of Spouse Drive, will be complete by Tuesday April 28th. Following the paving of these new lanes,
crews will begin concrete median work and preparation for asphalt paving operations along the existing
northbound and southbound lanes. Starting Wednesday April 29th, traffic will be shifted to a new traffic
pattern, and road users are advised to be alert, use caution and follow the marks signage. One lane of
traffic in each direction will remain open, as will access to businesses, schools, and residential
