I'm your host, Tyler, and tonight I invite you to join me on a journey where you'll be embraced by the warm, golden light of the universe, and where you'll see your deepest dreams and desires become reality. as you sink into a deep and peaceful sleep. So if you have any dreams or goals that you wish would come to fruition, then this meditation is for you.

This is an extended sleep session with visualization and powerful affirmations, which will continue throughout the night for several hours, slowly fading in volume, offering you plenty of time to fall asleep. And you can begin by finding your most comfortable position in bed, taking the time to make any adjustments you need to get as relaxed and settled as possible. And once you've found that most comfortable position, you can gently and softly allow your eyes to flutter closed.

enjoying a few deep and slow breaths. Inhaling through your nose, holding for just a second at the top, and then exhaling and releasing everything you're holding onto. Have a few more breaths just like that at your own pace. And each time you release the breath, imagine that you're letting go of the ankle. that hold you to the earth, allowing yourself to relax deeper and deeper as your body feels simultaneously lighter and lighter. And with each passing breath you take, you've not only begun the inevitable countdown towards sleep. But you've also begun the transition of becoming less of a body and more

of a presence. Feel the muscles in your face soften. Release the tension in your jaw, your back, and anywhere else in your body that you may still be holding on. Each passage, moment, your heartbeat, and your breath, slowing just that tiny bit more, progressively letting go of the day, even just one percent at a time. At that rate, you'll be fast asleep deep in the embrace of the all-encompassing universe in no time. As right, as right now, you're standing on the threshold of the infinite and to begin your journey to reconnect with the universal energy and manifest your deepest dreams and desires. I invite you to imagine that the ceiling above you simply dissolves into a vast and indigo night sky.

and just as each breath allows you to relax that tiny bit deeper. It also allows your body to lift slowly and gently, floating upward, out of your room and your home into the cool night air. As you rise slowly above the roof, you see the silent world below. The trees, the forests, the cities, the rivers, and the oceans. Continuing with that soft and effortless breath, that's not only your guide into sleep, but the fuel with which you ascend into the atmosphere, feeling the air become thinner as you're moving beyond the clouds

and beginning to enter the great stillness of the cosmos. And as you move farther and farther from the earth, the stars grow brighter. and brighter, such that they're no longer just distant lights, pulses of pure, intelligent energy. And eventually, you find yourself floating in the center of the galaxy, suspended in a sea of velvet black. And just off in the distance, there's a shimmering stream of warm. golden light, which your ever-sloving breath is gently guiding you towards. This is the source energy of all things.

And as you slowly float towards and into that shimmering stream of golden energy, you feel a warmth pass through your body. the subtlest of vibrations, moving through each and every one of your cells. And this source energy is not only healing you from the inside out, rejuvenating your mind, body, and spirit, but it's making you a magnet for the miraculous. and as this warm golden energy fills your body more and more, you begin to experience visions of your life, visions of miracles, starting with those that are already unfolding, like the miracle of your breath, the effortless automatic dance of life.

that constantly sustains you without ever having to ask for it and the miracle of your awareness, the simple fact that you are a piece of this universe, experiencing itself and the miracles of love and joy bringing back some of those most magical memories. that have brought your life meaning and fulfillment. And as you acknowledge these existing wonders in your life, your magnetic pull becomes even stronger. As that warm energy seeps deeper into your being, relaxing you more and more.

And your magnetism grows stronger. and stronger, you begin to see something else in the darkness, the new miracles beginning to glow like distant stars moving ever closer toward you. And I don't know exactly what these new miracles may be for you, but I do know that you'll begin to see them unfold in the next. In the natural, unforced, an unhurried way in which the universe works. As these miracles move closer and closer, becoming more and more clear, you begin to see what you once considered to be impossible, now becoming inevitable. And these miracles aren't things.

that you have to work for, their frequencies that you're now tuned into. They manifest through a state of being which you are connected to here as you rest in the warm, all-encompassing energy of the universe. and as you observe these miracles, beginning to manifest in your life, you can allow yourself to relax even deeper, letting go of all tension, all doubt, and all worry, knowing that you are always connected to this stream of infinite energy. infinite miracles and perfect timing settling deeper and deeper into the dark quiet of space your mind begins to rewire its expectations and behaviors knowing that everything is working out exactly as it should that the

universe is working with you and for you, not against you, and that you are exactly where you're supposed to be and you're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing, drifting in the current of the extraordinary, becoming a magnet. for all of life's greatest blessings sinking into a sea of infinite possibility leading a life in which miracles are your natural state of being growing lighter and more free with the peace of knowing that all is well and that. that the universe is conspiring in your favor, letting go of the how and the win and seeing life as a series of beautiful synchronicities, finding comfort in the recognition that you are worthy

of all of the best things that life has to offer, settling deeper and deeper and deeper. into stillness, here, where dreams and miracles grow. That you'll awake in the morning to a life and a world that delights you.
