The Jim and Linda Lee Performing Arts Center in Prescott is proud to welcome Oklahoma husband and wife duo the imaginaries for a special cabaret performance on Friday August 29th at 7 p.m.
Fresh off the release of their highly anticipated sophomore album fever, out August 22nd, the imaginaries are bringing their new songs to life in an intimate cabaret setting.
While the duo has been touring nationwide throughout 2025, Prescott is one of the very first style.
to feature fever materials since the release of the album. This unique on-stage experience offers
limited seating for just 120 guests, with cabaret tables, hors d'oeuvres, and a cash bar.
Fever is already being hailed as a blow-your-hair-back collection, blending gritty blues rock riffs,
heartfelt ballads, and shimmering pop Americana melodies. Guest guitar cameos from Vince Gill,
Joe Bonamassa, and Ariel Posen underscore the album's firepower. The imaginaries, Maggie McClure and
Shane Henry, have been praised for their magnetic blend of Shane's guitar-sling blues rock
roots with Maggie's vulnerable, soulful songwriting. Their music evokes the spirit of Tom Petty,
Fleetwood Mac, the Civil Wars, and Bonnie Raid. Beyond the stage, the duo has carved a niche in
film and television with more than 75-sync licensing placements, including writing and
producing the soundtrack for the feature film A Cowgirls song, in which they also co-starred.
Their songs have appeared in Netflix's Mending the Line, the Dennis Quaid Biopic Reagan, and other
major projects. Select Live highlights include sharing stages with Judy Collins, John Waite,
the Gatlin brothers, and sixpence Nun the Richer, as well as an invitation to open the Brian
Setser Orchestra Christmas tour. With fever, the imaginaries return to the road with a sound that's
both cinematic and intimate, a dazzling showcase of their musical partnership.
