the host of smoke sash so come hang out let's light up and talk everything there is to life
the good the bad the ugly the embarrassing i've got a story for it all
good morning hotties of the world welcome back to another amazing beautiful wonderful
incredible episode of smoke sesh i am so excited to be here with you guys um if you didn't catch
last week's episode go give it a little listen not only did i upload that get you caught up on
all my little travels my birthday adventure we had such a fun chat i also released a extra episode
on thursday so if you have been fiending for some extra smoke sesh content don't worry i've got you
okay um so go give this a little listen we are almost to two million plays like what and a play
for a podcast like usually a play for a song like spotify algorithm counts a play as like listening
to more than 30 seconds for a podcast you've listened to more than 30 minutes so the fact
that almost 2 million times people have played this fucking podcast for more than 30 minutes
shocked i'm in awe that is fucking crazy thank you for all the love and support and thank you
for being here and being you i'm so excited to spend my little tuesday afternoon with you guys
it has been kind of a hectic weekend I'm sure you guys are tired of hearing this from me
and I do say it a lot and I'm tired of it too quite frankly but my AC went out
um at my last apartment and here's the difference between a good landlord and a bad landlord but
my last apartment my AC went out like maybe 10 times like way too many times and in Kansas like
it gets or in Missouri KC whatever it gets hot the Midwest it gets fucking hot like 90 plus not
as hot as like desert but it's like humid hot so you really can't escape it you're like sweating
you're drenched in water and it's way too fucking hot so like when your AC goes out that's a little
bit of a problem love like that's that's gonna deter your day a little bit and on my old place
my landlord would be like okay cool and then like nobody would come for two weeks and I'm like hello
I cannot live in these conditions babe this is unlivable conditions and I had to like contact
the better business bureau to even get them to come out and fix it and it happened so many times
anyways awful horrible main reason why I left came here and listen your AC might go out when
the temperatures get really high it happens i understand i'm pretty forgiving of it and
this unit hadn't been running in like a couple months and this is the first real
heat that we've had all summer um and it went out so i was like hey my ac is not working
babe in two days they had that shit fixed like basically in a day like he was on it had it done
thank the lord i feel so grateful um and honestly that's kind of difference between having like a
big landlord like somebody who is just busy busy busy doesn't have the time to kind of come help
really oversee their properties versus somebody who like does it and is like proud of their work
and keeps it small keeps it local so they can give good quality you know um experiences
so yeah thank you i am so fucking happy that my ac is working because i went from you know how i
usually chill in my robe like i'm chilling got my robe on got my coffee got my weed that's usually
how i record the podcast it's usually spent all my days actually but i switched from a robe and
i've entered my now summer era which is just me in a bikini all day like that's just how i am going
to be living all summer just bikinis right now i'm wearing my hannah marlene x sydney mary collab
oh my god love her love her mind there are a few bikinis left if you guys are curious go check them
out on sydney's website um her at or her instagram handle is sydney mary bikini check it out there
see some behind the scenes stuff but love her with my whole heart and i had so much fun working with
her curating the fabrics and then her working her magic and creating all these bikinis she is so
fucking talented and i feel so lucky to not only like work with another amazing artist but also
like get to support and show up and show out because i love my girlies who are my hustlers
who have big dreams who are working towards it and i love seeing people do the damn thing and
I love supporting them along the way so that was just a dream come true honestly fantastic collab
but other than that that is about it I've been chilling doing my thing smoking some weed working
you know I think we're gonna go to the drive-in this weekend very excited for that I might try
to either get to the river or the pool today because it is nice and toasty out and I'm losing
my tan from my mexico trip speaking of a lot of photos from that trip just went up yesterday on
my instagram at hannah marlene if you want to check it out see some fun outfits see some cute
fits see where i'm getting my things and how i'm putting them together um but yeah that's basically
all the housekeeping we have to do i know why you're here i know what you want to get into and
i am ready to party love it let's get into it great first question to start out on we are slowly
exiting actually quickly exiting gemini season it was fun i had a blast it flew by which was
honestly yeah gemini season in a whole it's gonna go by quick it's gonna be fun flirty funky fresh
but we're about to start cancer season on june 21st we are also about to have the summer solstice
on june 21st so we are officially entering summer summer um like hot summer and hot emotional
lovey-dovey falling in love with life summer okay cancer season someone said help cancer season is
gonna kick my ass i can't stop crying cancer season has a tendency to you know get us all a
little emotional but not emotional in a bad sense i think it just puts us in touch with the emotions
that we should be feeling more often so this is a perfect time to flare up a little romance to
deep dive into the love you have with yourself with nature with the things around you this is
the time to be sensitive but there's a difference between being sensitive and being in touch with
everything around you and sensitive and being out of touch with everything around you I feel like
when I was well here's the thing I've been too sensitive my entire life but there is a good
sensitive and there is a bad sensitive um when I was younger you know your emotions you have less
control over them you're mostly kind of just riding your emotions alongside them rather than
knowing what they are how to navigate them and moving forward because they're new and new things
are a little scary they're a little unhinged and that's okay but when i was younger the like
sensitivity that i held within me kept me disconnected from the world around me because
everything was too much um like the way people spoke to me if they even raised their voice a
little bit even if it was just like not even like intentional like just a tone shift i would be like
in tears if i thought something bad about myself i'd be in tears if i saw a sad thing on the in a
movie or on tv i would be in tears if i thought too much about a hard topic i would be in tears
and this kind of sensitivity where it's like everything is always too much will keep you
disconnected from the world around you and will inhibit you completely and utterly like useless
basically um and that's okay you know we have to process our emotions and learn how to handle them
and deal with them but a big thing that really helps me learn like what is good sensitivity and
what is bad sensitivity was really framing it in my mind like is this sensitivity keeping me
connected to things around me or is it disconnecting me and if it's disconnecting me then it is
probably just an emotion that I that I need to feel process and let go of while as sensitivity
that keeps you connected to the world around you is sensitivity that brings you closer to things
such as falling in love whether it's with yourself with a person with an animal with an idea deep
diving into those things allowing that feeling to take control of you in a positive way allowing
yourself to get like you know when you get caught up in a good book and you can't seem to escape it
that phenomenon and that feeling can be experienced with anything on this planet and you can deeply
connect with so many different things whether it's gardening whether it's certain smells of
candles whether it's uh like um rituals planting going on long walks like falling in love you fall
in love with so many different things and that is the sensitivity that you need to if you are a
sensitive person redirect to because i'm a sensitive person and when i was younger i was
sensitive in a way that really really disconnected me from things it really put me in a hole it
really constantly made my outward feelings and thoughts redirect back inside and it was like a
black hole I was just getting sucked back inside and constantly living inside myself not healthy
