What is Smart 911-Rave?
Smart 9-1-Rave is a free service that allows residents to create a safety profile, which includes important information such as medical conditions,
Household details and emergency contacts.
When a 911 call is made, this profile is automatically displayed to dispatchers.
This enables first responders to have immediate access to vital information,
resulting in quicker and more accurate assistance.
Features of Smart 9-11-Rave.
Multiple communication methods, alerts will be sent through phone calls, text messages, and emails,
which allows residents to receive their notifications however they prefer.
Targeted alerts, only those in specific areas affected by an emergency will receive alerts, reducing unnecessary notifications.
Real-time information, the system provides timely updates on emergencies, including severe weather, road closures, and public safety threats.
Personalized safety profiles, residents can add key health and household information to assist first responders during an emergency.
