Bism Allahe-rahman and Raheim, al-hemdh,
Rhabelalaliyah, Rāsa'allah,
and al-Alihi, and Sahabih, and Man-Wala.
Assalamu al-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-to-a-to-a-to-maid to my brothers and sisters.
I pray that allah
to forgive us of our sins and our shortcomings,
not only in this life, but mainly in the next.
And I ask Allah, Suu-Supana-hu-Tala to grant us his mercy not only in this life, but mainly in the next.
My brothers and sisters,
Today I want to talk about a beautiful and profound act of worship, and that is the Thahajadjad prayer.
You know, this prayer holds a special place in the hearts of the believers and is a means of drawing closer to Allah, Supana, Hohu'u'u'a'a.
You know, a world filled with distractions and challenges.
Taha'Hajid offers us a unique opportunity to connect with Allah, Allah, Apalahua T'u'a'a'a, the creator, in the stillness of the night, while everyone else is sleeping, while everyone else is doing whatever they're doing.
You know, Tehjjid is a voluntary night prayer that is performed after the obligatory Isha prayer and before the Fajra prayer.
It is a sunnah, muca-a-a-da, meaning it is highly recommended and emphasized by the Prophet Salahallah alexand.
So the term Tehjad comes from the Arabic word, the Arabic root word, Hajidah, which means to stay up or stay awake at night.
The Prophet of Allah a Hew-u-Salam himself was known to pray to Hajid regularly, and it is reported that he would often spend long hours in this prayer, supplication, and reflection during the night.
As Allah suhpana huata commends us in the Quran.
He says, and during part of the night pray with it as additional worship for you.
It is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praise station.
So the Tehundred prayers filled with immense events.
virtues and rewards. But firstly, it is a means of seeking forgiveness and mercy from
Allah, Suhannahāhāha. And the Prophet of Allah al-a-u-Salam said, the best prayer after the
obligatory prayers is the night prayer. So this hadith highlights the significance of taha'jid
as a means of attaining closeness to Allah, Allah, suhpana, hua-ta-a-da, and seeking his forgiveness.
You know, the tahajid prayer is a time when Allah suhapana-hah-a-da descends to the lowest
heaven and calls out. Is there anyone who is asking me for anything that I may give it to him?
Is there anyone who is seeking my forgiveness that I may forgive him? You know, and in this hadith,
this beautiful hadith, um, Allah subpoena hath emphasizes the special connection that we can have
with him during the night, making it a perfect time for supplication and seeking of his mercy.
You know, the hudshut is not a physical act of worship, but it is a spiritual one as well.
You know, it allows for us to detach from the distractions of the day and focus solely on our relationship with Allah,
subhpaniahu, D'a'a'u'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a said,
in the night there is a time when a Muslim does not ask Allah for anything, but he will give it to him.
So this time is a golden opportunity for us to pour our hearts out to Allah, to ask for our needs,
and to seek his help in our affairs.
You know, to perform the Hajid,
one must ideally wake up in the last third of the night,
as this is the most,
um,
this is,
this is the most,
uh,
virtuous time for prayer.
And the Prophet of Allah Ali
would often pray to Raka at a time.
Um,
and there is no fixed number of Rakaa for Salazar T'Hajud.
Um,
but one can pray as many as they wish.
You know, it is recommended to begin with two rakha, followed with additional raka, and conclude the Tahradjid prayer with the winter prayer.
So this is key to pray with sincerity and focus, seeking Allah's pleasure and mercy, as making Tadjadjad a habit should be a main part of our lives.
You know, establishing a routine for the Tadjad can be challenging, especially in our busy lives, working, school, doing whatever we are doing.
However, we must, you know, with determination and intention, we can make it a regular part of our worship.
You know, and inshallah, I will share some tips to help incorporate to Hajjad into your life.
You know, the first one is using alarms or reminders to help wake us up for the Hajid.
You know, it can be helpful to go to bed earlier to ensure you have enough rest.
You know, sometimes it's difficult to wake up for Fudger because of that reason.
making dua asking
Allah suhpana hua T'u'u'u'u-tala to make it easy
for you to wake up for Taha'jid and to
grant you the sincerity and focus needed
during your prayers
and another one is starting small
you know if you are new to
tajjad start with just T'u Raka
and gradually increase the number as you
become more comfortable
and lastly reflecting on
the benefits reminding yourself
of the spiritual and emotional
benefits of Tajjud
reflecting on the rewards can
motivate you to maintain this practice. And you know, the impact of taha'ajid on our lives is very big.
You know, praying tohajah can have a profound impact on our lives. You know, it instills a sense
of peace, a sense of tranquility in our hearts allowing us to face the challenges of the day
with renewed strength and faith. And the connection we do with Allah during these quiet moments
can transform our perspective and help us navigate life trials with patience and resilience.
So over 200 serves as a reminder of our ultimate purpose and life, and that is to worship
Allah, Sufana, Huadallah, and to seek his pleasure. You know, it helps us prioritize our
relationship with our creator and encourage us to be more mindful of our actions throughout the day.
So my dear brothers and sisters, Tehjadha is a precious gift from Allah subhpana,
or Huatada that he allows for us to connect to him in a profound way and it is time for reflection
and it's a time for reflection supplication is seeking of his forgiveness so let us strive
to incorporate this beautiful prayer into our lives and make it a regular practice as we
leave today i encourage each of us um to set a goal of yourself or your own regarding to
a hundred, whether it is to pray once a week or to gradually increase the frequency,
taking those first steps towards this noble act of worship.
That is what we get rewarded for, and especially ensuring that our intentions are right.
We ask Allah, to forgive with our sins or our shortcomings to allow for us to connect to him
and this last start of the night, to pray to Hajid for his sake only to connect,
become closer to Allah, subhapara, and grant a closer relationship to him.
And after our da'anun our al-hambal-al-alemian.
And Salaamu.
And asaamu ala-rahmatelah and berkharata.
My dear brothers and sisters.