but when that was happening everybody told me well don't be so fucking sensitive like don't be so
sensitive you're too sensitive and that's a thing like I don't need to be hard on the world I don't
need to be hard on myself I don't need to close these emotions off I don't need to not be sensitive
I just need to figure out what is the important sensitive that I need to lean into and that was
learning to fall in love with the world around me so if you're a sensitive girly that's good
embrace that we're entering the sensitive cancer season okay really deep dive into those feelings
be truthful with yourself be honest with yourself do some more journaling do some more introspection
but also learn where that sensitivity is useful in the sense of i'm deeply connecting with things
around me versus this sensitivity is making me disconnect completely okay because i love myself
and i love my sensitivity but i do understand that it gets completely and utterly overwhelming
and like you said yeah i'm gonna like i'm crying this whole cancer season what's happening learn
where to direct your sensitivity allow yourself to get lost in the world allow yourself to fall
in love break down those boundaries that you might hold because you do have a little bit more of a
fragile heart and that's okay but challenge yourself I feel like cancer season is all about
falling in love with the world around you while also simultaneously falling in love with yourself
and I love that you cannot experience true love in the sense of whatever it may be unless you are
completely and utterly open and sensitive to everything around you so open yourself up I love
it it's also the summer solstice love the summer solstice best thing for your summer solstice like
little ritual wise i haven't really shared a ritual with you guys i'm probably gonna do this
tomorrow and i'll make a video for patreon if you are curious it's like a visual aspect or little
hangouts um but for a summer solstice i think the best thing for you guys to do is a simmer pot i
love a simmer pot i think it's the best way to really celebrate any sort of solstice um i did
a winter solstice summer pot but i love a summer solstice summer pot because you can use so many
different items and ingredients within this simmer pot that will bring you health and wealth
and prosperity and peace such as lemon, rosemary, basil, oranges, fresh local produce. Essentially
you just put it all in a pot with some hot water and you boil it and you stir it towards yourself
so clockwise towards yourself to bring those energies into you and then not only are you
having a little fun ritual getting you in connection with the world around you but also
um your apartment's gonna smell amazing because these simmer pots i'll leave them on for like
seven hours and you have to put more water in it you know it'll boil away but it will make your
space smell so good so good i remember when i did my winter uh simmer pot like my whole apartment
it smelled like oranges and cinnamon and like what is a better smell than that anyways someone
asked how to make uh friends with the same interests as you illy love you um so if you're
trying to make friends with the same interests you have to like be out doing things and opening
yourself to people and then talking to them so like say your interest is tennis okay go play
tennis and then go find people to play with and then talk with them and then be like hey you want
do this again next week boom there you go maybe your interest is art so you go to a local museum
and you see another stray person there and you spark up conversation or maybe it's um i'm going
to go to this life drawing class and i'm going to sit next to somebody that i think looks cool and
i'm going to spark up a conversation with them it's all about putting yourself out there at
things that you enjoy already and then opening yourself up to connection around you talking to
people um now I also am a huge fan of having friends with interests that are not similar to
yours of course I think when it comes to any interpersonal relationship morals are kind of
the standpoint of what makes a good relationship like you have to um have the same kind of worldly
thought process in order to simply get along but hobbies in general I don't think I need to have
the same hobbies as my friends around me and a lot of the times like especially growing up me and my
friends had completely different interests and hobbies like I was a hot mess grunge art school
kid and my friends were like cheerleaders like very opposite vibes but that brought more
understanding to the world around me and it opened my eyes up to new experiences and new ways of life
and new opportunities just because it was in a whole other realm than I was and being able to
look in and see what they are passionate about even if it was something that I wasn't passionate
about made my life so much more interesting and really opened my worldview completely so I don't
think you should like look at people and be like well they don't like anything that I like so why
would we be friends like that is not the basis of a good friendship i think the basis of good
friendship is just like two people who click get along and then also have like similar morals and
worldviews of course like a hobby a similar interest does help the bonding experience but
like maybe you both like sushi and you go out for sushi or it's like maybe you both like thrifting
or maybe you both like something but you guys don't have to have completely the same hobbies
I think if you limit yourself to that then it will completely limit who is available around you
open yourself up people with different experiences and interests
are just good of friends as people who have completely the same interests as you
I just hi Anna sorry let me start with that hi um I just recently got into your podcast
and I absolutely love listening to you while I'm high or just like cleaning or getting something
done um you've definitely like helped me with like recently um so what I have for you today
I was just wondering how you cope with all of the emotions that come when you're in a period
of change that I have a lot going on right now recently and there's I'm just there's a lot of
emotions flying around in the air um and I was just wondering how you deal with them um because
you give great advice and I'm wondering if you have any tips to help me get through this time
um yeah but that's it um I absolutely love you I love your podcast keep doing you you're amazing
you're beautiful you're great great question so I feel like you gotta deal with change the
same way you kind of or the same reason you have a birthday you know you have to celebrate the past
in order to move forward with the future and a birthday is a fantastic you know one day for you
to be like all right we're moving forward we're celebrating the past and we're moving forward
into the future now you don't have to wait for your birthday for this to happen obviously but
you should approach it the same kind of way um i have always had a very difficult time with change
whether it was like a change in my routine a change in a person or like completely up and
moving like big change um until the universe said girl we're gonna handle that real quick
it gave me so much change that I could ever possibly imagine within the span of like three
months and I was about to lose my mind until I found a great coping mechanism that is celebrating
the past and creating hope for the future um so different ways that I have done this a when my
parents kind of it was in the middle of college my parents sold my childhood home so I was at
college and I didn't have a home to really go back to they were kind of doing their own thing and I
was like damn y'all forgot about me question mark so I had to go live with my grandma for a little
bit um but I was like what the fuck this is a big change I wasn't really asked about it um and I
didn't really have the thought process to really oh I need to be mature about this and celebrate
and move forward no I didn't have that but I was still acting in accordance to it um so I went and
I got my tattoo that is my sumac leaves on my arm because I grew up on sumac street um and I really
wanted to commemorate my childhood and living there and everything that I got to experience
while also commemorating just younger me you know and everything that she had to go through
so that was a fantastic way of me celebrating my past while also creating hope and opening my
future um another fantastic way would be to pay an homage to it in a sorts it really just depends
on what the big change is within your life i love a tattoo for change creating art letting it out
there maybe you know treating yourself to something having a little party whatever it may
be whatever feels right to you in the terms of quote-unquote celebration maybe your celebration
is more self-care maybe it's like indulgence maybe it is uh sharing like partying whatever
