started items from a stretch of Willow Creek. Our employees are dedicated to the health of this
incredible place we call home, not only in our service to its people, but through active
participation in preserving and beautifying our shared environment, says Dr. Ronald Ekman,
vice president of medical affairs at YRMC. Opportunities like this give our employees a chance
to connect with each other in our community and give back in a way beyond what we get to do
at work every day. In total, the group picked up 1.32 tons, or 2,640 pounds of trash.
The annual event was organized by local non-profit Prescott Creeks and sponsored by Dignity Health YRMC and hosted in partnership with local nonprofit Prescott Creeks.
