The Prescott Area Association of Realtors, PAAR, in partnership with Gre, thriving by choice,
will host the 2026 economic forecast on Wednesday, February 25th, bringing national and state
economic experts to Prescott to share insights on the year ahead.
The event will take place at the clubhouse at Touchmark, formerly the Finn, 3150 Touchmark Boulevard,
and will feature data-driven analysis on key economic indicators, housing market trends, and Arizona's
economic outlook for 2026. The morning begins with breakfast and networking at 8 a.m., followed by a keynote
presentation at 8.30 a.m. by Dr. Jessica Lotz, Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research
for the National Association of Realtors. Lotz will provide a national perspective on economic
conditions and trends shaping the housing market and broader economy. At 9.45 a.m., Tim Bobian,
Senior Director of Government Affairs for the Arizona Association of Realtors,
will discuss Arizona's state-level economic outlook and factors expected to influence growth and
development in 2026. This forecast is an important opportunity for business leaders,
realtors, policymakers, and community stakeholders to gain insight into what lies ahead economically,
both nationally and here in Arizona, set a par representative.
