Cruise will generally operate between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., with some weekend scheduling to help reduce impacts on higher traffic streets. Message boards will be placed in advance

to notify motorists of activity in specific areas. Investing in pavement preservation helps extend the life of our roadways, reduce maintenance needs, and provide safer, smoother streets for the community, said Public Works Manager Joshua Conover. Residents in impacted areas will receive advance notice prior to work. Contractors with American pavement preservation, along with city staff, will provide door hangers at least 48 hours ahead of scheduled treatment. These notices will include specific locations, dates, and expected timeframes. In addition, the city shares updates online, through its weekly road report, and on social media to help keep the community informed. During construction, drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, follow posted signage, and allow for additional travel time and affected areas.
