Starting point is 00:00:00 Listen, everybody needs a fairy godmother, you know, just somebody to look out for them. Some people call me their fairy smoke mother, others their internet big sister, but you can call me Hannah, the host of SmokeSash. So come hang out. Let's light up and talk everything there is to life. The good, the bad, the ugly, the embarrassing. I've got a story for it all. Hello, baddies, and welcome back to another episode of Smoke Sash. My name is Hannah, you are host and I'm so excited to be with you guys on this beautiful week we're having you guys whenever you're listening to this the first week of September oh you're getting closer and closer to fall and my existential dread is slowly leaving my body thank God I don't know there's
Starting point is 00:00:53 something about the like last little bit of summer which we do have a couple more weeks left that I kind of get just like a little too in my head and not so much into the outside world. And I'm like, I didn't do enough with my summer and I wasn't outside and I wasn't a hot. It's like, girl, chill the fuck out. Like there's going to be literally so many summers to come. So who cares? Like let's not dwell on the past. Let's look at the future.
Starting point is 00:01:21 And then whenever I start looking towards fall and like apple cider donuts and the leaves changing and the leaves falling. and cool crisp mornings. It's like, oh, there's something you get excited about. No more need for existential dread when you have apple picking to do, when you got pumpkin pies to make, when you got delicious soups to eat. So that has just completely reinvigorated my, I don't know, desire to live. Thank God. I got up this morning and although it is 100 degrees right now,
Starting point is 00:01:55 it was a nice cool crisp morning. I got to go out to the state. Pables per usual, my weekly routine, go see Zina. Right now I'm doing something really, really, really fucking cool. As I kind of grow my horsemanship skills and just like, I don't know, learn the fucking basics because bitch, I'm new to this. We haven't been doing much riding recently, which you're like, why are you around a horse if you're not riding?
Starting point is 00:02:21 Hello. It's because a lot of the horsemanship starts on the ground, starts with your energy. Like if you are an anxious-ass individual and you get on top of that horse, that horse is also going to be like, what are we doing? I'm super fucking anxious. So earning trust, earning respect and just like synchronizing your energies on the ground is like really, really important too, especially like bonding with your horse. And so we've been doing a lot of liberty work, which is no halter, no reins, no nothing, just me and her alone in a round pen. and trying to get her to do what I want her to do or to pay attention to me or to simply just have her eyes and ears on me. And it's so interesting to see because I'm still new to this and like kind of learning this energy interaction.
Starting point is 00:03:12 But she trusts me so fully. It's actually like so heartwarming. When we first kind of got to know each other, I was like, this bitch. Like, oh God, she's going to be drama. And she is drama. I'm also drama. I'm sure people also feel that same. exact way about me when they first meet me. Um, but I'll see my trainer work with her on the ground.
Starting point is 00:03:34 And she knows my trainer. She doesn't fully trust my trainer because she hasn't spent too much time with her. So she's not inclined to listen as easily. But as soon as I ask her to do something, as soon as I ask her to get her attention on me, as soon as I ask her to even just like walk next to me without any sort of lead rope, no halter, she does it immediately. And it's like, oh my God, That's my girl. That's my girl. You guys, it is truly such a spiritual experience. I think bonding with any sort of animals of spiritual experience. Obviously, me in danger, my little kitty cat. That is my familiar. We talk to each other. He knows me. I know him. We are spiritually. Our hearts are connected. I'm sure you guys have animals in your life or have had animals in your life where it's like, no, that is my child. And so it's always nice to build that relationship with a new animal, especially a horse, something that could fucking kill me. It's so cool to be like, oh, you trust me and you want to protect me and you want to be there for me. And I don't know. It is just like so, so so just like jaw dropping and awe-inducing. And it's been so fun to do because I've literally only been doing it for a year. It's so exciting
Starting point is 00:04:42 to see how I've grown. And not only that, just like the care of it all. I do see this is something that I'm going to be doing for the rest of my life. I don't think I will feel fulfilled if I don't do this for the rest of my life. And so it's also nice to learn just like the basics of care and feeding and grooming and, you know, different ailments, body shapes, breeds, types. It's just a new realm and a new area that I'm getting to learn so much about. And as I get older, actually, the more I crave knowledge, which is so funny, because I'm sure a lot of you guys are going back to school right now. Okay. I'm sure a lot of you guys are like unpacking boxes, settling into dorms, meeting new roommates, maybe going back to high school and you're like, fuck this shit.
Starting point is 00:05:29 I hate waking up at 7 a.m. and being in school eight to 12 hours a day and then having to study outside of it and take these big massive tests and be stressed and this and that. And they ask so much for us. And it's like, yes, that is exhausting. But knowledge and learning is such a privilege. And it's so much easier. Always like grass is greener on the other side. but it's so much easier to write it off when you're swept up in the the you know stress of it all but once you get out of it and you realize learning and knowledge is a choice once you get out of school you start craving it more and realizing how important it is and uh like i'm thinking about just taking a couple of classes just for fun i mean you know maybe a little painty class maybe like a jewelry
Starting point is 00:06:12 class something like that but this is probably the closest i've done to like classes classes in a long time and it is just so incredibly fun. So if you are going into school, I know, once again, easier said than done. Of course, stressful. Of course, you know, it's a lot of hard work. It requires a lot from you, physically, mentally, everything, or of course, everything from you,
Starting point is 00:06:35 especially when you're doing school full time. But if you are in that position, let me give you an outsider's perspective. And hopefully maybe this will reinvigorate something in you to help you power through this next semester. but like school is amazing. It is a privilege. Not everybody gets to go to school.