it may be lean into it honor it um because i feel like taking the time to appreciate accept
honor the past and then look forward and create hope and dream for your future no matter what
that future might look like even if it looks a little bit harder that doesn't mean it can't
still be good but those two in accordance with each other really really work well um so yeah
I dare you to celebrate and to have hope and dream a little bit that is really the best way
to handle change someone asked I'm about to move into my apartment what do I need so I've moved
about three times and within those three times except for this time I feel like I approached it
a little differently because I had more experience but within the first two times like the first
couple months before my move-in I was out shopping buying oh I need this I need this what about this
and I was purchasing so many things so that I was quote-unquote ready to move in and then I moved in
with all this stuff and I realized oh my god none of this stuff works and also I need all this other
stuff because spaces are complex and every space is going to be different so there's no way for you
to completely understand what you need until you move in and you're like oh well this would fit
perfectly here and make my life easier or this would work perfect in this bathroom or you know
whatever it may be um so my tip is if you're going to shop before you move into a place
get the basics toilet paper toothbrush you already have that but like toilet paper cleaning supplies
paper towels trash bags a trash can um dish cleaning stuff whether you have like um a
what is it called a dishwasher or you need like a sponge and dish soap dishes pots and pants
that's really all you need before you move in cooking supplies groceries cleaning supplies
bathroom supplies like a towel and toilet paper when you move in you are not going to move in
with everything that you possibly need and it's going to feel like a home immediately you need a
good three months for yourself to completely get settled i'm one month into this place and i have
maybe half of what i need like i got the dining room pretty much figured out i'm at my dining
table right now it's a cute little facebook marketplace find i got my dining chairs but my
living room is like unusable i just got a coffee table i accidentally got it stuck in the back of
my dad's car whoops so he's supposed to help me with that today um i had a couch from my old place
which i thought was going to be enough because my old place was much smaller but in this place my
couch looks like a barbie couch so i need another couch which i didn't realize but also i had to
spend time in here to realize what kind of couch I wanted to go with the other one. I needed more
like furniture stuff. But the thing is, all the decorative pieces, other than the things that you
need for like daily life, such as groceries, pots, pans, trash can, whatever it means, all the
decorative pieces that you need or want, do not purchase until you have moved in. Okay? Because
each space is utterly and completely different and you might think like oh this space has one vibe
just by pictures or just by touring at once but then you move in and you realize oh no i want to
approach this completely differently like i thought this room that i'm sitting in right now with my
beautiful green fireplace uh was going to be the living room and i was going to put the couches
around here but then i moved in and i was like but i really like working at a dining table and i
can't put the dining table in the dining room because it's too dark so I put the dining table
table in what is known as the living room because I feel like it works better little things like
that like don't rush it get the basics that you need cleaning supplies cooking supplies
washing supplies trash stuff that's really it and then when you move in you will realize
everything that you really need once you are in the space once you are in living within it and
have the right mindset then you will truly know what you need and give it time you're not going
to feel like it's home for like the first month or a couple months like I'm one month in and I
know I still have a couple more months until this place is like good to go like I can have people
over I can host people um and that's okay I like to take my time but rushing into things never
usually great take your time live in the space understand it and then purchase the more like
decorative fun things such as couches furniture uh wall art whatever it may be
i kind of want to smoke do you guys want to smoke you guys want to share a little
bully bowl with me right now i'm smoking out of um also not to get distracted squirrel brain
um as i'm setting up my place once again taking my time getting into it really feeling out the
place so i get the right vibe but i do want to do more video content with you guys hang out a
little bit more i do a lot of video content on my patreon of course but i would love to have like a
video episode that i can upload on youtube and on to uh spotify for you guys to watch and listen
and hang out to now if it is on youtube i will have to like like when i take a hit i'll have to
like censor it but if you want to see the uncensored uncensored content spotify like you
can smoke weed on i guess like joe rogan's on there and he smoked weed with elon musk on there
so it makes sense but yeah youtube will be like demonetized uh so that's no fun or maybe i'll
just let it be demonetized i don't know anyways thinking about it big things coming absolutely
love it also when it comes to the extra episode I think I'm gonna do it every other week so I don't
get burnt out and so we have just like a little breathing room in between it um because they will
be hour-long episodes I decided we're just gonna do a normal episode just an extra one and it also
kind of works out my schedule because this week I got something going on next week I'll be free
the week after that i'll be in arizona so it's like it'll give me space to work with it and then
maybe on the weeks that we don't do it i can also like maybe do a video episode as time goes on so
thank you for being patient with me you will always get your usual tuesday episode um with
some special things here and there but yeah i think we're gonna do every other week this summer
love you okay let's hit this
oh yeah i forgot to finish that thought i am smoking out of my little uh mushroom
bong that i got from canna style love them someone asked and i just did a video on tiktok
about this um but they said how to have nice hair that isn't dry and frizzy and oily on the roots
i'm an oily girl every inch of my body were extra oily i can't help it i was just born this way
and i'm not gonna blame myself for that i'm just gonna work with myself okay so i've always had
super oily hair so you girls were like i wash my hair once a week like that would work for me but
than dry shampoo on my scalp the texture i cannot do it drives me fucking insane like i lose my mind
the texture it feels like chalk that's in my hair i can't touch it i can't stand to have it on me
i'm sure if i like did it more often i would just get used to it but like it's just a no-go for me
so i cannot be you girlies who are like i wash my hair once a week no no no so if you're like me
who's extra oily like i my hair can maybe at the most go two days without washing before it is just
like a grease trap okay um if i'm going two days then i will just wash my bangs so i'll just get
some soap in my hand i will scrub my bangs up scrub like the hair on the side of my face because
also if i don't wash my hair and my hair gets oily then the hair pieces that are by my face
that are oily touch my face and then I break out so it is just like a hot mess disaster like I have
to we gotta I gotta wash my hair I got to so if I do go maybe two days I'll wash my bangs
but in general general advice for my oily girls I wash my hair every day and it is fine it's
healthy it's good i'm not over washing it use a gentle to mild shampoo only shampoo your roots
in fact sometimes i will put conditioner all in my ends don't wash it out it'll act as like a
protector and then i will put shampoo on my roots and then wash it all out and then recondition the
ends and so the ends are kind of protected by the conditioner i shampoo my scalp to get the oil off
and then i will recondition my ends to make sure that hydration is there it's key it's important
you have to condition your hair conditioner is so important find a good conditioner for your hair
whatever it may be maybe you need one that's a little extra heavy like has more oils in it
maybe you need a lighter one work with your hair type okay i can't give products because we all
have different kinds of hair all i'm saying is what works for me especially if i wash my hair
every day is that precondition shampoo wash it all out and then condition again and then when
