D.C. police officer responded to a report of an unconscious infant and a resident in the Parkview neighborhood of northwest D.C. just after 6 p.m. a law enforcement official told local television station

The boy identified by police as Aaron Boyd Jr. was declared dead at 6.40 p.m. The incident is still under investigation and autopsy will determine the cause of death according to the police report. According to kidsandcars.org, a non-profit dedicated to saving the lives of children and pet in and around motor vehicles, Aaron is the 15th infant to die in a hot car in the U.S. this year. More than 1,000 children have died in hot cars in the country since 1990. Nearly 90% of them are age 3 and younger, the group says. Like, who the fuck is these parents, bro?