Starting point is 00:06:52 Not everybody gets the luxury of being able to go to school to study what they want to get to, you know, learn new things, things outside of things that maybe they ever thought they learn about. And so as you're spending hours upon hours upon hours in the library or you're taking a class that you fucking hate or you're beefing with your professor or whatever, whenever you have those down moments, just remember how beautiful it is. to be able to grow and strengthen and train your brain and throw yourself into your studies because it really is such a magical moment and it is so, so amazing. And you really don't know until you get out of it or unless you've never had it. Okay. And yeah, I just, I do miss being in school. I do miss learning. And so this has been so invigorating for me to be able to strengthen my brain and my body physically and try something new. It's always fun to try something new. But I haven't really been up to much recently. I've actually been up to a fucking lot, but you know when you're doing like
Starting point is 00:07:50 a million fucking things and you're like, oh wow, it felt like I've been so incredibly busy, but I can't even remember one thing I've done. Yeah, that's how I've been. We had the end of a clip season. I was kind of just like re-getting my brain on track from that, pulling my life together in my home area, getting that cleaned out. I actually just did a massive, massive, massive, massive, massive closet clean out and I filmed that for the weekly YouTube video so if you want to go watch that that is up on YouTube now Hannah Marlene 444 if you want to see the vlogs early I have no clue what we're doing this week but if you want to see it early if you're craving extra content join the patreon patreon patreon patreon dot com slash smoke says shoddy where I do extra episodes every single week also
Starting point is 00:08:33 for this podcast where I answer every single question it's a new month so I'll have my September forecast where I post all the things I'm kind of looking forward to to September. I do monthly tarot readings. What else? Oh my gosh. So much weekly journal prompts. And then also it's fall coming up. So I'll be doing some fall mood boarding, some fall bucket list stuff. So yeah, if you ever are curious to engage with this community more, come join the Patreon. Patreon. Patreon.com slash smoke slash shoddy. But yeah, I've been in like a purging state of my life where it's like I don't need things. Bitch, I don't need things. I don't need this many things. I don't need this many clothing like I was pulling out clothing that I literally haven't even put on my body
Starting point is 00:09:14 since I took it home from the thrift store. It's like, why am I doing this? Like I don't need to collect as much clothing. I need like staples. I need basics, things that I can reach for and wear all the time or things that are like generational pieces. Pieces that not only I will wear, but also want to pass down to my niece if she becomes like a little fashionista diva or my daughter if I have one one day or my son if he ends up being a fucking. baddy. I don't care. Like whoever, like, there are generational pieces that I want to keep around. I was handed down generational pieces. But also, I can't have, I literally, I pulled out five tubs, massive moving tubs of clothing that I have not touched in years. And it was like, what the fuck
Starting point is 00:09:57 am I doing? So I put all those up on Dpop. I'm donating half of them too. If anything doesn't sell, I mean, bitch, I'll sell it for $5. But if it doesn't sell, I'm going to be donating at all. I just, I need it gone. That's where I am. whenever a new season comes around or is approaching, we still have a couple more weeks, like I said. The equinox is not until, I believe, September 22nd, September 22nd. So yeah, we got plenty of time. Baby girl, don't even stress. But whenever I feel like the air of a new season coming along, I also feel like the natural shedding of skin, the natural transition in life.
Starting point is 00:10:34 And I always, I always do this without fail. I always do like a deep purge of my life of just like, I don't need this shit. Get it out of here. It's got to go. So that felt really good to do. I'll be packaging up all those orders after this and sending them out. But yeah, it's been a busy, busy week catching up on things, doing what I can. But I'm happy to finally pause, sit down with you guys and get into whatever the fuck you guys got going on.
Starting point is 00:11:03 It sounds like you guys got a lot going on. I don't know. I do too. actually you guys I achieved something in girlhood that has that is just like you know one of those things that you achieve in girlhood first of all scary okay because I don't even know where to start with this I'm like how do I bring this up in a gentle kind way hmm um there is nothing more terrifying as a person with genitals I don't care what the genitals are whatever genitals you have beautiful amazing but like when something changes
Starting point is 00:11:35 The one thing about having a body is usually it's fairly stable, but once something changes, you're like, what the fuck is going on? And two and five Canadians will hear the words, you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar raised matters. On September 19th, joined thousands in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation walk. Challenge yourself, friends, and family to walk 21 kilometers in support of life-saving research. Together, we can carry the fire and help create a world free from the fear of cancer. Register today at pmcf walk.ca.ca. A couple days ago, I was like, okay, what is going on down there?
Starting point is 00:12:19 Like, I'm scared, I'm nervous. First of all, we haven't been doing anything crazy, like, at all, at all. Like, very normal, nothing should be changing. But I was like, okay, did I get, like, some soap in there on accident? There's a little bit of, like, redness. and inflammation and itchiness. What the fuck is going on? Itching and burn it.
Starting point is 00:12:39 Itching and burning. No burning, but itching. And I was like, I'm terrified. I'm scared. And I can't believe I've never had a yeast infection, but I've never had a yeast infection. And so baby got her first yeast infection. Yep.
Starting point is 00:12:56 I was literally on Google, Googling, Googling, Googling, I probably should just go to the doctor. But I'm lazy. So I was on Google, Googling, Googling, Googling, what the fuck's going? on what is this what is that could it be this could it be that and dr hannah has concluded that yeah i'm pretty sure i have a yeast infection but yeah there's nothing scarier than like having generals and being like oh no what is happening what is happening especially as a woman where you're like okay i don't
Starting point is 00:13:23 want to fucking deal with this if i get anything i am more prone it's also funny how based on your genetics and like what your mom has dealt with or women in your life before that it gets passed down to you and so in my family especially with me and my mom uti's are very common i don't know what that is about but it just it's just a generational truth okay one of those generational truth so i usually if i deal with anything and i usually get them maybe i haven't gotten them in a while but if i do get them it's usually maybe once a year maybe once every other year so not super common but here and there i'll be like I'll fuck up my pH on accident and or I'll be stressed or I'll be traveling not drinking of water whatever it is and I'll get a UTI.
Starting point is 00:14:08 Those are common. I know the symptoms of a UTI. Okay. Yes, the burning, the burning when you pee, the burning when you pee, the burning getting worse when you pee having to pee all the time. The worst fucking thing ever.
Starting point is 00:14:20 I hate a UTI. But this time around I was like, not a UTI. I don't have to pee all the time. Not really burning like that. But I'm like, oh my God. I want to tear that fucking thing off down there because it's itching so bad.
Starting point is 00:14:35 Literally so scary, but it's also like human. You know, we talked about personal hygiene last week and it's like sometimes these things just happen. And then I was like going back in time in my brain like, how could I have gotten this? And it's not like a transmitted thing, obviously. But it is just like sometimes your body just like snaps and is like, we're developing this today. It's like, damn, can a bitch catch a break?
Starting point is 00:14:57 So I don't think there's really anything that triggered it. I think sometimes they just can fucking happen sometimes. It is what it is. And yeah, that's what I'm dealing with right now. Shout out to my pharmacist for letting me just call them and ask for a prescription and being able to fill it in online and bitch being able to have it delivered to my front door. Very excited about that.
