Starting point is 00:00:00 I'm Mayor Phil Good with your weekly update. The Prescott Police Department currently has several items that are lost, unclaimed, or found in their possession. Please contact the Property and Evidence Section at 928-777-1930 for further information. These efforts help reconnect items with their owners and strengthen our community. The City of Prescott Economic Development Department is continuing to, collect responses to the Prescott Business Survey, designed to better understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities of businesses in our city. The survey is available at Participateprescott.com through November 15th, and I strongly encourage businesses of all sizes to

In addition to a regular voting agenda, this will be the official meeting where our new mayor and city council members are sworn in. I encourage residents to attend in-person or view the meeting online to stay engaged with the decisions shaping our city. Tomorrow we observe Veterans Day, a time to honor and thank the brave men and women who have served our nation. The 2025 Veterans Day parade will be held in downtown Prescott tomorrow, Tuesday, November 11th. The opening ceremonies begin at 10.30 a.m. at the intersection of Cortez and Union streets, followed by the parade at 11 a.m. This annual event is a Prescott tradition, and I encourage
Starting point is 00:01:41 everyone to attend and show your appreciation for our veterans and their families. In observance of the holiday, city offices will be closed Tuesday, November 11th, and will reopen Wednesday, November 12th at 8 a.m. A solid waste division will not be collecting residential or commercial routes on Tuesday. Collection on Monday will proceed as usual, and all other routes will be delayed by one day with pickups occurring the following business day. The city transfer station and the Prescott Public Library will also be closed Tuesday and reopen on Wednesday, November 12th. To all our veterans, thank you for your courage, your dedication, your service and sacrifice to our country.
Starting point is 00:02:28 Prescott will continue to honor you today and every day, but especially tomorrow on Veterans Day. That's all for this week's update. Thank you for staying engaged and connected with your city government. I'm Mayor Phil Good. Enjoy a safe and meaningful Veterans Day, and I'll address you next week for my final weekly update as your mayor. Thank you.
