Starting point is 00:01:42 forward into your dream life, and you don't need to make anything in particular happen. You don't need to stay awake through this whole episode. You don't need to repeat any of these words or force yourself to visualize in a certain way. you can simply relax and follow the sound of my voice as your mind begins to loosen its grip on the day just past and whether you fall asleep quickly or slowly or you drift in and out that's all perfectly fine you don't need to worry about when or how you fall asleep because we all fall asleep in and in our own way and on our own time. And either way, your subconscious mind will always be listening.
Starting point is 00:02:57 And that deeper, more powerful part of your mind and your being is where you'll begin to manifest and transform your life. And I don't know whether you'll fall asleep faster due to the words that I say, the way in which I say them, or even the spaces between my words. But I do know that you can just begin by settling into a comfortable position in bed, whatever's most supportive and relaxing for you and your body, taking the time to make any adjustments at all, even if it just allows you to be 1% more comfortable.
Starting point is 00:03:59 comfortable. Go ahead and make that adjustment because it might make all the difference in how you sleep tonight. And you deserve that really deep and restful sleep. And for now, just keep your eyes open for a moment. I know it seems counterintuitive, but this technique can be very effective for helping you relax, settle into a subconscious state, and fall asleep. So now that you've settled into that most comfortable position, resting your gaze somewhere on the wall or the ceiling out in front of you, not straining or forcing the gaze, just allowing the eyes to relax as I count. From five to one, slowly beginning to feel the weight of your eyelids taking over.
Starting point is 00:05:23 During the course of that countdown, starting now at five and just feeling that weight, beginning to grow as you rest your gaze there, eyes beginning to flutter as that weight grows heavier. Three, beginning to feel that growing desire to let go as we come to two, and you're barely able to keep your eyes open now under that growing weight, but resisting for just a moment more as we arrive at one and you allow your eyes to close down all the way now, feeling that sense of relaxation and softness spreading through and around the muscles of your eyes into your forehead your cheeks your jaw just softening all the muscles of your face and feeling that relaxation spread across your whole body through your neck your shoulders your arms, your back, your chest, deeper down into your hips and thighs, and all the way to the tips of your toes as you feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper with each passing breath
Starting point is 00:08:22 and each passing moment. And if you'd like to sink even deeper now, we'll just take a few breaths together to downshift your body, your nervous system, and your thoughts, beginning by letting all of your air out, and then inhaling for five, four, three, two, one. Hold to exhale for eight, seven, seven, six. six, five, three, two, one. Inhaling again for five and exhale for eight. Inhale and exhale and exhale. Just letting all of the air fall back out,
Starting point is 00:10:42 not forcing anything and allowing your breath to return to its own natural rhythm and depth, just resting your attention there, not trying to change or force it, just noticing the rhythm and enjoying this moment of peace and quiet where there's nothing to fix and nothing to solve, just a moment of quiet in which to grant yourself the permission to let go of everything you're holding onto, allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper with each passing breath moving you even just one percent closer to sleep. And as you move along that path towards rest, in your own way and on your own time, you may begin to feel. You may begin to feel. You may begin to feel your thoughts. Drifting just that bit farther, allowing everything to just drift as you float here
Starting point is 00:12:54 in perfect stillness and comfort. And if any thoughts or worries do arise, as they often naturally do, just imagine placing them into a little box labeled tomorrow. one by one, stowing away any lingering thoughts into a place where nothing will be lost or ignored. Just temporarily set aside as you have no need to hold on to these things right now. And as your mind empties out in this way, you may find that sleep begins to move even closer. moment by moment by breath and as your mind grows more quiet and more spacious i invite you to imagine a vision of yourself standing in a peaceful place of your own liking an image whether it's real or imagined. It doesn't matter, but whatever it is, let it be some place that makes you feel
Starting point is 00:15:29 at ease and comforted. And up above is a beautiful and clear night sky stars shimmering off in the distance. The kind of night sky that makes you feel simultaneously small and intimately connected to everything. And you begin to notice that somewhere nearby, a soft golden light appears, not bright, or harsh, and steady. And so you begin to move towards it. And as you approach, you realize, that this golden light is coming from a doorway, a doorway into the part of your mind,
Starting point is 00:17:11 where healing happens automatically, where abundance is unlimited, where love feels safe, and where happiness comes naturally. And so you place your hand on that door, surrounded by golden light and you slowly press it open not because you force it not because you have some longing but because you're ready to receive and reconnect with a part of you that you've always known was there and as you step through that door into the other side you arrive into a place that feels like your future, a place that you've always somehow known, but felt a bit distant or beyond your immediate reach. This is your dream place, the atmosphere of your dream life. And here you can simply take a moment to notice. What do you see?