Starting point is 00:15:18 Very excited to have this done, dealt with and gone. But yeah, just one of those, you know, girlhood check marks right there is like never had a never had, never had a yeast infection. Well, congratulations. Today's the day. And for me, there's a lot of like, when it comes to like any sort of illness, I feel like there's always like this home remedy or that
Starting point is 00:15:40 home remedy. If it's a common cold, I will use a home remedy. But if it's like something else, baby, I need a pill and I need it gone. Very simply put, I need a pill and I need it gone. I don't mess around with anything else. I don't do suppositories. I don't even do tampons. I'm not good at handling suppositories. I don't want anything up there in general. I especially don't want to have to like insert medication up there. So maybe just give me an over the counter pill. Let me take that shit and let me get it over with. So I'm very excited about that. That's probably the most exciting thing happening for me today is my yeast infection pill getting delivered. And you know what? Like I said, that is just a part of girlhood. What can I say? But yeah, that's been the most recent occurrence in
Starting point is 00:16:24 my life that I'm like, oh, fuck, I got to deal with this. I had a pretty busy weekend. Did a little work. I actually went out twice this weekend. What's wrong with me? What's going on? Like I said, eclipse season ended. I was like, I'm free. And I was like, I'm young. I'm hot. I can go out and have a drink after work. Like it's 10.30 at night, baby. Go have one more drink. Go smoke a cigarette. Your weekly cigarette. Go Kiki with the girls. Go throw some darts. Whatever. Go to the local dive bar and just like enjoy your evening. So I went and did that on Friday. And then I went. out with the girls again on Saturday and then had a very chill Sunday. I don't know. I got into this like sorry I'm yapping a lot in the beginning of this podcast. We'll get to your questions I promise.
Starting point is 00:17:08 But I got to this place in life where like I was like I'm an adult. I have to take shit seriously. I have to be like so strict with myself. I have to like, you know, no drinking, no this, no fun, no party. You're too old for that. I'm 27. Old. Old. You may be 19 listening. to this and you're like yeah but you are old but like old old where i need to go out and i need to live my life and i need to have a drink and you have a vodka soda i need to kiki with the girls i need to go dance is latin i let me go sway those hips let me open up that hip chakra it's so important i don't know i think like if i can give you guys any piece of advice right now especially with fall and what you're coming up is like don't get too strict on yourself it's so easy to place rules on yourself when it comes to
Starting point is 00:17:52 life when you feel out of control but maybe you feel out of control because you're not taking advantage of the situation you're in and like living it to its most fun potential. Fullest potential? That's a whole different question. Okay. But what about your most fun potential? Are you having fun? Are you doing one fun thing every day for yourself?
Starting point is 00:18:10 If not, if you're just going to work and coming home, no wonder you're miserable. Let's not make yourself more miserable by giving yourself rules. Let's just enact some fun things into your life. So that was really nice to go out this weekend and just live my best life, dance it up with the girls, have a little vodka soda. And also another thing with getting older is I feel like I've gotten a handle on my drinking. Like something clicked in my brain as well where I'm like, I can just have three drinks and be okay. I actually don't have to be fucking sloshed every single time I go out.
Starting point is 00:18:44 And I realize I have this anxious habit of when I'm going out and when I'm going to a club or partying or kickback or whatever. I have to have something in my hand. It makes me feel like, and I don't want my phone on my hand, but I have to have something in my hand. It makes me feel like I'm doing something. And whether it's a joint, a cigarette, a drink, usually it's a drink. And then I am anxious, so I take a sip in between breaths or when I don't know what to do. I take a sip. I take a sip before I know it, that drink's gone.
Starting point is 00:19:12 But I need something in my hand. So I go and I get another drink. And then I'm sipping because I'm anxious and I'm sipping. And before I know it, I've had eight vodka sodas. And it's like, whoa, girl, that don't need to be happening. now that I'm older, I'm more secure in myself. I'm going to bars I know. I'm like, I don't give a fuck if anybody even likes me in this bar.
Starting point is 00:19:33 I'm not here to impress anybody. I'm here to go sit in a corner and have a drink. And maybe scroll on my phone into my friend gets here and then share a cigarette and then go home. Like very chill. Like, I'm not here to find the love of my life. I'm not here to make new friends. I'm here to just like be to be, to be or not to be. hello that is the question and it's like it has freed me from the shackles of eight drinks in a
Starting point is 00:20:01 night so i think also the hack to also like i need my hands full is i'm also not afraid to scroll on my phone in the club anymore it's like i'd rather scroll on my phone or like go have a herbal cigarette or a joint or something instead of chugging drinks and so it was really nice to go out twice this weekend because i didn't black out one night i was like okay i had one drink it work and then we left i went to the dive bar down the street and then i had one drink there and then i went home love it so chill the next night i had one drink at work one drink at the bar and then one drink at the dive bar so easy so simple did i still wake up hung over yes if i have one singular drink i sort of got now that i'm older if i have a if i see even sniff alcohol i will wake up with a headache in the
Starting point is 00:20:51 morning it is just your hangovers are going to get worse i miss when i was 21 and i'd be like i don't get hung over you guys i just like i don't get hung over i just don't get hung over and i didn't when i was younger i did not get hung over so if you were a young individual like congratulations baby they're coming for you they're coming for you so max out those years while you can don't put yourself in trouble but like have fun enjoy that time but nowadays it's like if i have one glass of wine i'm waking up the next day like like groggy crazy but that was also nice to see because I thought I had a drinking problem for a while and it was like actually I'm just a really fucking anxious individual with bad coping mechanisms.
Starting point is 00:21:32 So no I'm not alcoholic. I am actually just an anxiousaholic I think. So that was a nice revelation as well. Feeling stable, feeling at peace for now. Baby we got a Venus retrograde and a mercury retrograde coming up. So enjoy this moment while you can. But with that being said, spirits high for how itchy my fucking pussy is right now crazy is that gross you guys we're
Starting point is 00:21:59 girls if you're also a guy listening to this congratulations that you're a guy and don't have to deal with this because we as women put up with so much not only do i have a use infection but i'm also on my period double whammy the fuck all right let's get into your guys's questions i guess this is a good one and transitioned into how to be a young hoe and party without going too far every time slash too often. Like I said, I think the anxiousness is a big part of it. You're young. You're a little insecure.
Starting point is 00:22:28 You don't know what to do. You need something in your hand. And so you're sipping, sipping, sipping, sipping, you're taking it too far. Or you're loosening up to then like feel not so anxious. But then you keep it rolling. And it's like actually once you loosen up, you can just stop there. That's okay. So I guess, yeah, my pro tips would be like, of course, you want something in your hand.
Starting point is 00:22:50 so if I could recommend even like a clutch purse. You'd be surprised how if I have to hold my purse, how much I'm more focused on that than like something else in my hand. Or an herbal cigarette if you don't want to smoke. I love an herbal cigarette. I love an herbal blend. I don't have any recommendations right now. I'm still trying them out.
