The city of Prescott and their contractor, Combs Construction Company, will be installing removable
bollards in several locations in the downtown area. A bollard is a short, vertical post that is
used to safely separate pedestrians from vehicles. Ballards will be installed at select intersections,
shown on the map, used for parade routes and special events. Intersections will be fully closed,
24 hours a day for Ballard installation on these dates.
Ballard locations 1 and 4, March 10th through March 18th.
Ballard location 2, March 19th through March 27th.
Ballard location 3, April 14th through April 22nd.
Construction may occur Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Deter routes will be posted
during these closure times. Please follow the March signage to get to your destination.
On street parking restrictions will be in place during this way.
