and shirululah
Allah,
and I shirraudu,
that Mahmahabdhah
Abdu and Rasulhu.
Assalamu alaqmatao, and my brothers and sisters.
I pray that everyone is doing well and I ask Allah, Safana, Howa,
to forgive as far as sins and our shortcomings.
And it grants his special mercy that only in this life,
we mean, and the next.
But the brothers and sisters, al-hhhawlidilh,
it is now the second Friday of the blessed month of Ramadan.
Inshallah, my brothers and sisters,
we might only have three and we might have four.
Who knows only Allah, Safanahu, Tala does.
But ensure, my dear brothers and sisters,
that you take these days, you take these days,
you take these days with true gratitude for these days, right?
And by the brothers and sisters, when it comes to the day of Friday,
it's also very important that it holds significant blessings and benefits for us,
as it also is an increase in our good deeds for the reason that when,
when we send peace upon the Prophet of Allah, Allah, Allah,
when you perform dhqr, when you make dua,
these duas are accepted and they're amplified,
and the reward is amplified as well,
which is kind of what I want to talk about as well today,
my dear brothers and sisters,
which is multiplying your good deeds in the month of Ramadan.
So ensuring that as this month of Ramadan
is not just a time for eating and drinking and just for fasting,
but rather it's a unique opportunity for us to multiply our good deeds
and draw closer to Allah, Supanahua'u'u'u'u'a.
And as we go on upon this spiritual journey,
we don't want to get too far off of this,
but, you know, while I don't forget to tune into it,
inshallah, our series,
we're going to have if you can't listen to all the episodes
inshallah by the time it's over the best thing you can actually do is just follow
along with the daily blog post that are going to be coming out
it's just from the episode the text from the episode what it's about
and so shall that's going to be updated today so just let you guys know that if
you went to if you're faster at reading the listening then you can just
you know inshallah you can just read that and then go from there so
inshallah that would be coming out today it's already pretty much so almost
published we've got to publish it uh shahahahah all that time
have to dream out, but inshallah, I'm sure that you are trying to build a better relationship
of Allah, so much of this month.
But we have to reflect murder brothers and sisters on the immense rewards that await us
and the various ways we can maximize the good deeds during this month.
Ramadan is described as a month of mercy, of forgiveness, and salvation from the hellfire
in authentic hadith of Prophetu'll a.
a.m. said, when Ramadan begins, the gates of heaven are closed and the gates of the hellfire
are, or sorry, the gates of the heaven are open.
Sorry, I read that wrong.
And the gates of the hellfire are closed, and the devils are chained.
So this hadith highlights the unique spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan,
where the opportunities for good deeds are abundant in the barriers to sins,
and between us and Allah, supanahua-a-da diminish.
Now, before we dive into the actions that we can take in order to get to this point,
it's also crucial to understand the significance of our intentions,
which is why an authentic hadith, the Prophet of Allah,
He was going to say, accents are judged by intentions and every person will have that of what he has intended.
So my dear brothers and sisters, as we continue throughout the Matur Ramadan, finishing up the first week and continue on to the second,
try to make sincere intentions, sincere nia to engage in acts of ibada and good deeds, seeking the pleasure of Allah supanahua and all that we do, right?
So ensure, my dear brothers and sisters that you are trying to seek the pleasure of Allah, and you're trying to epify your good deeds.
And this goes over to a hadith I want to mention by Abu Horera, Raleigh Allah, and Him.
There was reported that the Prophet of Allah a lai wa'u'stlam said,
every good deed of the son of Adam would be multiplied,
a good deed receiving a tenfold to seven hundredfold reward.
And of course, only Allah, Sufanao Uttala knows.
And Allah, the exalted and majestic, has said,
with the exception of fasting, for it is done for me,
and I will give a reward for it.
For one abandons his passion and food for my sake.
There are two occasions of joy for one who fast.
Joy when he breaks his fast and joy when he meets his lord.
And the breath of an observer of fast is sweeter to Allah, Safanahua,
than the fragrance of musk.
My brothers and sisters, ensure that you are trying to do more good deeds throughout this month.
Giving charity, inshallah, we'll give to that into it as well.
Again, give charity, especially on the day of Friday,
because if giving on a normal Friday is amplified with rewards,
giving in the month of Ramadan, it's further amplified with rewards,
my dear brothers and sisters.
Do not forget that
Allah Sufana-ho-Talha
has not just given us
the opportunity to witness
the month of Ramadan,
but so far to witness
the first week of the month
of Ramadan.
And this is exactly
why fasting during the month of Ramadan
is a very important pillar.
It is one of the five pillars of Islam.
And it's not merely just from abstaining
from food and drink,
but rather it is a comprehensive
act of iBada that purifies the soul
and strengthens our relationship
with Allah, Sufana-Hu-Tal.
Which is why the act of fasting in itself
is a source of immense reward.
The Prophet of Allah a. He waslam said,
Allah said,
every deed of the Son of Adam is for him,
except for fasting as it is for me,
and I will reward it.
So even here, my dear brothers and sisters,
Allah, Sufana and He was emphasizing
that the rewards for fasting are multiplied
beyond our comprehension.
Ensure, my dear brothers and sisters
that is from the Ramadan,
you are striving to increasing your acts of iBada,
your prayers, and your recitation of the Quran.
