City Council 3-4-year seats. Henry Ebbard 2, 6,920 votes. Mary Fredrickson, 8,743 votes. Robert Jim Garing, 8,853 votes.

Based on Prescott City Charter Article 9, Section 9 the candidates equal in number to the persons to be elected who shall receive the highest number of votes at said general election shall be declared elected to such office. The following candidates at this time have the highest number of votes. Mary Fredrickson Jim Garing J. Ruby In addition to the council races, citizens also voted on Proposition 485, APS franchise, as follows.
