a state where you can become aware
within your dreams, explore safely, and shape the story of your night, while positively affecting
your waking life as well, and you don't need to do, accomplish, or force anything.
Just simply follow the sound of my voice.
As you fall asleep in your own way and on your own way, and on your own.
time will be perfect because your subconscious will absorb every word and your dreams will
unfold creating your own natural journey into a restful night so settle in and find a comfortable
position making any adjustments you need to ensure that you can relax as deeply and profoundly as
possible. And once you've found that comfortable position, allow your body to soften all the way
down and find stillness softly, slowly. Allow your eyes to begin fluttering closed,
as though the weight of your eyelids is getting heavier and heavier until you can no longer
resist the desire to close your eyes and let them shut all the way down.
And once your eyes are closed all the way, out the muscles in and around your eyes to relax
completely, feel that softening in your brow, your forehead, your cheeks, and your jaw,
unhurried breath in through your nose, and just let the air fall back out through your mouth,
not forcing anything to be slow and steady, each one, like the rhythm of the tide and out,
slowly towards sleep, and just enjoy this first moment of peace and quiet.
At the end of the day, when there's nothing for you.
to do, no problems for you to solve, and nobody for you to answer to. You just get to relax and
and enjoy a peaceful journey into your dreams, letting go of any desires or expectations
about what those dreams might be or entail tonight. Before we get to those dreams, we'll
now take a moment to relax your body so that you become more detached from your physical state
and existence, allowing you to drift more easily into that deeper, subconscious state. So as you
continue to breathe, nice and slow, just bring your attention to your shoulders. Imagine that there's
a warm wave of relaxation,
passing through them, causing them to melt downward,
and releasing that weight, causing any tension to dissolve into the night air.
Feel all of the effort and burdens of the day,
washing away like the water in a wave,
slipping back into the ocean.
feel that relaxation spreading into your arms softening every muscle every joint every little bit of tension
dissolving away notice as your hands and fingers relax completely as if they're floating
turn your awareness to your chest and each inhale bringing that one
warm wave of relaxation.
Through all of the muscles,
dissolving all of the tension,
and as your chest softens,
your back follows,
feeling that wave,
spreading slowly,
but steadily,
in each muscle along your spine,
loosening like a knot,
as it becomes
untied and uncoiled.
A wave of relaxation to spread into your belly and your hips,
feeling the muscles of your pelvis.
Settle all the way down.
Float by your thighs as every tiny muscle relaxes and every knot of tension dissolves
as that wave of relaxation.
passes all the way through your body.
Your body is completely soft, loose, and still, drifting down towards sleep,
as though you can almost begin to let go of all physical sensation,
because every cell in your body is turning down, down, down.
for the night.
Each round of breath,
moving just that tiny bit slower
than the one before.
antly rocking you toward
the dream world
that lies ahead,
drifting farther and farther
from your physical body
deeper and deeper
into a fully relaxed
comfortable, easy, subconscious state.
If you'd like to journey towards your own dream world,
you can begin to imagine floating out of your body,
rising up above yourself,
so that you're looking down at your physical self,
lying in your bed,
just as you are right now.
With every breath,
You feel lighter, as though the air itself is lifting you up of your physical body.
Your body is heavy with sleep, but your subconscious dream self is just beginning to rise,
floating slowly upward, light as a feather, free is a bird and calm as the night,
and your dream self continues floating higher.
and higher as the ceiling above dissolves into a soft and dark night sky glows above casting a silver light
across the world below and the stars shimmer like distant lanterns guiding you gently onward you float higher farther and farther
from your physical body carried on invisible currents of air, weightless and free, guiding you through
the night sky towards a space that seems both new and familiar. And you may enter that space
through a door or a portal or some other kind of entryway. Or you. Or you may enter that space. Or you
you may simply appear there, but one thing's for sure. You'll journey to the dream space
you're supposed to be in tonight, on your own path, and in your own way. As you journey there,
you may choose to walk or fly or move by some other means, or you may simply be still and
observe. As you journey into your own dream space, you can look down at your hands,
noticing how they appear as a gentle cue that you're beginning to enter this dream space,
what you'll find or do in this dream space tonight. But I do know that you'll find and do,
Whatever feels right to you to notice the details in this dream space,
even if they're only just beginning to appear,
and even if they're evolving and changing over time,
you can just objectively observe and notice the colors,
shapes, objects, and space that you see.
What sounds you notice, reach your nose.
And if there's anything that you can touch and feel its texture.
Each observation you make anchoring you in the awareness that you have entered a subconscious,
lucid dreaming state, it's just fine if you're not totally aware.
we're completely immersed or fully entered into this lucid dreaming space yet there's no need to feel
frustrated to feel as though you are not capable or that this process isn't possible for you
tonight instead just allow yourself to relax deeper freeing your mind
mind and your imagination from the physical constraints of your body and slowly becoming more and more
aware of any dream space that you discover each little observation you make in this dream space
the more deeply you're entering it and the more free you're becoming here as you venture
towards or through your own subconscious, lucid dreaming space.
Allow these affirmations to soak into your subconscious mind,
further supporting you on this lucid dreaming journey
and strengthening your ability to engage in this process tonight.
and in the future.
I am safe in my dreams, in my dreams,
inside my dreams.
Remember my dreams with clarity,
my physical existence,
journeying through my own subconscious dream space.
Can gently guide my dreams in the direction I choose,
keeps me calm and steady.
I awaken inside my dreams.
dreams with ease. Each night I grow stronger and more capable in my dream awareness, free to explore,
and in control easily by observing my dream world with curiosity and calm awareness. Into every dream,
I remain peaceful and steady.
No matter what I experience,
act with my dreams,
with confidence,
and complete safety.

to drift deeper and deeper into lucidity.