Starting point is 00:23:09 I'm just kind of getting into that world. But once I find a brand I love, I'll let you guys know. Even just a joint, baby, sometimes that's better than a drink. and if you're drinking, okay, if you're having shots, chill. One shot equals one drink. So if you're having a shot, get a cup of water, a cup of soda. I don't even care. Like soda water, a diet Coke, a cup of water, throw a little lime in there, shit, I don't
Starting point is 00:23:38 know. And use that in between your drinks. So you're still able to have something in your hand, be sipping on it, feeling less anxious because you're sipping on something. and also taking care of yourself, you're not taking too far. In between every drink, I highly recommend if you're going to have eight drinks, cut it down to four by replacing the other half with waters, with sodas, with soda water. I love a soda water.
Starting point is 00:24:01 Even a Sprite. No one knows you're drinking that. No one's going to judge you. And if they are judging you, they're a weirdo fucking freak. So don't even worry about it. I also think people take it too far because they're trying to impress people. That was definitely me when I was younger. I took it way too fucking far because when I was partying at 19,
Starting point is 00:24:17 I was partying with 35-year-olds. These were seasoned party professionals who were doing 18 different kinds of drugs in a night had been drinking every single day for their entire lives. And I'm like trying to go shot for shot with like a seasoned server, bartender, alcoholic baby. It was not good. It was not good at all. So the thing is it's like you don't have to impress anybody.
Starting point is 00:24:42 If your friends are like, oh yes, let's go take a shot, blah, blah, blah, blah. You can be like, actually, I'm going to go to the bathroom, but you guys have fun. If you feel like you're getting too fucked up. If you're like, oh, you know, you guys are taking a shot. Cool. Yeah, whatever. Sometimes I'll hold the shot in my hand. And sorry to all my friends who have bought me shots.
Starting point is 00:24:57 But like sometimes I'll have the shot in my hand. If people are taking specifically tequila shots, I don't drink tequila. I can't drink tequila. I get aggressive on tequila. I get messy on tequila. I can't drink tequila. Everybody else I know is tequila is the best kind of drunk possible. Not for me.
Starting point is 00:25:13 I'm a vodka girl. I have to, if I'm drinking anything, it's vodka. And so that's actually probably really bad, but it's my Russian roots. I can't help it. It just feels natural to me. But sometimes if someone buys me a tequila shot, I'd be like, yes. Toss it behind my shoulder. I'm not even kidding.
Starting point is 00:25:30 Not actually toss it, but I'll like have it in my hand. I'll put it up to my lips and I'll set it back down on the bar. I'm not kidding. When we went out to the second bar this weekend on Saturday and they were all like getting a little fucked up, but they were walking home. They like lived around the block. And I was like, oh yeah, I got to go home, whatever. I've had like two drinks.
Starting point is 00:25:48 I'm like, I could have a third. I ordered a third. I drink half of it. And I put it back on the bar and I left it on the bar and I left. Like I didn't drink all of it. You don't have to. There's no one to impress. If you're anxious, that's okay.
Starting point is 00:26:03 But like, first of all, no one's thinking about you as much as you're thinking about yourself. So free yourself in that way. And also you, yeah, you don't have anybody to impress. You're not there to go find love or find whatever. You're there to let loose and have a good time. so do so but also like don't push it there's no need to push it at all and if you do push it don't stress it okay everybody's gotten like really really really really really really really fucked up at some point in time and it is what it is sometimes you go too far we all have a habit of going too far with a lot of things
Starting point is 00:26:34 so don't stress yourself out the next day you know like if you have to do anything to your nervous system just lie to it and be like no everybody thought you were the life of the party and laughed at all your jokes and had a great time until anybody talks about you differently than whatever. Now, don't do that too many times, but, you know, sometimes it does take making mistakes to realize how far your limit really is. And for me, my limit is three to four drinks max. Like after that, it's like, I got to go home. I'm tired. I'm sleepy. And in fact, I did just door dashed taco belt to my house. So I got to get home to that. That's also a fabulous way to really encourage yourself to go home. You're like, do I get Taco Bell or do I go home with a man?
Starting point is 00:27:16 Baby Taco Bell is winning that competition every single night. Taco Bell will never let you down ever. And so having like a nightcap where it's like a snack at home, something yummy to eat a little cassidia you ordered to your house, that is a great way to also have something exciting to go home to. So then you're not like, but I don't want to ever leave the bar. It's like actually I have to leave the bar because this bar don't got food and my tummy is grumbling and I'm a little drunk.
Starting point is 00:27:45 and the petty cab is going to pick me up with karaoke and take me to my home. And I'm very excited for that. So that's also a great way to kind of like not take it too far. Have something exciting to look forward to afterwards. You're not pining and looking and searching for bad things around you. Also, leave the drugs alone. I know this podcast is called smoke-sush. Weed is one thing.
Starting point is 00:28:05 Dare I argue weed is not even like alcohol is worse than weed. Let's be so fucking for real on the totem pole of all the substances. like the least worst what yes the the least worst item is probably lead if you're being honest alcohol poison literally that's why your body feels that way the next day so it's like that's fine a little weed a little smoke a little alky couple drinks love it lines powders potions fuck that shit leave it at home and this comes from somebody who has done many a different potions many of different potions many different powders and potions. You don't need that shit. You don't want that shit. It's not going to make you cooler. It's not going to make you more fun. It's not going to make you have a better time.
Starting point is 00:28:53 In fact, it is going to make things exponentially worse. Like I said, take it from me. Ms. Druggy over here. The last thing you need is that. So it's one of my best tips. And you don't have to find somebody at the bar that you love. Okay. If anything, friendships are more powerful than love. Go make a friend. Go dance with a girl. Go spin around on the dance. floor go open up those hip chakras and then order taco bell and get the fuck home how do not let embarrassing moments consume your entire being dot dot love you down exo xo xo i will have moments and i'm really good about compartmentalizing because i don't need to torture myself but you have moments where you like have a second and your brain especially with like my ADHD brain where it's like 18 million fucking things at once
Starting point is 00:29:35 but then it like the clouds clear and the sun is and the sky is sunny and bright and you're like do you remember when you got up on stage embarrassed the fuck out of yourself? You're like, why the fuck do my brain choose to hyper focus? It's to quiet everything else on to hyper focus on this massively embarrassing moment in my life. Why the fuck? Like, why am I torturing myself? Oh my God. I get those moments at least once a week.
Starting point is 00:29:59 So first of all, you're not alone. Everybody does it. Everybody has embarrassing moments. It's a part about being human. We are not AI generated models. Okay. We are going to make mistakes. we are going to have oopsies, oopsie daisy accidents, very normal.
