The center honors the 19 Granite Mountain Hot Shots who perished battling the Yarnel Hill Fire on June 30, 2013. The center houses all the items removed from the Station 7 memorial fence that sprang up in the wake of their deaths, and teaches about wildland fire. The center is located at the Pine Ridge Marketplace.