I feel like my hair is extra kind of just like frizzy needs a little pick me up needs something
to rejuvenate it the bread hair oil I live by it I live by it oh my god it is so good it smells
like kind of like someone said it smells like the blue scooby-doo fruit gummy in like the old
scooby-doo packs it smells like that and it also kind of smells like fruit loops like it has this
beautiful soft sweet smell to it it is good for every hair type um use as much oil as you think
needed sometimes i will deep oil my hair never first of all never condition your scalp okay
don't condition your scalp if you have dandruff get like a dandruff shampoo but do not condition
your scalp because there's too many oils and it'll sit on your scalp and it will just make it so
heavy um especially if you're the kind of person who's like I would like to go more than one day
without washing my hair I feel like yeah don't don't condition your scalp but definitely condition
your ends um and then when I oil my hair I only oil my ends but sometimes I like deep oil them
and I will let that oil sit in for like eight plus hours or I'll oil it overnight or something
like that I like to do it during the day so I don't have a chance of like that oil getting on
my face or like rolling around and having that oil all over my pillowcase um so during the day
oil it up claw clip it let it sit it's a great way to also kind of wear a cute hairstyle or like you
can braid it you can do something with it anyways oiling my hair has changed my life and yeah bread
hair oil is my go-to for just like dry cracked split ends because i went through a period of
about two years with no hair growth zero hair growth whatsoever a I wasn't conditioning my
hair because your girl was going through it um and I was just like showering I'm getting in there
I'm washing my body I'm shampooing and I'm getting out like we're doing the bare basics here and hey
sometimes it's what you got to work with I get it I understand love you um but I wasn't conditioning
my hair and then also I was doing these big 70s barrel curls on like maximum heat with no heat
protect it so my hair was just like traumatized okay traumatized so I stopped using heat I do
this and make sure it's properly oiled properly taken care of and my hair has bounced back also
cut your split ends like you don't need to cut off inches sometimes I will just take a pair of like
hair scissors and i will sit here and i will just sift through my hair for like the split ends and
i will cut each and split end individually i have a lot of time on my hands though so that's like
crazy behavior like when i really need to dissociate and it's not picking at my face
i will just like trim my split ends um and that really helps so it doesn't split all the way up
the hair shaft to your scalp and then you just lose the hair you want to get it before it splits
too far um I used to be like that's a lie you shouldn't cut your hair no you definitely should
but I used to have hair like down to my ass in high school like long ass gorgeous Rapunzel energy
and then I got drunk one night and chopped it all off and I have been recovering ever since so I'm
really trying to get that back I've grown a few inches within the past kind of year that I've made
that change uh to just trim and oil and we're getting back to healthy conditions and i am
loving it hi hannah so i have been listening to you and following you for like three years like
i don't know before like you were even super famous on tiktok so i love you so much like
you've gotten through me through so much i listened to you before i was a stoner and after
stoner and now I love you even more um but anyways I came home from college and I don't know like
my hometown friends I feel like I'm very like different than them and I can't really fully be
myself around them and sometimes it's a little draining to hang out with them but also I live
in a very small town and there's like no one here and they also just like have known me since high
school and they're the only people who really know me like that anymore so I don't really know
what to do um fuck the time's running out but if you could just let me know I'm so down to like
hang with my mom all summer but like I don't know just any advice love you okay bye I feel like the
quote this quote will help you a lot it's love isn't possession it's appreciation um here's the
thing we're all going to change constantly we're all going to evolve constantly um and sometimes
you involve evolve into a good person and sometimes you evolve into a not so great person
and if you just feel like your friends have changed yeah they probably have but the key to a
long lasting good relationship is allowing those people to change as they should allowing them to
grow as they should and loving them throughout it so hopefully they're growing into good people
hopefully you're growing into a good person i'm sure you are completely different as well college
changes you completely um and yeah it just might be a little weird at first but that doesn't mean
you guys still can't get along and spend time together in new ways um or maybe even in the old
ways that make you guys feel like kids again maybe they've changed into bad people and that happens
you know different different opinions new experiences you're just different they're
different I get it if you feel like you know hey maybe I just we don't vibe anymore I you don't
have to keep up the friendship you know like if it is gonna fizzle out you can let it naturally
fizzle out you can let it naturally do its thing um maybe spending time with yourself this summer
will be a great bonding experience for you or even just with your mom or maybe meeting new people
within your town that maybe moved there recently or you have never really taken the moment to
hang out with maybe friends from high school that you weren't super close with but you knew of that
you never really took time to hang out with open yourself up to all possibilities but also remember
that love is not possession it is not keeping someone same throughout the entire relationship
it is about allowing change and growth for both people and appreciating it along the way so I love
you you'll figure it out don't put too much stress and pressure on trying to fit in or trying to make
other people fit in you and other people will fit in naturally where you're supposed to fit in
um but yeah change change is gonna come and you will deal with it in a positive way I promise you
you'll get through it someone said I'm not very in touch with reality but maybe that's okay
I mean life's fun being a little delulu at the moment felt okay I will say this I do genuinely
believe some of my best life experiences and also my best life choices were from me being in a state
of delusion and let me just kind of deep dive into this we've kind of come up with this concept
this idea that like like we're delusional like living in delusion from reality love it can be
bad can be good but the thing is I think it can be bad when you are just completely disconnecting
from everything once again the bad being disconnection like let's stay connected babe
let's understand we are in the real world like we gotta take care of ourselves we gotta make sure
we're making good choices you know good choices as in they are rooted within our gut they are
rooted within some sort of critical thinking they just might be a risk but I do think being like
kind of delusional from reality can be a good thing when you are not holding yourself to all of
quote-unquote reality standards such as society standards what people think of you how you are
perceived what traditional life path should you be on versus what's really calling you how do i
want to present myself um what life path do i want to be on what is most important to me i think
being delusional in a sense of okay i'm fully committed to myself even if i look a little bit
crazy i know what the fuck i want and i'm gonna go after it and fuck the rest that stage of
delusion fantastic love it dive into it that feeling is such a powerful feeling and it's
something i really try and lean into and channel because when i was making my really hard life
decisions that were decisions that were things that i wanted to do and knew i wanted to do for
a very long time sometimes even those are the hardest they i felt like i was in a flow state
i talk about this flow state a lot but it literally feels like you are on the mario kart rainbow road
fucking expedition like we are going fast we are moving quickly everything is bright everything is
light even though it things might be hard you still kind of feel that peace and i do think
me being delusional definitely fueled it and made those decisions a little bit easier um so that's
state of delusion love it fantastic lean into it own it um but the state of delusion that is not
