Sheikh Uthman Hadi - Pray on time for the sake of Allah

Starting point is 00:00:00 Bismillah and Rahman and Rahim, my dear brothers and sisters in Islam, one of the greatest blessings that Allah, subhanna His Allah has given us is sala. The five daily prayers. These are not just rituals. They are appointments and meetings with our creator. Moments when we stand before Allah, we speak to him and seek his mercy.

Starting point is 00:00:25 Allah says in the Quran, indeed prayer has been decreed. Upon the believers a decree of specified times. This is Surah 4, I.O. 103. This means that praying on time is not optional. It's an obligation. It shows discipline, love, and respect for Allah, subhanna,hu, and Allah.

Starting point is 00:00:50 The Prophet, Allah, Allah, a lot of Allah, said, the most beloved deeds to Allah are the prayer and its proper time. Think about it. If we had a meeting with a king or a president, we would never be late. But the one who created time itself, the one who created us, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, invites us five times a day. What excuse do we have? What excuse do we have?

Starting point is 00:01:21 Every time we delay Salah for Dunya, we are saying that something or someone else is more important, may Allah. And no success will ever come from putting Allah second. So, inshallah, let us review and renew our intentions today. Let us strive to pray each sala on time, not for show, not out of routine, but purely for the sake of Allah, who gave us life, health, and guidance. May Allah supranahu, ta'all, make us amongst those who establish prayer and are punctual in fulfilling this beautiful act of worship. I mean, by Sanamu al-a-a-a-a-a-h-h-a-h-h-a-h-h-a-h-h-a-hach-a-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah-hahsah-a-a-sha-a-sha-sha-sha-sha-s.
