Starting point is 00:00:05 Bismillah, Rahman, and Rahim, al-Hawah, Allah, Allah, and al-a-a-Rasul-Lah, and al-Alihihi, and Aishabi, Ais and Aishe, Ais and Sihāsaid, Ais and Ais and Ais and sisters. By the way, just let you know now, this is a A-A-Bahr, like, this is going to be kept short. So, insh-Haw-Lah, we have a couple of minutes,
Starting point is 00:00:26 so before A-A-R-Sar starts, not a couple, but about maybe 10 minutes until A-Sar-Sar. I'll keep this short as possible. Bismillah-Ham-rah-a-rah. a lot of him a abraham aubraim and all righti and alexo and a saithuhae and a a sahame wakata and a rhae and a brahmatu borgmatu i ask allah supran a hua tae to be yours for our sins our show come is a special mercy not only in this like me and next but brothers and sisters it's very beautiful because tonight is or today is the 15th
Starting point is 00:00:52 of dula hija and we know that the best 10 days have passed we know that hodge has passed and now we feel this drop in it in this this feeling that now only has Ramadan passed, which is one of the greatest of months, but now the greatest of 10 days, the greatest and the most blessed of days, have now passed as well. What else is there to do? And I want to express this to us all, because there are many people, including myself sometimes, who feel as though, what is there, what else is there to do throughout these times? Now, I do want to remind us that Muharram is coming up, and there's a special period of time of Waharam, you know, Ashura, and, you know, trying to fast in and the rewards and all of those things,
Starting point is 00:01:31 inshallah we'll get into these details inshallah another talk but one of the things I want to mention is maintaining that spirit of i bada even throughout the rest of this month of the hajja and throughout the rest of the year because I don't want us to be praying and reading Quran and making dua on these specific times
Starting point is 00:01:47 and then after those times we don't make dua anymore but I want us to continue on that continue your vicar to continue you know your connection during your sala you know it's very beautiful how Sala to the Hajj rules, right? Before it actually goes to the closing of Hajj, of your haj,
Starting point is 00:02:06 it goes to your sada, right? It says that one of the best of things is your sara. And one of the best of things to do in the rest of these days is actually your sala, is to continue praying your sala, which is how powerful sala is, right? And one of the other things that I would like to mention is how we should continue on that remembrance of Allah, Sufana, so even though we are not still saying, we're not saying the tabbira after every prayer, we might not be, you know, making the dua like we did on the day of Arafa, which even though we are not completely doing it then, you know, in every single day,
Starting point is 00:02:35 we should try to do it as most as often as we can, even if it's just in our salaa, trying to make it a daily habit to make as much a dua as we can throughout the day. Also continue to reflect upon the lessons of Hajj and sacrifice. Because when it comes to this point, as this month, specifically, Islamh, especially those 10 days,
Starting point is 00:02:54 commemorates the legacy of Ibrahim-a-Sahdam, which is when, it comes to the sacrifice of him sacrificing his own son and the willingness to sacrifice for the Allah supanahua'u'u'adah so there are many lessons that we can derive from Dulhijia and we've spoken about a lot of them so far but one of the best of lessons my brothers and sisters is not sacrifice so that you can gain it's sacrifice not sacrifice so you can gain from the dunya but it's sacrifice so you can gain the pleasure of Allah sapanahua'u'a'u't because if you look at it ibrahim a hezanaam did not gain anything back from that he was
Starting point is 00:03:26 not going to gain any goodness from that. And when it comes to when we are doing our korbani, what does Allah, Sufana-Hu-Talda tell us? He tells us that what reaches him is not the blood, it's not the meat, it's not any of those things, it is the taqua. It is your sincerity, is your closest, it is your reliance upon Allah, Sufana-ho-ta-a-ta-a. And it is your God consciousness of Him, is your consciousness of Allah, suhpahua-Tal. Also, continue your charity and your good deeds. That's also pleasing to Allah, Sufana-hu-ta-a-ha-a-ha-a-ha.
Starting point is 00:03:51 Forgive and reconnect with people. Seek forgiveness for yourself, for your sins, and also, for those who may have wronged you and min those broken ties because dole hijja is about purity of the heart and action free yourself from grudges so allah suhpaniahu isa ta'a may free you from the burdens of those burdens on the day of resurrection it can be very difficult but try your absolute hardest and just remember one of the teachings of our nabis of allah a lao a he wassallam is ultimately to continue to make dua to allah sae pa an houra about that person because we know that dua is the weapon of the believer and dua is the savior of the believer dua is our main strength and our main power if we had to rate a superpower it would be our dua
Starting point is 00:04:35 because our dua and dua can ultimately change so many things and it can change our future which is why we think about the it's ourfah we think about all these beautiful days when we're fasting when it's raining after between the time of the aadana and the aqama you know certain things right so these are times and dua is such a powerful tool we should be making more doa island what we already do now. And the final thing I will mention here, my brothers and sisters, is trying your absolute hardest to plan ahead for your spiritual goals. So don't just let it be like, oh, I did doohijja. I hit my Ramadan, hit my dohajah, and that's going to be it. But continue on throughout the rest of the year and continue trying to get better throughout the
Starting point is 00:05:13 rest of the year. My brothers and sisters, your abad al-rahman, dohajja reminds us of devotion, gratitude, sacrifice, and surrender to Allah, Sufana, His Allah. We must carry that message beyond these days into every single month and every single action that we perform until we meet, Robel Aalameen, the Lord of the Heath, the Lord of this world. I ask Allah, Supperan, to accept our deeds from the Hijja, our days for Ramadan, forget us for our sins, our showcomings, and let the lessons of this month live in our hearts. And we ask Allah, Supperan, our Hewata, to make every coming year a year of faith, forgiveness, and closeness to him. Amin.
Starting point is 00:05:50 And we're acho, d'a, and al-habilis. withsanao y'an aeikum. Andrahmatollah, and it's time we offer, it will be time for us in full of this. Insha will be time for us before us.
