The city of Chandler will hold a special election on November 4th, 2025, giving Chandler voters
the opportunity to authorize the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds of the city.
The bonds will be used to fund multiple projects, including neighborhood parks and street improvements,
improve public safety services and equipment for police and fire.
In addition, two charter amendment propositions will be on the special election ballot.
The public may now submit arguments for or against these six items.
Bond question 1, enhance Chandler's park and recreational amenities to improve quality of life in the community.
Bond question 2, enhance Chandler fire department services and response through improved facilities and equipment.
Bond question 3, enhanced Chandler Police Department Services and response through improved facilities and equipment.
Bond question 4. Keep Chandler's streets safe, improve traffic flows and reduce
commuter times for Chandler residents.
Proposition 410, Charter Amendment clarification of term limits for council members and mayor.
Proposition 411, Charter Amendment regarding appointment and removal of city manager.
The deadline to submit arguments is 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 6th. Arguments can be submitted in
three ways. Email to Elections at Chandler's.gov. A payment link will be sent upon receipt of the
completed form.
Deliver in person to Chandler City Hall, City Clerk's Office, 175 South Arizona Avenue,
First Floor, Chandler. Send by mail to Chandler City Hall, Mail Stop 606, P-O Box 4,008, Chandler Arizona
85244-408. The cost to file an argument is $150 and arguments are limited to 300 words.
The $150 fee must be paid when the argument is submitted, and may be paid by personal
check, made out to the city of Chandler, credit or debit card, money order, or cash.
Arguments are not considered filed until payment has been received.
Each argument filed should also be submitted in electronic format to the city clerk's office
at Dana.dilong at Chandler's.gov.
Arguments will be included in the information pamphlet along with the names of submitting
individuals or entities.
