Welcome to Sleep Escape and to this guided hypnosis session for a deep and rejuvenating sleep.
your host, Tyler, and I'm so glad that you've chosen to join me here tonight. You can begin
by finding a nice comfortable position in your own bed, or wherever it is, that you'd like to rest right
now, remembering that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, and it's the choice that you've made to be here,
and your willingness to seek out a night of restful sleep that will ultimately help you accomplish that.
And although I may offer guidance, everything I say is just a good.
suggestion because your body and your mind know how to find sleep in their own way and on their own time so allow yourself
to give in embrace that sense of trust as you find a spot on the ceiling or the wall whatever's directly in front of
of you and slightly above eye level.
Just finding a spot there to gently rest your gaze, not straining or forcing.
And as I slowly count down, from five all the way to one, you can just feel the weight
of your eyelids, gradually taking over.
and eventually overcoming that resistance to keep your eyes open.
And starting now at 5, with your eyes all the way open,
slowly beginning to feel that weight.
And 4.
That weight of your eyelids.
Just growing a bit more.
Beginning to feel that sense of resistance.
as you try to keep your eyes open.
And three, that weight, growing even heavier,
requiring even more effort to resist as your eyes begin to flutter.
And two, your eyes over halfway close.
That weight of your eyelids becoming more and more powerful.
And finally, of your eyelids,
to win, to overcome any resistance.
Feeling your eyes close and the muscles of your eyelids, relaxing completely.
And as your eyes close, you can just feel that relaxation behind your eyes, spreading across your face,
relaxing the muscles of your forehead, softening your cheeks,
and your jaw, letting your tongue on the roof of your mouth, and as each muscle in your face and head completely,
you may feel that wave of relaxation, spreading down throughout the rest of your body,
softening every muscle, releasing, every joint, relaxing,
all tension.
And if you'd like to relax even more,
as you feel that wave moving through your body,
you can mentally say to yourself,
I am letting go, I am releasing,
all control, to drift deeper and deeper within,
whether you'll fall asleep faster,
by listening to the words that I say, or by following the sound of my voice, or by resting your attention
on that gradually slowing, rise and fall of your own breath, because we all fall asleep on our own time.
and in our own way.
And so there's no need to force anything at all.
There's no need to become frustrated if you haven't fallen asleep already.
If you find that any negative emotions or thoughts like the happening to arise as you make your way across the borders of consciousness.
and into that place of supreme peace,
then may you be reminded
how much there is to be grateful for
in this very moment,
whether you're wide awake,
asleep,
or somewhere on the path between.
This moment is a lucky one
because all is quiet.
All is calm.
There's no one bothering you.
No one expecting anything from you.
There's no one you need to put on a smile for in any particular manner.
This moment is truly yours.
You're free to be exactly as you are, exactly who you are, to shed all of you are,
to shed all of the weight, all of the worries, all of the stress.
When we interact with the outside world,
which a wonderful thing, isn't it?
It's such a powerful reason to be grateful.
And as you rest and feeling of gratitude
and the freedom in this quiet time for yourself,
you can grant yourself permission to be completely as you are.
Encouraging yourself to relax even deeper and release even further.
Just that bit closer to complete and total relaxation.
And as you move along your own path towards.
sleep, you can ask yourself, what kind of thought or sensation or slight adjustment of your
physical body would encourage you to relax just one percent more. Because if you encourage yourself,
to relax just one percent more with each and every breath.
Then soon enough, you will be completely relax and allow yourself to relax just that bit more.
With each and every breath, you may notice that you begin to sink deeper, deeper within.
connecting with that endless source which resides within you.
That source of energy, of rejuvenation, of love, of acceptance, of peace.
And as you move closer, which resides deeper within, you may feel that sense of
loving curiosity not only for yourself and all that you are but for the whole
universe and all that it is it's with this sense of curiosity that you may even
begin to enjoy and look forward to a deep
and peaceful sleep every night because it allows you to explore the universe within,
which is a limitless and boundless, ever-expanding universe.
There's an infinite amount of adventure and knowledge to be obtained simply by sinking
deeper and deeper within.
Whether you fall asleep at some point in the future,
whether you have been asleep for some time,
or whether you fall asleep as I count down from 10 to 1.
In just a moment, know that this time
to explore deep within your own mind and body will always be rejuvenating,
restful and productive.
And there doesn't need to be an expectation or a goal.
Because simply by taking this time to close your eyes, relax your body,
and sink deeper within.
This time for rest.
It will always heal you.
Always rejuvenate you.
And will always help you find
that meaning
and fulfillment in life
that's so dear the way down to...
And as I do,
you can feel yourself
sinking deeper
and deeper within, as though there's an elevator in your own mind and at the bottom floor.
It's that place of peace and rest that we call sleep.
And so, starting at the top, from 10, going down to 9 and 8, deeper as you move all of the
sensations of your body behind as you move to five and even deeper complete calm to three
letting go of all resistant emotion existence itself reaching the deepest part of you it's here in the
deepest part of your being at the greatest state of relaxation and rejuvenous and rejuvenation
is achieved and it doesn't matter whether you're still conscious or somewhere in between
because in this state of complete and total relaxation your mind and body will experience
complete and total recovery
and you'll wake in the morning, feeling full of energy, rejuvenated, in mind, body, and spirit, grateful to be alive and possessing a positive mindset.
So if you feel any remaining resistance to entering this state of...
Total relaxation.
Simply say to yourself,
I am grateful to be here.
I am letting go within.
