The Prescott Valley Police Department is accepting applications for its 2025 Citizens Police Academy.
The Academy begins on Tuesday, August 19th, and runs every Tuesday from 6 o'clock to 9 p.m. through October 14th.
Classes will take place at the Prescott Valley Police Department Training Room.

There is no charge for the Academy, and you do.

mission, philosophy, and operations of the Prescott Valley Police Department, and the extensive
training officers received to better serve the community's residents. Some of the classes presented
include firearm simulation training, special weapons and tactics, traffic and DUI enforcement,
gang task force, canine program, crime prevention, volunteers and policing, and much more.
This is a great way to learn more about the people and practices of the press.
