Al-Salamu-a-a-rahmat al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a
I would like to give us all the reminder of how important it is to maintain a connection
to the masajid, the house of Allah, Siphan, and how important it is to maintain it.
You know, there is an authentic and beautiful hadith narrated by Abu Huera-u-u-a-u-a-a-a-a-a-u-a-u-u- who he said that the prophet of Allaha-a-a-Slam used to know a woman who used to clean the mashtits, right?
And she used to clean it.
every day and eventually one day
she returned to Allah, Safarana and upon being
informed about this, the Prophetus of Allah
A.m. performed a separate genaza
for her.
You know my brother and sisters, I'm relating
this hadith to us in the very time and age
that we're in right now so that we may understand
the significance and the important that the
masajid has upon us.
It's a beautiful example of how
significant the smallest of deeds may be, right?
You think about a deed as cleaning the mashtit, right?
We are in a mashtid.
You're cleaning the mashtit, the house of Allah,
and in our eyes it may seem as if it is little.
It is a minuscule deed,
but in the eyes of Allah,
it is a huge deed.
And as there are two hades that I would like to quote here
from the Prophet of Allah a Himself in one hadith he says
that the more a person sins,
eventually it will build up and it will destroy a person.
And there's another authentic hadith of the Prophet of Allah
when he says, the more a person performs good deeds, then the more of a reward they will have.
So my brothers and sisters, stay connected to the mashtid.
Ensure that no matter what you do, you are connecting to the house of Allah,
supranahua, not just within prayer, not just within worship and remembrance of him,
but also within deeds that are pleasing to him.
So my brothers and sisters, ensure that any opportunity you have to clean the mashted,
to help out in the mashtit even if it is donating even if it might be just a dollar donate help
out and ensure that your intention is pure and i ask Allah suhphanah to accept it from us
assanaamu alaqa wa rachmatu ala yurakatoi barak ala fikin