super fantastic which i have absolutely been there before don't worry i'm not shaming you i'm here to
you know empathize with you but i've also been in states of delusion which were just
me completely out of touch in reality in a sense that I was just out of touch with myself and I
was doing self-depreciating things I was doing self-sabotaging things I was listening to other
people more than myself I was listening to reality more than myself I was just utterly disconnected
from who I am and who I want and who I want to be and that is a very unhealthy state of
delusion and something that you should realize this isn't really going to get me anywhere that
I think it's going to get me and in fact being more in touch with myself although scary and
although hard will bring you more peace than just avoidance so as long as you're in a healthy state
delusion love it i love that i love that lean into it ride that fucking rainbow road you know
get crazy with it have a good time that's what life is about we're here to have fun we're here
to propel ourselves forward to be proud of ourselves to uplift ourselves to celebrate
ourselves we have one life we got what maybe like 85 100 years fantastic so let's let's do what we
think is best and I used to think also that um kind of like planning for the future was scary
because I did not think I was going to live past 21 I'm not gonna lie um so like I just never
thought about it but I also never gave my opportunity or gave myself an opportunity to
think about it or to even dream because I held myself in such an ideal that it's like I'm not
gonna make it there life's too hard we're not getting there so I never really started thinking
about my future until I was 21 and then it kind of felt like at the time it felt a little too late
because everybody around me had been thinking about what they wanted to do and living in
alignment with it from 16 whereas I was just slowly making it by so I'm here to also tell you
that there is no age there is no like life mark that you have to hit if you feel like you're fully
coming into your life later on in life that is okay it doesn't put you behind dare to dream
and then once you start dreaming live according to that dream it feels incredible it pushes you
so far ride that energy it is such a abundant energy that is constantly everywhere you just
have to tap into it and believe in yourself and trust in yourself I yeah I love living in a state
of delusion delusion put me here where I'm sitting in my beautiful historic amazing apartment that I
could i've honestly dreamed of this place since i was a child like this feels like where i need
to be it feels like home i'm sitting here i'm talking to hundreds of thousands of you guys
right now um whereas when i was younger i could barely speak like even to my relatives i couldn't
even make eye contact um like i challenged myself i put myself there and i never thought i would
be here like i never could have even possibly imagined it but once i started just kind of
living in that delusion in a sense of i'm gonna fully trust in myself and what i want to do and
if it feels right in the moment hey maybe it's a mistake it's a learning opportunity but maybe this
is what i need to lean into and try um and it has gotten me so fucking far and i really encourage
all of you guys to try it at least once because after you do it once you will be hooked
speaking of living in a state of delusion we talked about um putting yourself out there like
on the last tuesday's episode and just being uninhibited with just like the way you approach
the world and stop fearing rejection and one of you guys messaged me it was like i listened to
that episode and i make art out of um like dead insects like you know how people do like the um
the shadow box with the beautiful butterflies and beetles and stuff like that in it she's like i
make art out of those so i had the courage to just hit up my local science and nature museum and ask
them if they had any extra specimens she was like i was expecting maybe one two like a couple
she sent me a video they sent her hundreds of these beautiful incredible butterflies for her
to work with and create art out of and like that is such a testament to just like having an idea
and oh my god i sound like a pastor for a moment oh my god testament scary sorry i've tried to
catch myself there but it just shows that like putting yourself out there and listening in
according to who you are and what you want to do and then going after it the universe has such a
way of delivering and also like you just kind of enter like i'm gonna thrive moment but you have
to feed into that delusion just just a little bit like go for it don't be afraid of rejection
live your life have fun doing it and you would be surprised what follows after
hey girl so basically i'm wondering um i've been in a relationship with a man for like five years
right and i'm pretty sure i'm like bi-curious but how do i go upon like figuring this out if
obviously i'm in a relationship and like i'm in a happy relationship it's not like i want to leave
him or anything um but do you know what I mean it's like it's hard to explore like my sexuality
when I'm in a really relationship and like I just don't really know if like I just shouldn't do
anything about it or what and I actually did like tell him like a few days ago I told him and he was
like oh like you know he wasn't like upset about it obviously if he's upset about it that's a
really red flag but anyway I'm running out of time so I just wanted to know your thoughts
thanks love you bye okay this is a good question so here's the thing you don't have to base your
sexuality off of experience like I can I don't have any experience quote-unquote like sexually
with women but I can look at women and be like yeah no I like that like I know I like that I
know i like women um and me not being with a woman doesn't deter or lessen or demean my sexuality in
any way i know how i feel i know that i'm bi um and i am pretty secure within my relationship
because i'm happy within my relationship i know it's a good relationship um but i also don't feel
the need to go out and explore because of that now if you are you know by curious you want to
have more experience you want to go out and experience you want to try new things i mean
that can be done within a relationship maybe you guys have an open relationship of course it has
to be on both terms you can't pressure them into anything maybe you do a little three-way situation
maybe he's okay with you exploring but very common within a lot of relationships they might not be
and that's okay but maybe this relationship although good isn't good for you right now
because you need to be in a state of exploration and that is a okay i talk about relationships or
i feel like most people hear relationships ending badly a lot of the times because they're the most
chaotic they're like a implosion and of course like people are going to talk a lot more about
those but there are good relationships good healthy real relationships that end just because
and that's okay as well you really have to sit with yourself and ask yourself like
do I want to stay within this or do I want to you know do I need to go explore this because
like I said I'm in a relationship with a man definitely know I like women but I also don't
feel the need to have any experience because I just know but if you feel like you need to know
or you want to go experience or you want to go try new things and that is stronger than your
kind of love for the relationship then that is okay but you have to feel those feelings
things fully and then make a decision based accordingly um and also be mindful of your
partner during this time it can be really hard on them as well as much as it's being it's kind
of hard on you um let them know you love them let you know let them know you appreciate them
don't do any self-sabotaging things you can be mature and end a relationship healthily or have
these conversations healthily with your partner like it sounds like you have um he sounds pretty
level-headed so be honest with him but then also like don't drag him along i would say make a
decision and make the best decision for you and stand by it and then act accordingly and involve
him in the process as well but don't spend like six months of the relationship dragging it along
being like well do I want to stay with you or do I not or maybe I do or no I don't because that's
hurtful you know like you don't want to be someone's second choice um you want to be their
first choice so if you don't think you can make them your first choice right now that's okay but
also let them know um and maybe they can work with you on a situation that's special for your
relationship but we all have different boundaries and different ideas and a different understanding
But I would like to bring a peace of mind to my bi-curious people out there that, you know, your experience does not equal sexuality.
