It is important to emphasize that this is not a merger or takeover. Our Chamber continues to operate under its own Board of Directors and Bylaws. The management support from Prescott is about strengthening our ability to serve members and grow our impact. The agreement focuses on streamlining operations, increasing volunteer engagement, enhancing member benefits in Chino Valley, all without compromising the Chamber's autonomy.