Starting point is 00:30:17 Dare I say, actually the AI models are probably cringier than you ever could be. Let's be so fucking for real. Humans inherently are cringe. Humans inherently are weird and messy and wild and a little embarrassing. And in order to learn, we have to make mistakes. So if you are having that moment, first of all, let me give you some clarity here. If you are having that moment of like, what the fuck? I do oh god what the hell i hope no one remembers that guess what that means you are a good person who
Starting point is 00:30:50 probably will never make that mistake or embarrass yourself that way again okay good people don't think about the bad things they did and go damn i want to do better wait they do they do that bad people don't you know what i mean did that are you following the equation sorry the celsius is finally hitting my brain and i'm thinking a million miles an hour like you were cringing you were free in that moment and that's cool and that's fine it's lovely and looking back maybe we're not going to do that again but you have the wherewithal to look back and understand damn that was it was a little weird to me let's not do that again and you know better and you're going to move forward accordingly and i think you can find a lot of peace in that but you replaying it and replaying it and replaying it and replaying and
Starting point is 00:31:35 that's not going to help the situation. Sometimes you just got to address it and move forward and lie to your nervous system and say, that was not me. Actually, that was a fake memory I created in my head. That was not me. Oh my God, but I have so many of those memories. And I can't be as free as I once was because unfortunately I am a public figure now. But I think back to when I was younger and how cringe and free and chaotic I was.
Starting point is 00:32:02 And it was like, Two and five Canadians will hear the words you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar raised matters. On September 19th, join thousands in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Walk. Challenge yourself, friends, and family to walk 21 kilometers in support of life-saving research. Together, we can carry the fire and help create a world free from the fear of cancer. Register today at pmcfwalk.ca.ca. Yeah, like literally, I'm not kidding.
Starting point is 00:32:37 There's this one moment I think about often where it's like, I thought I was hot shit at the rave walking down the stairs. And I was for about five seconds walking down the stairs. Yes. Swinging those hips coming down the stairs. Twisted my ankle, fell forward, tumbled down the fucking stairs. Like a rag doll just like fucking rolling down the stairs. I pop up. Everybody's looking at me.
Starting point is 00:33:03 And it's the worst. When everybody's looking at, they're like, are you okay? Oh my God. Oh my God. Girl, are you okay? And it's like, actually, I need everybody to pretend that never happened ever. And I'm like, yep, I'm good. And I immediately went to the bar, took a shot and then like disappeared into the crowd.
Starting point is 00:33:18 But it was like, I think about that moment a lot where it's like, the drunk bitch falling down the stairs moment. Everybody's like, oh no. Oh, it's the worst. But also it's like I was young and I was free. So who gives a fuck? Who truly gives a fuck, you know? I walk slower down the stairs. stairs now. Getting finger kind of hurts. Dot, dot, dot, dot, dot. What's your outlook on fingering?
Starting point is 00:33:37 I don't, I don't like a fingering. I don't like a fingering. I personally, I don't have a penis either, but I'm also kind of against hand jobs. It's like if I'm going to do anything, like let me just put my mouth on it. And that's also my philosophy with fingering. It's like, baby, I just, uh, it actually like I'm kind of annoyed that your fingers are inside me. Because, I it's like put them outside of me first of all what are you going to do inside of me and second of all if you're going to do anything like either fuck me play with my clip or eat me out like literally those are the three options I don't know I get annoyed by it same thing same thing I feel with tampons and suppositories like I don't generally I don't really want anything up there generally I don't I'm not like craving it or desiring
Starting point is 00:34:33 and there's better ways to like indulge in pleasure when it comes to the Vaheen and usually it doesn't come through fingering there's an art to everything there's an art to fingering there's an art to all of it and if it's done the right way it can be a beautiful magical wonderful experience but how often is it done the right way let's be so goddamn honest and so yeah no I'm never I'm never in the mood for a good fingering. Let's, let's be honest. Nope, nope, I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. So I stand with you. I'm anti-fingering over here, but let me know if you have a different opinion. I don't know. I'm just like if you're going to touch me down there, I don't really want to be like my G spot is not inside my body. It is actually so apparent where it is. And in fact, if you ignore it, I'm going to be
Starting point is 00:35:28 kind of pissed off. I'm going to be actually kind of pissed off. But also like I guess fingering doesn't, It doesn't have to mean inside. Maybe it could mean outside. If it's outside fingering, love. Once again, if it's done the right way. Love. Inside fingering? No.
Starting point is 00:35:46 Nope, not really into it. No, thank you. I'm good. Okay, now argument here, and this is a bit crazy of me. I'm also like, how do I put this? I, like, I've said worse in this podcast, but a little thumb in the back door? Little finger in the back door. I don't mind.
Starting point is 00:36:05 I don't mind that kind of fingering. Actually, love. Actually, love actually really enjoy. Actually, fabulous. Entire fist? No. Little finger. Finger tip.
Starting point is 00:36:18 Yes. Actually, fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. Fabulous love. But the general fingering of it all, no, no, no. How do I not waste my life away in bed? Well, I know you're in bed and you're on your phone. So it's okay to be in bed, but you can't be in bed on the phone, especially while the sun's up. That's kind of a life rule I have for myself.
Starting point is 00:36:42 I cannot be in bed on the phone when the sun's up. If I'm sick, that's one thing. I don't care. If I'm ill, if I'm having a lazy bed rot day, that's okay. One day out of the months that I am up in moving and grooving, whatever. We can have some forgiveness there. but every day is not going to work. There are little rules you have to place for yourself so you don't rot your life away.
Starting point is 00:37:07 Now, bedtime, fabulous. If I'm in bed and I'm reading, love it. If I'm in bed and I'm, you know, journaling, fabulous. If I'm in bed and I'm painting my toes or lotioning myself, cool. If I'm in bed watching a movie. Even a movie. I know I said no phones, but like a big screen, long form content, cool. Absolutely totally okay.
Starting point is 00:37:28 but bed and phone when the sun's up it ain't allowed now doom scrolling that's a separate conversation because I feel like a lot of people think they're wasting their life and maybe they're not in bed on phone but they're doom scrolling I'm okay with scrolling if it's not in bed and if you're doing it in a third-party place so if you're like I don't usually go and sit in my office so let me go sit in my office and doom scroll. Something about being in a new environment that's kind of uncomfortable because you're just not used to being there. Your brain won't feel comfortable scrolling as long. If you go to a park and you're like, okay, I'm going to go to a park and I'm going to sit and I'm going to scroll. That's cool. That's fine. But eventually you're going to go, actually, I'm going to
Starting point is 00:38:15 watch the squirrel collect 1,000 nuts in the span of an hour. Like your brain will naturally go, I'm in a different environment and thus I'm not inclined to scroll to doom, scroll. We are more so inclined to dooms scroll when we are in a comfortable environment because the comfortable environment is not enforcing any new stimuli. And so our brain can put all of its energy on the insane amount of stimuli on your phone. Of course, you're going to be naturally drawn into it. So when you're in bed and you're scrolling, you could do that for, I'm not even getting for the rest of your life. I could. If this was Wally and I had a floating big ass fucking bed and you had a tube into my mouth with food and another tube, you know, to get everything else out.
