Arizona remains a top relocation destination in 2025, with continued strong and bound migration
from major metro areas across the west and southwest.
According to U-Hall's 2025 mid-year migration trends report, one-way customer moves into Arizona
are being driven by affordability, growth opportunities, and geographic appeal.
The report, which reflects U-Hall truck, trailer, and U-box container transactions from January
through July 2025, highlights Arizona as one of the nation's busiest inbound states. This builds
on the state's strong showing in the 2024 full-year U-Haul Growth States report, where Arizona ranked.