I feel like we're pretty intuitive creatures and we know what we like and we know what we don't like.
If you need an experience to validate that, absolutely go for it.
But throughout my experience here on Earth, I can definitely say, like, yes, I see men and I know I like them.
Yes, I see women and I know I like them and really anything in between.
so yeah do what's best for you always um but sit down and have a good conversation with yourself on
what that might be someone asked what does a typical self-care night look for me whoa whoa
what does a typical self-care night look like for you i don't even know what i just said anyways
typical self-care night recently i've really been leaning into like the sex in the city
hot girl rom-com kind of evening um because it's just healing absolutely healing especially as like
a middle 20s girly oh my god i can't believe i just said that i'm 24 that's insane anyways
it looks like a uh fat bowl followed by a hot bubble bath followed by some fun crystals light
a few candles play my favorite tv show music while sitting in the bubble bath and then i love
some good takeout food in the bath gross maybe do I care no um yeah I love some like noodles or like
Chinese food or sushi while I'm taking a bath followed by a face mask also a lot of bowls in
between and just mainly checking out and chilling that is what a self-care night looks like for me
hey hannah sending you lots of love from new york i'm currently living in queens but i wanted to ask
you some relationship advice so right now the person that i'm with we have known each other
for over nine years before we even started dating and the whole way that we got to dating once we
had a threesome and then we kissed for the first time and then it kind of opened up all of these
feelings that we had for each other so now we're living together and we do everything that people
you know doing really in a relationship however he says that he doesn't want to call me his
girlfriend because he wants to take things slow what should i do because we're essentially dating
i'm essentially dating this man and it's not like i'm talking to anybody he's not talking to anybody
from what i know but he doesn't want to call me his girlfriend
he doesn't you know he doesn't feel ready to ask me out what should i do love you thank you so much
girl bye men are so weird and i'm gonna give you some toxic advice here sometimes you gotta scare
them sometimes you gotta scare them a little bit you gotta remind them like you are a beautiful
gorgeous field and on the other side is a cliff so like if you're gonna jump you gotta jump
like go for it but if you're gonna walk into the beautiful field then we gotta walk into it you
can't stand at the edge forever all right so yeah sometimes you really have to scare them a little
bit like hello i'm living with you we're paying rent together i would just be like so are you not
calling me your girlfriend because you're seeing other people because obviously that's like the
only choice like what are you calling me your friend babe we're hooking up and living together
like we share a home we're not friends and if you want to be friends that we can be roommates and we
can stay around each other but you're gonna lose girlfriend privileges um yeah i would just have a
serious conversation and be like what the fuck like what do you want for yourself and i talked
about this maybe it's like a last episode or two episodes ago but when it comes to like wishy-washy
answers you gotta just be like maybe isn't an answer it's either yes or no maybe is people
needing more time and are a little unsure and so let him know like hey more time okay i get it
you're a little nervous that's fine but either a you're leading on a path towards me or b you're
leading on a path away from me so let me know which one it is either yes like i want to make
you my girlfriend or no i'm terrified and i don't want that to happen but there needs to be an
answer no maybes either yes or no so yeah i think like ambush him and scare him a little bit and
then get an answer toxic advice but sometimes you need some toxic advice for some toxic behaviors
um and sometimes you got to meet people at their own level so if he's like i don't know be like
that's not an answer i need a yes or no like where do you see this going real conversation
as adults here if i'm paying rent we can have an adult conversation period love you i hope this
girl isn't freaking out when she wrote this but someone said advice on when you get too high and
start freaking out question mark question mark question mark okay here's the thing number one
thing to calm your anxiety just word wise is anxiety and this i'm like the only person who
smoke weed who will tell you this because people like to lie to you okay anxiety is a natural um
kind of side effect of weed it's going to happen people who lie to you and are like oh no it's just
you you're just overthinking it are people who have also like they smoke a lot they have more
experience like when i was a first-time smoker of course i felt that anxiety it's normal you're
doing a like a psychoactive thing it's you're changing your mindset of course that is going to
in turn enact something within your body for it to be like okay something's happening and we're
a little anxious about it that's okay when you feel that understand you know this is a normal
thing it's not me sometimes you just got to have like a little distraction within the first 15
minutes so to let it pass because it will pass it won't be the whole high and then you'll be good
usually it's just like a tinge you know like when you do molly on the come up the come up is really
anxiety inducing because it's really intense and your body is changing and your mind is changing
and so in turn your body sends the signals to your mind to naturally produce that anxiety effect
but then of course once the high hits it just evens out and you don't feel it anymore because
it's like euphoria. Um, weed's kind of the same thing. You know, any sort of mind altering drug
is going to produce anxiety, natural side effect. You're not going insane. I pinky promise. And I
love you and you're safe. Now, real tip, real life tip. That is a real life tip, but also like
something you can do to reverse the anxiety, which I've talked about before is CBD, CBD and THC go
hand in hand. When people are smoking like all THC weed, I'm like, no, no, no, no, no. You need
at least a little bit of CBD in there to offset that anxiety inducing effect and implore more of
a euphoric effect. Okay. CBD and THC go hand in hand. And I hate when people who grow it
completely grow out the CBD because it's not going to, you know, reduce the effects. It's just going
to enhance the calmness that weed naturally brings i mean that calmness effect is why it's
seen as like a medical benefit that um you know cbd is used in balms to rub on your joints when
you have joint pain or muscle pain it's used as a i hate cars that are too loud like we get it
your dick is small you don't have to shout it to the world like let's be real um anyways
you cbd is good for you okay i love cbd even like if i you know i'm like i need a break from weed
cbd is a fantastic supplement to be like when i want to chill out and i want something to chill
me out fantastic for it i remember when i first had my when i'm a really really bad high um i was
with my ex at the time and he handed me like the room was spinning i was so high like i have never
been this high in my entire life he handed me a pen and i was like you dumb fucking bitch like
how much acid have you taken to rot your brain this much to hand me a pen while i'm too high
he's like no no no no it's cbd cbd naturally will help kind of reverse the bad effects that we can
have reverse the psychoactive effects and level you out more let me tell you this it did it
definitely did it leveled me out to a point where i could just like pass out and fall asleep
love that um but for an everyday supplement and to kind of reverse that anxiety make sure you are
smoking cbd and weed whether it's a little bit of cbd flour and a little bit of weed or make sure
the strain that you have does have cbd in it or maybe you have instead of smoking you know you
choose to eat a little cbd gummy or hit your cbd pen whatever it may be i love the effects of cbd
and i honestly kind of love the effects of cbd more than thc which is kind of crazy
um and i also will probably be the only person who smokes weed to tell you that but like
people don't understand how amazing it is and it's not a placebo effect like i used to think like