Starting point is 00:39:03 Like, theoretically, I could just lay there and scroll for the rest of my life. But maybe that ain't an option. That ain't an option. It's not an option I want nor desire. So I do implement small rules in my life to make sure I'm somewhat living it as best as possible. And so, yes, I do also fall into the habit of doom scrolling. but I'll be like on a walk. I'll be at the park.
Starting point is 00:39:29 I'll be in a third party place in my house. I'll go sit on the front porch and scroll for a little bit. Eventually, usually five, 10, maybe 15 minutes later, I'm like, okay, I want to go find something else to do. Naturally, your brain will feel inclined to go find something else to do because there's other external stimuli happening and your brain's going to be more drawn to that than it is the phone. But it's okay to also have like a little bed rest. Like I said, movie, love it, journaling, reading, fabulous to do in bed. It's okay if you want to lay down to take a rest, to take a nap, to close your eyes, to rest your body. We all need rest.
Starting point is 00:40:06 We all need relaxation. But yeah, if the sun is up, I am not in bed and I'm not doom scrolling. And I'm not doing both at the same time. Those two things, I think will really, really help you. Got a fairy tattoo and thought of you. Oh, you know what? I need a fairy tattoo. I need one.
Starting point is 00:40:23 I think I have to get one. I actually just scheduled a tattoo appointment. I'm so excited. My philosophy of tattoos is I have to think about the concept of the tattoo for at minimum eight months. If I've thought about it for eight months or a year or eight years, then I'll go and get it. The one tattoo, I have a couple, but the tattoos that I regret or not necessarily regret, I don't have a lot of regrets, but there's tattoos that I'm like,
Starting point is 00:40:53 I should have, you know, you know, there's like, I should have thought about it a little bit longer. Are the ones that were like impulsive didn't think about it all. So, and I don't, I don't really have a lot of them. And I gave them to myself. So that's kind of a me problem. But the tattoos that I do have that I thought about, that I really, really philosophize it over, I love. And they feel like a part of my body.
Starting point is 00:41:18 Like it feels like it flows naturally with me and it works with me. sometimes I do have a jump scare about the one on my arm because this is my first tattoo and she's big. Sometimes I'm like, oh yeah, I forget that's there. But the key is I forget that's there because I took so much time to think it over to really think about what it means to me and, you know, why I want it. And do I like where I'm getting it? Do I like the positioning? Do I like how big it is? Do I like the artist?
Starting point is 00:41:45 Like they're not really impulsive things. They're just things that I want and like the aesthetic of and they mean something to me. If I get a tattoo, I have to have it mean something to me. And so my next tattoo is going to be a swallowtail butterfly, a female swallowtail butterfly. Because I just get nostalgic about where I live. And we have so many swallowtail butterflies. You'd think like Midwest, Missouri, Kansas, you would think monarch butterfly. But we oddly enough get more swallow tails, if anything, dark swallow tails.
Starting point is 00:42:22 yellow swallow tails. So I'm going to get a swallowtail butterfly tattoo from this artist that I love. She's so fabulous. And she's like a pretty universal tattoo artist where she can do kind of any sort of style. But specifically fine line is what I like. So I'm very, very, very excited about that. I haven't had a new tattoo in about two years now. And I'm getting this one on my arm, but I'm ready to start getting some leg tattoos. Like I would love some feet tattoos. I think that's so sexy. I would love some like below the knee tattoos like a little something like this. I also really want like a back of the thigh tattoo. I think that's hot as fuck.
Starting point is 00:42:56 Um, but expensive and yeah, I got to think about it. I got to think, think, think, think it over before I get it. But send me a photo of your fairy tattoo. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:43:05 I'm so excited. Another perk of joining Patreon. Patreon just updated. And our like comment section thread that we do for the questions every week. You can submit pictures now. It's so exciting. So people are sending photos of their cats or what they're doing. Oh,
Starting point is 00:43:20 I love it. So, so, so exciting. I also love when you guys just randomly DM me on Instagram. I'm like, thinking of you, here's a photo. I'm like, you guys are so cute. Do not send me any thing fucking crazy. But like, yes, I want to see your cats. I want to see your fairy tattoo.
Starting point is 00:43:33 Advice on tea breaks, knowing when it's time. Also followed up with, hi, Hannah. How do you know when you're smoking too much? Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous, fabulous questions. Coming from the weed fairy herself, let me give you the real spiritual meaning behind this. So everybody's consumption is going to look different. Everybody's expansion for consumption is going to look different. Everybody's day-to-day life is going to look different.
Starting point is 00:44:02 How they interact with substances is going to look different. But for me personally, my routine, and I'll share my routine. And this might not work for everybody, okay? My routine is the same way I would have a glass of wine is how I consume. We'd consume weed. Okay. So you know what? Some Sundays when it's early in the morning and I have all day off to chill the fuck out the same way you would go to brunch and have a mimosa with a girlfriend, I'm going to maybe smoke a joint with my morning coffee. Am I going to do that on Mondays before I go horseback riding back to back working all day? Fuck, no, I'm not because holy shit, my brain would just
Starting point is 00:44:50 not be in the right place. I would not, I would not mentally, physically, spiritually be in the right place for what I have to do that day. That's when it becomes a problem. When you are consuming in moments that you know are negative for whatever situation and environment you're in. All right? There are some people who need weed medically, who need it for pain management. My aunt went through chemo. Like if I had to go through chemo, bitch, I would be so goddamn high all the time. Like, totally. I totally understand the medical benefits of it. And if that's what you're doing, valid.
Starting point is 00:45:27 Valid as fuck. Like I said, everybody's consumption is going to look different based on the needs that they require. I do not have a medical necessity for a weed. I do have a mental necessity for it, though. I remember when I was having this breakdown in life. You guys, when I first moved into my parent, back into my parents' house, it was like low point.
