Among them are Judy and Dion Monon, who have long known about touchmark but made the move sooner than expected due to a personal health journey. We lived across the street and always thought, maybe one day we'll move there, says Judy. That day came sooner than we planned, but we couldn't be happier. Everyone is so friendly, and we're excited to start this next chapter. Dion adds, we reserved a home we love, and I wish we could skip over the downsizing and selling process so we could just start enjoying life at Touchmark. A new era for independent living in Prescott. This expansion introduces a variety of spacious one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 840 to 2053 square feet. Many homes feature private patios, garages,

and direct access to the new courtyard and putting green, all within a picturesque high desert landscape. Touchmark has also completed enhancements to its dining venues, including the Sterling dining room, Charlie's Lounge, and a refreshed private dining space for intimate gatherings. These updates create a welcoming atmosphere where residents can connect over meals, enjoy Arizona's breathtaking sunsets, and embrace the community's engaging lifestyle.
