my name is tyler and it's my absolute privilege to be your guide tonight as we venture through a peaceful
forest to a cozy cabin leaving the noise of the waking world's
behind and settling into a sanctuary of absolute safety and comfort all while peaceful rain falls
and thunder rumbles off in the distance so find a comfortable position in bed and just allow your body
to let go resting your gaze out on the wall or the ceiling and allowing your eyes to close
As I count down from five to four, feeling the growing weight of your eyelids, to three,
leaving your day behind and settling into this time for peace and quiet as we arrive at two,
your eyes flickering and fluttering, barely able to resist your eyes closing.
But holding on for just another second as we arrive at one,
and you allow your eyes to fall all the way closed,
enjoying that first sense of complete relaxation in the muscles of your face,
softening your forehead, your cheeks, and your jaw,
feeling the weight of your head.
as it sinks into the pillow, your back, your chest, your limbs, settling into a position that feels
naturally aligned and completely supported and take a slow, deep breath in through your nose,
filling up completely, holding it for just a moment, and as you exhale, feel yourself, let
go. Once more, inhale, hold exhale, softening deeper and even deeper down, allowing your breath to
fall into its own natural rhythm and depth, each one guiding you just the tiniest bit closer

and nothing else you need to do. You can simply follow the sound of my voice, allowing yourself to drift
and your imagination to wander to a quiet, moss-covered path in the heart of an ancient forest.
the air is cool, crisp, and clean, carrying the grounding scent of pine,
damp earth and wild cedar, and up ahead of you, nestled perfectly among the towering trees,
is a cozy, secluded cabin.
This is your private retreat for the night.
a place built entirely for your comfort where all of the stresses and to-does of the modern world
can no longer find you and before you make your way into the cabin you wander through the beautiful
and sprawling garden that surrounds it on all sides this garden is filled with soft glowing night blooms
It radiate a calming pastel light, and you pause next to one particularly beautiful flower.
Its petals are soft and velvety to the touch.
And reaching out through your own mind's eye, you gently pick this flower.
Because metaphorically, it represents the day you just lived.
And each pedal represents a specific thought, task, happening, or concern.
That's still circling in your mind.
And one by one, you begin to pluck the petals, releasing them into the breeze.
The first representing a lingering thought.
And as you let it go, watching it,
Drift away, out of sight.
You feel that thought, dim, and disappear.
And with the next pedal,
you let go of any worries about tomorrow,
letting the pedal drop from your fingers
and fall away from your mind.
Pedal by pedal, you let go of everything.
That's still racing through your mind,
watching each one float away and dissolve into the quiet evening air and with every pedal you release
you feel a corresponding weight lifting from your chest a freeing of space in your mind and a deeper relaxation
all throughout your body and as you let go of the last pedal
and the last lingering thought in your mind, you notice a shift in the air, a cool, refreshing breeze,
sweeping through the garden, carrying that distinct, clean scent of oncoming rain over the mountain
peaks in the distance, you see heavy, majestic storm clouds rolling in, blanketing the sky
in darker shades of gray and indigo. And just as the sun sets behind the mountains, the first heavy
drops of rain begin to fall, plopping and tapping, soft. Sautil. Sautil. Sautil. Sauting. Sauting. Sauting.
softly against the leaves, and so you make your way up the wooden steps of the cabin's porch,
finding a seat in a plush and comfortable rocking chair underneath the covering. And as you settle
into the chair, maybe wrapping yourself in a blanket completely dry and secure. Under the
overhang of the porch roof, you relax and watch as the storm rolls in. You enjoy that,
steady and rhythmic pitter patter of the rain bouncing upon the roof and the forest floor
in a beautiful and all-natural symphony. And just as the rain washes away the dirt,
on all of the plants and the roads,
you envision the rain as a cleansing for yourself as well,
washing away the remnants of your worries,
rinsing your soul and your spirit,
and as the low and distant rumble of thunder echoes through the mountains,
it's deep and resonant vibrations
pass through your body, completely drowning out all thoughts.
Beyond this very moment, like a blanket of static on the thinking self.
The thunder leaves only a profound and hollow silence in its wake.
And as this deeper sense of peace and calm washes over you,
You feel a resounding sense of safety and relaxation as you rest, warm and dry,
watching the grand power of nature rolling past. And as the raindrops fall,
your breaths come and go, and the moments pass. You feel yourself, settling deeper,
and deeper into peace, more relaxed, more comfortable.
The night has fallen completely now,
and the storm has settled into a steady, comforting downpour.
And it's at this time you feel ready to retire inside the cabin.
So you push open the heavy timber door.
and step inside where a gentle fire crackling in the stone hearth welcomes you into its embrace
casting a warm and amber glow across the exposed wooden beams and the woven rugs on the floor outside
The rain continues to fall against the window panes,
and the thunder rumbles softly off in the distance.
But inside feels like a womb of safety and warmth.
Walls are thick, the roof is sturdy,
and you are entirely insulated from not only the storm, but everything.
in the outside world.
So you turn off the lights and walk over to the big, cozy bed, layered with the softest linen sheets.
And as you slide beneath the heavy blankets, you feel your body instantly adjusting
to the perfect contour of the mattress.
That moment, when you lay your head down and release its weight completely, you feel a profound stillness,
washing over your body, your mind, and your spirit.
The sound of the rain on the roof is your own rhythmic and hypnotic lullaby, speaking directly
to your subconscious mind, that this is the time for rest, your islands so heavy and your
limbs, so loose, moment by moment, drifting faster and faster into the deepest and most restorative