okay sure but like no it it this comes from the same plant as thc how could it not be just as
incredible as thc even though it doesn't have the same effects like it won't get you high it's not
that psychoactive feeling but it is that calming feeling that i really do enjoy from the idea of
weed so as you guys know past packs my ultimate favorite cbd company really the only cbd company
i trust with like what i'm smoking especially like buying stuff online or not knowing the
distributor it's a little scary you're like so what pesticides are they using and like
is this going to give me cancer like no no no these people care so much about their product
like i literally met the head grower for past packs and the way he talked about these plants
like these were his babies they put their all into this they make sure you were getting good
products quickly making sure you were getting something that will help you and i think that
is amazing um you can use code smoke sesh for 10 off they're really the only company that i trust
so they're really the only company that I can promote um but really CBD in general fantastic
their watermelon gummies by the way amazing amazing I do also like I said like mixing their
CBD weed with um like a high THC weed especially for like a blunt or packing a cone um you it needs
so much weed to fill up but sometimes like I'll well depending on the strain sometimes I need a
you sometimes it can only smoke half um but if you have a really high thc weed you can mix it
with that cbd flower and it will help the blunts and the cones go further you know what i mean
while also offsetting the effects of the anxiety that it naturally produces you're not going crazy
i love you you're safe um but yeah cbd can be a game changer within your life give it a shot
I promise it will be amazing once again code smoke sesh for 10% off pazpax.com love them with
my whole heart all right I hope this one sends but girly please hope my sex life with my boyfriend
absolutely sucks like and I we're both very attracted to each other we just don't know how
to make it work and he wants certain things and I want certain things but like we have such a hard
time communicating it to each other so it's just that like an awkward middle ground and like he's
not having fun I'm not having fun I don't know what to do how to fix it every other aspect of
our relationship is great if there's ever conflict we can talk that through but for some reason like
we just cannot talk about sex properly and I don't know I don't know what to do bye love you
this is a good question um i personally think sex is a very important aspect of a relationship
and the thing is sexual desire is going to ebb and flow depending on you know what you got going
on within your life what you guys having what you guys have going on within your relationship
you know whatever it might be and that's okay you have to allow it to ebb and flow
but I do understand that that conversation is going to be kind of awkward no matter who you're
talking to about it you know like when your mom gave you the sex talk when you're younger like
it's a little it's very awkward when you're having that conversation with your partner it's
gonna be a little weird or even like if you're talking with your friends about it you know you
have that vulnerability of the awkwardness at the beginning but that does not mean it's a bad
conversation sometimes the most important conversations that you're going to have within
your life are going to be a little weird and awkward and uncomfortable at first but that
doesn't mean it's a bad conversation or something that you should stray away from so if you know
you love this person that's in your life you have a great relationship i think the sex part
you know can be flamed up a little bit and can be you know emphasized if you have these
conversations and yes they're gonna be awkward and yes they're gonna be a little weird but
you know maybe build it up have a you know find a day where you both have the day off
make it a emphasis on both of you guys not just one of you okay this is be a problem you have to
fix together to have like a fun date day okay so maybe you love going getting coffee together and
just sitting outside so you go you get a coffee you sit outside you have some just normal chit
chat conversations maybe you go home you chill out for a little bit and you go out for like a
date activity such as like the aquarium or you're going to a concert you're going to your favorite
restaurant you know like indulge with your partner spend time with them rest relax build up that
energy um and then maybe towards the end of the night that's when you have that conversation
when you both are feeling a little less vulnerable because you've spent so much time together
when you're feeling that heightened sense of connection because you've built connection
within the real world as in doing things together sharing memories together then be like okay we're
gonna focus on sex that evening um and we're gonna have this conversation such as what do you want
from this how do you find pleasure um what do you want to see from your sex life coming up how
often do you want to have sex and then open that space for your partner to also have those opinions
and have those thoughts and have those ideas and also it's very normal within a relationship for
like um libido to ebb and flow so like maybe your partner doesn't have want to have as much sex as
you and that's okay maybe that means you need to spend more sexy time with yourself during those
times um or maybe you know it's the opposite flip-flop maybe your partner needs to have more
time within themselves um and you can only have sex every once in a while that's okay that's fine
but be honest with your partner when you hold it all inside and you don't talk about it that's when
you know me as a chronic overthinker and i'm assuming you and other people as a chronic
overthinker that's when you start overthinking do they like me do they even want to be around
me anymore we're not having sex be honest with them but just be like hey i'm in a really stressful
time in my life maybe this isn't going to be the most sexy fun time uh but i still love you doesn't
mean anything about you um yeah you know be honest have those conversations now if you guys you know
you have good libido you're just kind of missing the mark with what you want you have to be open
with those fantasies and open with what you desire um from the sexual exploration also sometimes
partners are not very sexually compatible the same way some partners aren't communicatively
compatible or morally compatible we all are going to be compatible in different ways and
maybe you guys just like aren't sexually compatible and that's okay and that's when
you need to ask yourself like how important is sex in a relationship to me um and if it's
something you can work with or if it's something you really care about and really need but i do
think before you get to the conclusion of like we're done forever because the dick is mid
like talk okay be like hey i need to get off before you get off maybe things are going too
fast maybe i need more foreplay maybe we need to bring toys in maybe we need to bring another
person i don't know what your fantasy is um but be honest with them i don't think it's gonna hurt
their feelings and if anything it's going to bring you guys closer to each other open up the space
for more vulnerability make you guys more confident and comfortable talking to each other
and honestly what's better than that also the best sex you will ever have
is going to come after a hard conversation for real for real because you've opened that
vulnerability not only do you feel connected within your words but you feel comfortable now
and then that is all heightened when you physically get connected do you know what i mean
and also sex can look like so many different things it's not always like p and v so it can
be anything all right anything that brings you pleasure um or stimulation but share in that
talk it out it's gonna be a little uncomfortable that's okay doesn't mean it's a bad conversation
doesn't mean things are going to go wrong even though your body has the jitters and you're a
little nervous um but yeah definitely it's worth a chit chat for sure and if they can't have these
conversations or be open with themselves or they laugh it off or they're like you know they don't
take it seriously then maybe they're not an emotionally serious person um and maybe they're
not great to be with because like if your partner can't confidently or not confidently but can't
