Here are the snow day reports from Humboldt Unified School District, HUSD, Prescott Unified School District, P-USD, and Yavapai College, YC, for March 14th, 2025.
Humboldt Unified School District
Humboldt Unified School District will be canceling school on Friday March 14th, due to inclement weather.
While Huss would normally implement a two-hour delay, schools are on an early release schedule,
so the decision was made that it would be safest to cancel school entirely.

The forecast calls for snow until early morning, with freezing temperatures overnight and in the morning.
Road conditions will require at least a two-hour delay for buses.
That would leave us with 2.5 to 3 hours of school, the day before.
for spring break. Also, more snow is forecasted for tomorrow around our Friday dismissal time.
Humboldt U.S.D in Prescott Valley and Yavapai College are canceling school tomorrow.
Due to the variety of elevations and road conditions in Prescott, to assure everyone's safety,
Puss will cancel school tomorrow as well. Stay safe and warm. Have a good spring break.

Yavapai College
All Yavapai college locations are closed on Friday March 14th, 2025 for all classes and services.
Virtual and remote work slash services are not in place. This is a full closure.
College campuses and centers are closed for in-person traffic. The Family Enrichment Center is
closed. The following procedures are in place for Friday. All classes are canceled.
All buildings will be locked, and key card access will be turned off.
Some campuses and centers may have barricades in front of entrances. These are placed to prohibit traffic from entering roadways and parking lots. Only YC police are permitted to move barricades. Any other individual who moves a barricade is subject to a citation. Only authorized facilities personnel are allowed to move snow or ice. No other employees should attempt to do so on college property. Facilities personnel will be using heavy equipment to move snow.
Please stay away from the equipment.
Do not approach facilities personnel who are actively using the equipment.
The equipment is loud, and they may not hear you.
Additionally, they are not expecting people to be around, which leads to dangerous situations for you and them.
Essential personnel, X, facilities, police, will be given instructions by their supervisor regarding their work schedules.
Those who cannot work from home must check with their supervisor regarding their pay status,
a decision to use vacation time may be made based on specific situations.
