Drivers in the surprise area should prepare for overnight lane and ramp closures along
US60, Grand Avenue, and Loop 303 from 9 p.m. Wednesday, October 29th through 5 a.m. Thursday, October 30th,
as part of Addoz's Phase 2 interchange improvements. The eastbound US60 right lane and several ramp
connections to Loop 303 will be closed during this time. Dutors via Reims Road and Bell Road will

exciting new trail project transforms Jasper Parkway. Prescott Valley Parks and Recreation crews
have begun construction on a new 1,300 foot, 6-foot wide walking path along Jasper Parkway. The project will
connect the Summit Trail to the Iron King Trail, providing residents and visitors with a continuous,
safer route for walking, biking, and outdoor recreation. An added highlight is the creation of a
new summit trailhead that will reduce at grade crossings and improve accessibility. The project is
expected to be completed by the end of November 2025 as part of the town's ongoing commitment

test regional emergency alert system. The Prescott Regional Communications Center, PRCC, in partnership
with Smart 9-11 by RAVE mobile safety, will test the Prescott Regional Emergency Notification,
PREN, system on October 29th between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. The test is designed to ensure system
readiness for emergency alerts covering Prescott, Prescott Valley, and surrounding areas.
Residents registered with Smart 9-11 will receive the test via text, email, voice, or app notification,
clearly marked as a test.
Those who do not receive the alert are encouraged to update their smart 9-11 profiles at alerts.prescottos.gov or Prescott Volley Alerts.gov.