Starting point is 00:45:46 low point, low point, low point. I was in a massively abusive relationship. That man was stressing me the fuck out, stressing me the fuck out. I had moved back in with my parents after tasting freedom for the first time ever in my life. I was then also confined by their rules because they were used to giving me rules, but I was an adult and it was like bashing heads. And I was also a drug addict, different drugs, not weed. And so I remember in my bedroom in their house, I had like a window in my
Starting point is 00:46:16 closet and so I would I would shut my door I would turn on a fan pointing the the wind to my closet where the window was I would open up the window and then I would smoke weed and blow it out the window but then I would leave the window open and I would leave the pipe right there so then it would kind of just suck out all the all the smell so by the time the morning came and I opened my door it didn't reek of weed. Well, it was like one day where I, this is such a tangent, sorry, where I forgot to shut the window and it was the middle of winter. And my mom was like, why is it so cold in her room? What is going on? She goes into my room. She opens up the closet where it is probably negative 20 degrees. She sees the window completely open with like three pipes sitting there. And all I remember,
Starting point is 00:47:12 This was her favorite thing to do when she found my weed. And she would just send me a photo of it and say absolutely fucking nothing. And it's like, great. What a passive aggressive way to go about finding your daughter's weed. Like, fuck. Now I'm anxious. Now I got to come home. Now I got to bring it up.
Starting point is 00:47:27 Like what is going on? So I came home and she at the time not did not like weed. Did not like weed. Did not like the idea of me using weed. Probably thought a lot of the problems I was going through was because of weed in fact it was actually the Molly addiction and the abusive boyfriend that'll really do a number on you and so I remember we were we were all talking and she's like you just you have to stop if you're going to live in my house and keep in mind my dad definitely smokes weed has been for a while so he's
Starting point is 00:48:01 like she's bad cop he's good cop and I remember I like I lost it I was like I need to smoke fucking weed or I'm going to lose my fucking mind I'm not like if I'm not going to be on a night of presents I need to smoke weed. They were like, oh, okay. Yes, absolutely, definitely. It was like, I literally hit a point where it was like, the way you drink a glass of wine at the end of the night to chill the fuck out, I want to do that. And that's okay. Time in place, time and place, obviously. But that's kind of my philosophy on it. And if you feel like you are you are consuming it in a way that is interfering negatively with your life, then that's when you need to start kind of rethinking your relationship with it.
Starting point is 00:48:47 Rethinking the why, the how, the when. That's when you need to start kind of like brainstorming a little bit. Tea breaks, they're fabulous. I naturally will put myself into my tea breaks because I consume in a spiritual way. And by that, I mean I consume intuitively. I'm not like I have to do this at 3 p.m. sharp or else I feel like I'm not in routine. There is no routine. It is just, okay, what am I doing with my day? When do I have free time? What does my planner look like? And if it's not, if it's like 8 p.m. and I haven't smoked and I'm
Starting point is 00:49:28 actually just wanting to go to bed, maybe I won't smoke that day. Maybe it'll be a really fucking busy week. And like, I just don't think about weed. I also don't think about drinking. I don't think about anything other than like, oh my God, I got to get through this fucking week. and not lose my mind. And sometimes I just won't smoke for a week naturally. I won't feel inclined to. I'll be like, you know what? Maybe I'm getting a little more anxious from the weed. Maybe I'm going to take a step away. Not think about it so much. Cool. But also sometimes there's weeks where it's like, oh, I have a very chill week. I'm not doing much. Like, yeah, maybe I'll start smoking in the afternoon. Maybe I'll hit a bowl. Maybe I'll roll myself a little joint. Cool. Love it. It is very intuitive. And if you feel like you aren't able to follow it intuitively, or don't have a control on it or feel like,
Starting point is 00:50:13 like you are succumbing to the weed, then that's when you have to start rethinking your relationship about it. And the best way to rethink a relationship is to take space away. And that's when I think a tea break is very, very helpful. And if you need to take one like totally valid, absolutely. There's nothing wrong with it. I've talked about taking year-long tea breaks before. And I always am better off for it.
Starting point is 00:50:35 And my relationship is always better for it afterwards. I think you, I think tolerance breaks are required for all relationships in life. Relationships to substances, okay, maybe you do like a dry January situation fabulous. Relationships to people. Like, I'm not even kidding. Maybe you're like, hmm, do I like this person? Spend a week away. That'll show you if you really like them or not or if actually their distance makes you feel better. T-breaks are necessary for all things in life. So don't think of them as this like huge serious. thing. Just think about it like as a moment to pause and reflect on your relationship and see what works for you, what isn't working for you, and to hopefully move forward accordingly in the
Starting point is 00:51:18 future. But yeah, I feel like my relationship right now is good because I naturally allow myself to take breaks. I will skip days if I need to because A, I'm not thinking about it or B, I'm too busy or C, it's like actually I'm having like a really, really anxious day and I think smoking a bowl is going to make it worse. Valid. I always want to do its best for myself. Some days it's like, actually, I'm going to get so goddamn high, and I'm going to deep clean my closet. That sounds like a pleasure. But if I ate five gummies, and I got in that fucking closet and we cleaned it out, it worked for me. But that's not an everyday thing.
Starting point is 00:51:53 You know, every day is never going to be the same. I don't want you to consume in a way that it gets into a daily habit. I think that's also really tough. The same way drinking is a daily habit can be absolutely really tough and hard to control. So I just want you to follow it intuitively. And if that means taking a step away to really look and assess and understand, then I think that is good and necessary and healthy. There is a very spiritual aspect to weed that is very important.
Starting point is 00:52:28 And a lot of it has to do with your relationship to yourself and how you can use it as a tool and if it can even be a tool. Not everybody can smoke weed, period. I actually work with a lot of people who are like, I can't smoke. I can't smoke. I don't like who I am when I smoke. I don't like who I am at all on weed. I don't like smoking. I don't want to smoke in a situation or an environment with people.
Starting point is 00:52:55 I'm going to get anxious. I'm going to overthink. I don't like the way it makes me feel. And I hadn't run into people like that in a long time because obviously smoke slash podcast, baby, we be smoking. But I was like, oh, yeah. I totally forgot. that's like totally an option but like good for you i'm glad you know yourself and know what's best for you and also like don't mind me if i hit this joint around you but i'm really not going to pressure you like
Starting point is 00:53:14 who cares i had a best friend for a long time who she definitely smoked as like a escapism mechanism and not in a very like intuitive manner and it was constant and it was every single day and it was a necessity and it was a need and she started going to these marijuana anonymous classes because she just like felt like she had no control and she needed a group to help her like stay on board and to like stay true to herself it's been so helpful it's been a fabulous journey for her if you need to rethink your relationship that's okay we should be able to get new perspectives broaden our horizons and do what's best for us whether it's in our life or not i just want you to do what's best for you always and sometimes your spiritual connection to weed is i fucking hate this and that's valid
Starting point is 00:54:03 Sometimes your spiritual connection to weed is actually I need this every single second of every single day because I'm going through these insane medical things valid. Sometimes it's like actually I'm just going to have like maybe a joint at the end of the night and that's valid as well. Whatever works for you works for you but bitch make sure it works for you. How do you protect your hair so beautiful thing? Two and five Canadians will hear the words you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar raised matters. On September 19th, join thousands in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Walk. Challenge yourself, friends, and family to walk 21 kilometers in support of life-saving research.
