With the recent approval of the state budget, the city of Prescott is set to receive $15.3 million for infrastructure improvements at the Prescott Rodeo grounds. We are very pleased to receive these funds for much-needed improvements to the aging rodeo grounds in the infrastructure that supports it, said city manager Dallin Kimball. The city will be working to develop a plan for those improvements and complete appropriate projects within the requirements provided by the state. This is an important consequence for the city Prescott and our rodeo grounds, said Mayor Phil Good. We have worked diligently to see this effort come to a positive result, and I want to extend my thanks and recognition to Senator Finchham, along with the support of Representatives win in bliss, to reach this final positive result.