talk about sex like as an adult then are they really an emotionally mentally developed person
like if you talk about sex and they like giggle like a like a middle schooler it's like oh red
flag you know like of course it's funny you're gonna laugh but like you should be also capable
of having these important conversations with your partner regarding sex especially when it comes to
like when you're first in the dating world and you need to talk about sexual health like that is a
big important question that you need to talk to your partners about and if they can't have that
conversation that is a big red flag so within your relationship I think you guys just need to
heighten the intimacy outside of sex have that conversation and then try and find a middle
ground for what sex sex looks like for you guys within your relationship um after chit-chatting
about all your wildest fantasies and what you need but yeah love you oh this is a fun question
someone asked when we feel like it's time to elevate our style and swap out pieces where do
we start illy love you so i feel like people kind of always start with a with the basics
and that's good when you are bringing new things in but it is not good when you are taking things
out and I think taking things out of your wardrobe is step number one and you should not be ridding
yourself of your basics and the things that you wear the most often um the first the first thing
you should be getting rid of is just things that you simply don't wear or have it worn or don't
feel the urge to wear it is okay to get rid of these because that means you're making space for
new things that you're going to wear more often then you move on to the basics that you have that
have been worn to the max like overworn they're falling apart you love it so much maybe you
replace it with a new one maybe you get it fixed up take it to a seamstress whatever it may be
maybe you've just outgrown them even though you wear them and not like a lot get rid of the things
that you know aren't serving you anymore, but maybe you want to keep around and then keep those
in mind when it comes to bringing new things in. Then when you're going to bring new things in,
you start with the basics. You don't start with the fun, crazy stuff. I know that's kind of what
you would think comes first, but you start with the basics, just like getting rid of stuff, or
oh my god, not just like getting rid of stuff. But you're going to start by bringing in,
you know, good jeans, good jean shorts, lots of plain colored tops, lots of basic tops,
everyday tops, whatever it may be. Good wardrobe staples that you can wear kind of with every
piece of clothing. So maybe it's like a good quality top that you can wear with all the fun
funky pants and skirts that you have or a good nice pair of jeans that you can wear with any
sort of top that you possibly have or maybe a good pair of shoes that go with every single outfit
that you have in your possession start with the basics and then the things you collect along the
way are the more crazier outlandish pieces that are going to be accents to the basics okay whether
it's a fun jacket a fun pair of boots a crazy top a really fun frilly skirt that's kind of the order
you work in so like I said getting rid of the outlandish things you never wear um filing through
the basics that you've overworn that you have outgrown that you need to get rid of but are
having a hard time doing so then you move on to the basics that you need to bring into your life
and then you work on the accessories i think that is kind of the best way to
revitalize your style and kind of purge your closet so as you guys know i post my um little
questionnaire on my instagram um and that's where i get all these questions from that you guys send
in and i also post a call-in link as well so shout out to all my call-in cuties but someone asked
when you post these as in the questionnaire is it right when you're about uh about to start
recording just curious because a lot of you guys um are like you never get to my questions it's
just because there's a lot i always post a day before i'm going to start recording at least 24
hours so everybody who has a chance or wants a chance to submit a question has that opportunity
as long as you look at my instagram story um i can't get through every question obviously
for the podcast i just really answer intuitively like if there's some questions that i'm just like
i don't have really good advice for this right now that's okay i'm not going to put out bullshit
advice and feed you guys like something that i think is not great i'm going to answer the
questions that i personally feel intuitively connected with because i feel like the energy
that i'm on a lot of you guys are also on that same kind of vibe i do this podcast very intuitively
to the world around me to the questions I'm getting if I see more than one question I will
make sure to try and cover that topic if possible um but yeah it is very much so just whatever I
feel like my throat chakra opens up to then I allow myself to speak on it um but yeah if I feel
like I can't give good advice I'm just like sorry maybe I won't answer this question this week but
maybe next week will be the right vibe you know what I mean but yeah I do like to give a good
solid 24 hours of letting people have an opportunity to submit something you know what i
mean also speaking of intuitively talking someone said um didn't know feral girl summer was what i
needed to channel until you said it oh you won yes this summer let free let loose especially
during cancer season cancer season can be rigid if you hold yourself to it like once again if
you're a little overly sensitive about everything let yourself breathe it's okay everything will
be okay remember to have fun and allow yourself to be human we're not these robots that we paint
ourselves out to be we're not all perfect we're not completely flawless filtered finished no like
that's just not how we are and that's okay we should embrace that as much as we possibly can
because that's what makes life fun you know the silly parts the little awkward aspects the things
you never would have expected that's what keeps life fun and funky and fresh um not the robotics
of it all you know let your feral girl out love you anyways my feral girl summer is really gonna
to be me tapping into like my inner child who was such a tomboy especially during the summer
like summer was such about being free running around outside being barefoot all the time like
playing in mud going into the forest like eating hot dogs in the park every afternoon like that
energy is so freeing and so fun to tap into even like as an adult we can always take moments to
really inhibit that or whoa not inhibit inherit maybe that um so like ask yourself what was your
inner child doing during the summer what makes you feel free how can i tap into my inner human
how can i set her free how can i really just embrace freedom and humanity this summer for me
that's like running around naked in my apartment or constantly being in bikinis um for me that's
being barefoot like in the creek in the forest like hanging out in nature putting myself in
nature allowing myself to be sweaty and hairy and like who cares um allowing my hair to be
all crazy i'm just gonna throw it up into a bun and call it good um not really focused on like
presentation but more so focused on feeling um being in touch and vulnerable with those around
me embracing my childhood favorites and embracing what really like means summer to me such as like
going to the drive-in eating fresh fruit going to the farmer's market um lighting fireworks
whatever it may be listen to it tap into it be a little delusional um it can get you really far
and also get you very very connected to yourself and also to other people which i think is a
wonderfully beautiful thing so i love you all i hope you have a fantastic rest of your week
listen to the extra episode from last week if you need a little bit more content

alongside mine but i love you guys i hope you have a fantastic rest of your day i the rest of

want to see what it looks like i'm probably going to post it on my instagram once i have it
in my apartment today um i might go to the river cook a little good dinner for myself i'm really
gonna try and get outside whether it's the river or the pool um one of the two but yeah very chill
hang out take care of the home take care of myself and get into nature kind of energy for the day so
i love you all and i will see you all next week
