Hey, everyone, November 3rd, and this is Mondays with the Mayor.
Hope you had an amazing Halloween.
I know my family did, and I was out and about, and there were literally thousands of people.
Look like they were having a great time.
So fun was had by all.
Let's just dive right into what we got going on.
Next Tuesday, town hall will be closed for Veterans Day.
So we're open Monday, closed on Tuesday, open back on Wednesday.
So just remember that next Tuesday, November 11th, town facilities will be closed.
what we got going on.
We got this Thursday town council at study session.
One of the topics that we're going to be discussing is going to be the Glassford-Dell survey.
Basically, about 1,900 people weighed in on what they thought would be great for Glassford-Dells Park.
And we're going to discuss that.
So tune in or come on down 3 o'clock on Thursday.
We're also going to be talking about a lot of other stuff as well as road improvement and different road packages that perhaps are available or will be available for us to improve our infrastructure.
So please come on by again, it's Thursday, 3 o'clock.
Oh, congrats on Bradshaw Mountain High School.
Beat Prescott on Friday for Friday Night Lights football.
So congrats to them.
Look forward to you guys headed into the playoffs.
So again, kudos to you guys.
One of the things that's opened up is our Water Academy.

registered. So again, Water Academy opens today and hope to see you out there. We got for our parents
out there, November 6th, if you head on down to the library from 530 to 630, it's FAFSA night.
So basically you have students that are going off to college, want to learn more about federal
student aid. Here's an opportunity to do that. So again, 530 to 630 at the library in the lab
area, the computer lab area. So check that out. Great opportunity.
opportunity and it's all three. Not much else going on, folks. This Wednesday, I will be at Fries on
Glassford Hill from 11 to 1230 for a meet the mayor event. Hope to see you out there. This is a great
opportunity. You come on by, ask any questions, say any comments. It's a good time to chat if you're
out and about. Again, this Wednesday from 11 to 1230 over at Frize on Glassford Hill. And with that being
said, folks, here is our dad joke. It's not a bad joke. Why are elevator jokes so good?
It's because they work on so many levels.
Folks, have a great day.
We'll see you after.