As the Prophet, Sallah,
a.a, He would increase in his Quran.
He would increase in his Quran.
his prayer, his charity, his giving, and especially during the night time and especially during
the last 10 nights, as it is a time of immense rewards and blessings, including especially the
night of Laileth al-Qadr or the night of decree, which is better than a thousand months.
My brothers and sisters, like I was saying before, charity holds a special place in this
beautiful month, as the Prophet, Salah, a.m. was known to be the most generous during this month,
as he, s. Allah, a. a.m. said, the best of people are those who are most beneficial.
to others. So what he's saying is that the best of people are those who help others, who are
beneficial to others, who try to better other people's lives as well without just
neglecting their lives, but they're still trying to better others and help others. But the brothers
and sisters, we should aim to give regularly, even if that be through zychats or voluntary
donations, even small acts of charity and small acts of kindness and have a significant impact,
especially when it's done with
iqlas and what is done with sincerity
and ensure during the month of Ramadan
you are trying to make a dua
as it is a time and when our supplications
are more likely to be accepted
the prophet of allah a lehi wasslam said
that there are three whose supplications are not
you know rejected first is the fasting person
when he breaks his fast
second is the just ruler
and third is the person who is oppressed
or the oppressed or the person who has been wronged
so my brothers and sisters take advantage of this month
to make dua for ourselves, our families in the entirety of this Ummah.
And this is also a time in which you must try to seek the forgiveness of Allah, suhpana'u'u'u'at'al.
Because the month of Ramadan is also a time for seeking the forgiveness of Allah
and healing your relationships, as the act of forgiving others is not only a virtue,
but also a means of earning Allah suhpanao'u's forgiveness,
which is why the Prophet of Allah al-Ale-Salam said,
whoever does not show mercy to our young and does not honor our elders is not one of us.
So we must mend the broken ties and forgive those who have wronged us,
as this will lead to peace in our hearts and communities and contentment,
and it will lead to better relationships with those around us.
My brothers and sisters, as we continue on throughout the month of Ramadan,
it is also very essential to continue to set clear goals for what we want to achieve.
Don't just make your goals before the month of Ramadan.
and then leave it at that.
As time goes on, continue making goals.
Okay, al-hambhala, I read this much Quran.
I understood it.
You know what?
I want to try and learn a new surer this Ramadan.
You learn a new surah?
Okay, now I'm going to set a goal to learn the English of that sort,
the meaning of that sort of.
Try to set clear goals through Altamata of Ramadan,
because it's not just a one-time thing.
You make your list on your phone.
You look at it every day?
Okay, I made the goal, and then that's it.
Make the goal every day and continue going back to it.
And ensure, my dear brothers and sisters
that you are trying to increase in your prayers,
giving in charity, you know, reading the Quran and things like that, my brothers and sisters.
And ensuring that you also have a plan will help you stay focused and motivated throughout
Matur Ramadan, which I want you to remember the Prophet of Allah Allah, Hewsalam said in authentic
Hadith, and I want this to stick with all of us.
The best of deeds and the most beloved of deeds to Allah, Sufana, are those that are done
regularly, or those that are done consistently, even if they are small.
So this hadith, my dear brothers and sisters, emphasizes that even in the month of Ramadan,
on. Your deeds will be multiplied, even if you're only doing something small. Giving one dollar a day
might equal up throughout the home of the Ramadan to 29 or 30 days, it's 29 or 30 dollars, but guess what?
What if that reward equals up to $300,000 worth of you giving or $30,000? And only Allah,
Safanahua-Talha knows how much it truly will be. So my dear brothers and sisters, try your
absolute hardest to take this golden opportunity that we have for the multiply, to multiply our good
deed and seek the pleasure of Allah,
Supanahua'u'u'u'u-ta'a.
We will try to embrace this month of Ramadan with open hearts,
engage in acts of Ibadah, and strive to be
better Muslims, my dear brothers and sisters.
We ask Allah, Supperna,
to accept our fast, to
accept our prayers, to accept our
Ibada, to accept our good deeds, and we ask
Allah, to grant us the strength to make
the most of this best month of Ramadan.
We ask Allah, subpaan our whole at all
to guide us to do good deeds, forgive us for our sins
and our shortcomings to grant us your special mercy,
not only in this life, meaning in the next,
and accept our supplications from us,
bring us the ability to make the most of this Ramadan
and allow for us to emerge from this beautiful
wisdom of Ramadan as better people, as better individuals,
and, inshallah, all together as a better ommah.
And, I'llhanna, al-hah, haemdh,
abhah, haemdh, Ruhman, arhemah,
al-hemdh, al-hazalalem,
and al-a-Rasolah, and al-a-a-a-hahli-hahahahehah,
and al-hahahahahahahahehah,
and al-havul-lilah,
we know-hmed to us, and we
to-ofero, weh, and we believe
on him, and we know-du-by-al-a-law
from shorourour of our own
our own to-haw-in-lawed-lough
and who, and who
will-lid-l-hah-hadi-la.
And we shard, no
Allah, Allah, Allah,
one-haw, and
Muhammad, and Abduh,
and Rathul.
Allah, ha, ha, ha,
the abet, bata,
and abat-a-battel,
and zunate-Nah,
