And to this sleep affirmation session that's designed to calm your mind and provide relief from stress, anxiety, and overthinking. will begin with a short wind down just to get you settled and then i'll turn to a series of positive affirmations which will repeat all night long to offer you a long and soft landing into sleep so settle into the most comfortable position that you can find taking the time to make any adjustments that will allow you to be even just one percent more comfortable because you deserve to be completely relaxed and at ease and once you're there softly
Starting point is 00:04:15 allow your eyes to flutter closed feeling the relaxation set in to the muscles of your eyes, your forehead, your cheeks and your jaw, going it to spread all the way through your body, softening all the way down into the bed and taking just three deep breaths, slowly in, even slower, back out. Each breath guiding you just the tiniest, the tiniest, bit deeper, into relaxation, closer to sleep and simply enjoying these first moments for peace and quiet where you have absolutely nothing to do, no problems to solve and trusting in your body's own natural abilities to rest and sleep in its own way and on its own time. My muscles are relaxed and at ease is spreading through my body. letting thoughts come is allowed to rest it's okay to stop trying it's okay to do nothing rest releasing the need to control i'm letting my body take over from here towards rest i have nothing to figure out in this moment I can simply be. I am safe. I am supported. I am slowing down. Breathing deeply and effortlessly. I am ready for rest. Relaxing deeper and deeper with each breath. I am finding peace. The body is softening, is growing
Starting point is 00:14:05 quiet. My nervous system is relaxing. I'm letting go of all worries, letting go, of all tension, releasing what does not serve me. Everything is okay right now. I give myself permission to let go and unwind. I'm drifting into calm, comfort, sinking into stillness. My thoughts are growing more distant. The mind is slowing. I am free from the day just past.
Starting point is 00:16:41 I am free. From overthinking, releasing all worries. I am softening all tension. I'm drifting closer and closer to sleep with each passing moment is washing over me. Stillness surrounds me all as well. in this moment, laxing from head to toe is heavy, and still the outside world is slowly fading farther and farther. And farther, there is no need for urgency now. Everything can wait until
Starting point is 00:19:24 tomorrow. Trust my body to rest. I'll sleep to arrive in its own time. There is nothing. I need to force. There is nothing to fear. I can rest deeply and peacefully. I am safe to let go. The edges of my awareness. or growing softer is becoming more spacious and open into sleep. I'm losing all track and concern. For time, I surrender completely. I'm ready, let go fully of deep and rejuvenating sleep. I am settling deeper and deeper. peace is filling me, easing towards rest, feels softer now as the mind continues to slow.
Starting point is 00:23:27 My breath continues to soften, and my thoughts continue to fade, embracing. Sleep, ready to drift off. Choosing calm.
