The parade ends on the field at Mile High Middle School, where the Bonfire Festival will take place from 7:00 – 8:30 pm. There will be music, visits with Santa, and reindeer games for the kids. The Holiday Light Parade and Bonfire Festival returns for its 27th year in Prescott on Saturday November 30th, in downtown Prescott. Starting at 6 p.m. on Cortes Street, a parade led by Santa will feature more than 40 colorfully lit floats and music from school marching bands. The parade ends on the field at Mile High Middle School, where the Bonfire Festival will take place from 7 o'clock. to 8.30 p.m. There will be music, visits with Santa, and reindeer games for the kids. Attendees can also get a closer look at the illuminated floats, all parked on the field for viewing.
Starting point is 00:00:43 Prescott High School and Chino Valley High School marching bands will perform at the bonfire. Entrance to the field is through the gate on Goodwin Street, across from Old Firehouse Plaza. This event is hosted by the Prescott Downtown Partnership and sponsored by Desert Financial Credit Union, Arizona Public Service, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and experienced Prescott Office of Tourism. Admission is free. We're excited to be the first event kicking off the holidays in downtown Prescott. Families and businesses have entered their floats that will light up the night, said Prescott Downtown Partnership Board Member Autumn Klein.
