Hey, everyone. Monday, November 17th, and this is Monday's with the mayor.
Hope you had an amazing week, and you're ready to tackle what we got going on.
We're going to start off with a few things we got going on this Saturday, 8 to 11, car seat checks over in the Coles parking lot.
And as we've talked about before, you go there, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes per car seat, and they will check on your car seats, make sure they're installed correctly.
And it's just a great opportunity to just make sure everything is done safely and properly for your children.
So again, Coles parking lot this Saturday from 8 until 11.
What else we got going on?
Also this Saturday from 9 to 11 is Creske Valley Turkey Trot over at Santa Fe Park.
If you're interested, it's a 5K-1 run, walk, or waddle over there at Santa Fe Park.
It does cost something.
So it depends on the age, it's from zero for the littles, up to $10.
So if you're interested, you want to go on out there.
go on to our website to learn a little bit more.
So it's kind of a little fun thing, get out, stay active.
Again, this Saturday from 9 to 11, Santa Fe Park, turn to the truck.
And December 6th, coming up, 2 to 8, winter spectacular.
It's going to be a great event.
We're going to have the tree lighting, pictures with Santa,
light parade, live performances, bounce houses, food trucks, that type of thing.
So it's always fun and always free.
Again, December 6th from 2 until 8 p.m.
hope to see you out there with that
it's gonna be a great time
and then guys we didn't really have much
going on but I do want to say
send my condolences out to Ann Wilson
her husband Bob Wilson
a pillar of our community
for I've probably known Bob
over 20 years
he's done a ton for our town
he's with the Yavify Food Bank
he passed away over the weekend
and again a huge loss
for Presby Valley and Ann
our condolences here at Presby Valley
go out to you and your family, Bob will never be able to be replaced, and he's an incredible individual for Prescott Valley.
So folks, we're going to end it with no dad joke today.
So hope everyone has a great week and hope to see you out there.
