The town of Prescott Valley is moving forward with its redesigned Glassford Hill Road widening project,
with construction expected to commence this February. The updated plans improve traffic capacity and safety

Timeline and funding
Design work is complete, and construction is scheduled to begin this month, February,
with an anticipated duration of approximately nine months.
Funding for the project is provided through a state legislative appropriation,
secured with the support of the central Yabapai Metropolitan Planning Organization
as part of Arizona's Transportation Capital Program. Why it matters.
