Situated on 2.1 acres at the northeast corner of Main Street and Florentine Road, the property offers a prime location within walking distance of the downtown city center, the Prescott Valley Performing Arts Center, restaurants, and of course the Findlay Toyota Center. Over the next 30 days, construction crews will focus on framing, followed by electrical and plumbing installations. Dane Becka Beck Legacy Group states, the project is on schedule to be completed by October 2025, and we are excited to bring a new extended stay hotel option to Prescott Valley in the heart of downtown. The four-story hotel is designed to accommodate extended stays, with each room featuring a kitchenette equipped with a two-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator. Guests can enjoy amenities such as an outdoor pool, a covered patio with barbecue facilities,

a fitness center, a laundry room, and more. Construction is expected to be completed by October 2025. The property remains under 24-7 rigorous security, supported by partnerships. with the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority, CAFMA, and the town of Prescott Valley to ensure safety throughout the project.
