Until one day, you don't pray because you have to. You pray because you need to. Love is not something that can be forced. It's something that has to be built over time. If you find yourself struggling to connect with Allah, or to connect with your salaa, know that you're not perfect. It's perfectly okay to feel this way. And the key is to actually start small,

to be consistent, and to approach sala with an open heart and a mind. That focusedness helps you to approach your sara better, and it can help build a deeper connection. with Allah supranahua jada. That act of prostration, which we spoke about before, is a moment of humility and closeness to Allah saffaniahua. So during your sala, take a moment to actually truly immerse yourself in that sajda.

Pour your hearts out to Allah, express your gratitude, seek his guidance, because that sincere moment can be a transformative moment for you, and it can help you feel the love that comes with your creator. The love that comes from your creator. In our lives, it can actually be challenging to be fully present in our Salat. However, making a conscious effort to focus on our Salah can help you to actually develop a deeper appreciation for it before you begin your Salah, taking a few deep breaths, clearing your mind, reminding yourself of the significant of this moment, because practicing these things helps you to cultivate a sense of presence and mindfulness in your Salah. As you begin to implement these small habits, it's actually, very essential to protect them just as a seed needs care and nurturing to grow so does
