This project will widen Lake Pleasant Parkway to three lanes in each direction, improving traffic flow, safety, and long-term mobility in one of Peoria’s fastest-growing areas. As part of this project, construction is also underway on Encoreway, a new roadway connecting Lake Pleasant Parkway to 96th Avenue. This project is the first infrastructure project as part of the Peoria Innovation Corps, PIC, a partnership with the Arizona State Land Department that allows Peoria to lead the land planning efforts.
