Public Works Customer Contact Center The Customer Contact Center will be closed on Friday, July 4th. It will reopen at 7 a.m. on Monday, July 7th. Residents can call 602-262-6251. Library In observance of Independence Day,

all Phoenix Public Library locations except Kula, Harman, and Yucca Libraries will be closed. Kula, Harmon, and Yucca libraries are offering extended full-service library hours as part of the city of Phoenix's heat relief efforts and will be open on Independence Day, July 4th, from noon to 10 p.m. All Phoenix Public Library Book Drops and Digital slash e-resources remain available. City of Phoenix Community Centers will be closed on Friday, July 4th for the holiday. Parks and trails will be open for regular hours, but please review

Public transit, both bus and light rail will operate on a Sunday schedule on Friday, July 4th. There is no express or rapid bus service and customer services closed.
