that, I do whatever, and then I go to sleep.
This is how our days are planned.
So staying consistent in your Ibadah and also seeking the refuge of Allah, subhanna,
Helleh, Suhā. One of the most effective ways to protect yourself from the Shaitan, especially how Saeeders ma'uadean, is to say,
I Oudu Bilah, Himanesh shaiton, nir-rejim.
I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed devil, or from the accursed Satan.
And this is also why it's very beautiful and very interesting how we should also recite Ayatil Kursi before we go to sleep.
And the last two verses of Surt al-Bakra, as they can provide protection from the Shaitan.
And also trying to be around a good community because the Prophet of Allah Allah, Hewshallah, says that you'll be like those whom you are around.
So put yourself in a community that you know is going to help better you.
And we ask Allah, Allah, subramal, to help us all, and ensure that you're also seeking Il.
The last fire I want to mention here.
Seeking Ilm.
It's a very powerful tool.
against the satan because when you know how to actually defend yourself, then you can defend
yourself. If I decide I'm going to shoot a bow and I don't even know how to pull the bow back,
I don't know how to pull the string and I can't defend myself. If you know how to put your shield
up, what to recite, what brings him away, what drives him away, then you know how to defend.
We ask Allah to grant a restraint to uphold our faith, protect us from the whispers, the was-wes-was from
the shaitan of the shaitan, and guide us on the straight path.
path. We must strive in these last ten nights to be among those who are steadfast in their
Ibadah and who seek refuge in Allah, Sufamata, from the deceptions of Satan.
And my brothers and sisters, I also want to leave you with something else.
There was a profound supplication, and this is it might go a little longer, but it's a profound
supplication made by Imam Ali. He said, Oh, Allah, help me to say words of truth in the
face of the mighty and to remain from speaking ill in order to
to gain the applause of the week.
So we ask Allah to accept our efforts from us
and to forgive us for our sins of our surecomings
and the grants this special mercy
not only in this life,
but mainly in the next.
Amin, and we're achro,
and I want it, al-hmdhallylah,
and all right me and al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-augh-a and your brothers and sisters
