Starting point is 00:00:54 Equity grows. Asset strengthen. But there's a catch. If teachers, nurses, hospitality workers, techs, and first responders can't afford to live where they work. The long-term health of the community is at risk. That workforce, the missing middle, is the backbone of daily life. Without attainable housing, service workers move farther away. Commute times increase. Local businesses struggle to hire. Long-term home values may destabilize. The first signature series event, February 17th, tackles this head-on in a townhouse. Hall format at the center on Rosser Street in Prescott. Featured panelists include Danny Court, with Elliot D. Pollack and Company, is presenting growth data and migration trends.

Dr. Anthony Torres, President and CEO FDignity Health, is addressing workforce recruitment realities. The goal is an advocacy for a specific project. It's education, data, dialogue. Because growth is already happening. Even a modest 2% annual growth rate across a region of 120,000 to 150,000 people means 2,000 to 3,000 new residents each year.