Starting point is 00:19:14 see what colors, what textures, what light, what people, and places, and what do you hear the sounds of silence or busyness, or maybe some of both. But most importantly, notice what you feel in your body being here. this future dream place show you health see yourself moving through life with well-being vitality energy notice your posture your breathing and the way your body feels like an ally a teammate on this journey of life imagine waking up every day and feeling that natural wave of positive energy and the passion with which you'll pursue life when you simply feel good every day.
Starting point is 00:21:57 And as you allow these dreamlike sensations of health to wash over you, you feel yourselves, healing themselves. You feel your nervous system, soothing and softening. And you feel your body. Sinking that bit deeper towards the most healing and rejuvenating sleep.
Starting point is 00:22:57 And as you sink deeper and deeper, you can invite this dreamlike space to show you wealth, the type of wealth that's more than money, seeing your life with enough of everything you need, the resources that create freedom, safety, and options, a wealth that's not forced, or under pressure, a wealth that fills your heart and your mind with ease and comfort, allowing those burdens and stresses of daily life to seem smaller and farther away, noticing the types of choices and lifestyles that support this all-encompassing type of wealth, financial wealth.
Starting point is 00:25:19 But wealth in relationships, wealth in joy, and wealth all throughout life, blowing that sensation, to guide your subconscious mind along the path of sleep and life that will lead you to such wealth, not through force, but through openness.
Starting point is 00:26:12 and creativity as that towards wealth draws you deeper into relaxation and deeper towards sleep you can begin to allow this dreamlike place to show you love and this is the infinite unconditional type of love the kind of love that's always safe, the kind of love that doesn't require you to change or shrink who you are, presenting in all the forms and ways that love arrives, be it romantic love, love of a community or family, or self-love, seeing yourself, surrounded and filled with this loving energy, mutual respect, warmth, and deep, everlasting connection. And as this love embraces your being, notice how it changes the way that you carry yourself, how it softens your guard, how it dissolves your fears, and how it opens your heart.
Starting point is 00:28:49 and as that sense of love surrounds you completely, allows you to relax, even more deeply, easing all tension, all stress, and worry in the knowing that you're always loved, you're always accepted, and you always belong, and as that sense of love allows you, to rest deeper within. This dreamlike place begins to show you happiness, not the loud or performative kind, but rather the steady and heartfelt kind that fills your being. Notice what it's like to have happiness as your baseline. See yourself enjoying the best line. See yourself enjoying ordinary moments of everyday life, laughing easily, feeling present, as though you're always saying yes to life. And as such, life keeps getting better, not because you're trying harder,
Starting point is 00:31:32 or doing more, but because you're allowing your happiness to be simple, to be easy. and when you allow your happiness to come in this way, you begin to find happiness more easily and more regularly every single day. And as that sense of happiness surrounds you combining with the love, the wealth, and the health, you may begin to feel and experience, a transformation as the subconscious mind accepts this future feeling as what's real, what's desired, what's possible, what's useful, because the mind learns through repetition and the body learns through safety.
Starting point is 00:33:18 And in this way, you're teaching your mind and body that rest is safe. Love and happiness can be experienced in every moment and that a better life is possible almost immediately. And so from this night forward, it will become easier. and easier to fall asleep because you simply stop trying and forcing it. It will become easier and easier to find health, wealth, love and happiness, because you open yourself to receiving them infinitely.
Starting point is 00:34:39 And if you happen to wake in the middle of the night, you won't panic. or become frustrated. You'll simply take one slow breath in and an even slower breath out, sinking once again into comfort. Your thoughts fading deeper and deeper into the background, returning to sleep easily and without effort.
Starting point is 00:35:37 And as you sleep, your subconscious mind will continue to align you more and more with that dreamlike future state that you've envisioned tonight leading you to notice opportunities more quickly choosing the things that support your well-being more easily releasing what doesn't serve you more freely and in this way your growing sense of health, wealth, love, and happiness are not a single happening or moment pattern, a direction, a life path that you're both building and following naturally moment by moment, choice by choice.
Starting point is 00:37:07 just like right now as you're moving closer to sleep by breath and as you continue along your own path towards sleep and a better future i'll proceed to repeat a series of positive affirmations which you can simply receive allowing them to wash over you and settle deeper into your subconscious mind. I am safe to rest. I am open to receive. My body knows how to sleep and heal can let go now. Sleep comes to me naturally. I treat my body with kindness and care. My energy is returning.