Starting point is 00:54:47 Together, we can carry the fire and help create a world free from the fear of cancer. Register today at pmcfwalk.ca. Thank you. I actually had someone DM me the other day, and it was like right after the podcast. ass so I just responded directly in the DM. So if you are her, hi girl, we're going over this again, but I'm going to give everybody else the tips and tricks that I gave you. Here's the thing. My tips and tricks with hair are going to be probably the last fucking things you want to hear because it's the truth. The same way your therapist is like, well, maybe if you meditated and went on a walk,
Starting point is 00:55:21 you wouldn't be so depressed. And you're like, no shit, bitch, but like what the fuck I want a quick fix? It's like, actually sometimes the real answer is the simplest. And, I'm going to be honest with you guys. I have spent roughly five years growing out my hair. This is five years of growth from my shoulders. Okay, so this is five years of growth with trims. So it takes time. It takes time to get your hair to this length.
Starting point is 00:55:50 You've got to be patient with yourself. You've got to be kind to yourself. You know what else is not going to help heat. I use very minimal heat on my hair. If I ever do something with my hair, it's those really tight curls that you see, which is really bad for my hair. I will always use a heat protectant or I'll straighten it. I do that maybe at the most once a month.
Starting point is 00:56:13 I'm not even kidding. If it's a really busy month, maybe twice a month. I'm not like I never use heat on my hair. The only time I use heat on my hair is for my bangs. That's it. Heat is going to be really damaging to your hair. Even if you use a heat protectant, there's still going to be a level of damage that is not good to your hair. And so for me, I always put the improtective styles. Braids, pigtail braids,
Starting point is 00:56:40 claw clip. I never use tight hair bands that are pulling my hair to my scalp either. That's how I get breakage. Now, everybody's hair is going to be different. Me, I don't know necessarily the type of hair I have, but every single type and style and kind of hair is going to react to things differently. So these tips and tricks might not work for you. The same way acne is very like person to person, my acne tips might not work for you, that's okay. But this is what works for me. No heat. Giving it time to grow. Protective styles. I only dye it once a year. Maybe that. And if I do it, it's like little highlights here and there. Other than that, I don't die it. When I was dyeing my hair every single month, I used to be like, I used to try to be platinum blonde when I
Starting point is 00:57:24 was younger and I would dye my roots every single month my hair was fried it was so fried i would dye it every month and then i would do big 70s curls every single day my hair was the worst it's ever fucking been in its entire life now those things right there no heat limits dying protective styles if you do all of that for um five years yeah your hair is gonna grow this much that's just that's just how it is Now, there are a couple things that I use personally that work for me. Personally, that might not work for you. I have to wash my hair every single day. If I don't wash my hair every single day, my scalp gets dirty, oily, and there's buildup,
Starting point is 00:58:06 and that makes my hair not grow as fast. Now, I wash my hair every single day, not with normal shampoo. I wash my hair every single day with nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo. Do I have dandruff? No. But is it the absolute best shampoo? to make sure your scalp is squeaky clean? Yes, it is.
Starting point is 00:58:29 And so I wash my hair every single day. Yes, every single day with nizoral shampoo. And a sensitive and natural, it's literally called sensitive and natural, fragrance-free conditioner. Those two things. It's all using my hair. I used to use hair oil.
Starting point is 00:58:46 I'm not against hair oil. I think hair oil is fabulous. If you have breakage or dead ends. I used to do like leaving conditions. no I keep it simple simple for me is always better and so protective styles limiting heat giving it time to grow no dyeing um and then simple care routine and consistent care routine that it does it for me it does it for me I did try I tried for about a year last year I tried for a year where I'd be like okay let me train my hair to go multiple days without washing because
Starting point is 00:59:21 there's women in my life who are able to do that like that I'm like related to so it's like it makes sense if you can do it I can do it nope I cannot I've realized that not only the more oily and dirty my hair gets even if I do use a shampoo a dry shampoo the slower my hair grows and also I'm then sleeping with that dirty hair on my pillowcase and I'm breaking out so at that point in time it's like no I'm just going to wash my hair every single day I know that's controversial controversial take right there but it's what works for me but yeah you got to be patient with your This is seven, no, no, five years of growth. Yep.
Starting point is 00:59:56 It's taken a while. It's taking a lot of patience. There's nothing more I wanted than my hair to grow when it was short, but just like forget about it for a little bit in a healthy way where you're like just patient with yourself before you know it. It's going to be long as fuck. Me and my man want to get an apartment. I'm 19.
Starting point is 01:00:11 He's 20. Is it a good idea? Nope. It is actually the worst idea ever. If you've never lived alone, you need to go live alone or with a roommate. You do not need to live it with your boyfriend. I am actually anti-living with your boyfriend until you're over the age of 25. Controversial, controversial, controversial, I know.
Starting point is 01:00:27 If you have not been dating for at minimum, at minimum two and a half years, you should not live together. But you are 19 and 20. You are so fucking young. I'm so sorry to break it to you. You're not going to be with this man forever. So sorry to break it to you. And I would rather you go through that process and just like not have to live together, then go
Starting point is 01:00:49 through that process while living together. That's a hot fucking mess. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. You guys are too young. You're too much of a mess. You're not responsible enough yet. You guys probably don't even know what you want in life, even if you do know what you want in life. Those are all hard things to hear when you're young. But like, just be in love and have fun and then get serious later on. You're too young to get too serious right now. And if you are dating, that's cool. That's fine. That's wonderful. Like enjoy your time. Spend it together. Live your best life for however long it last. If it's all, if it's the rest of your life, cool. If it's eight more months, that's fabulous too. But do not. Do not, do not, do not, do not, do not, do not do not move in together.
Starting point is 01:01:28 If you were 23 and 24, I'd say the same exact thing. If you were 24 and 25, now I'd feel a little bit different. I'd be like, okay, how long have you been together? Has it been two and a half years? It's been three years. Okay. Let's, let's think about it. All right. I'm not anti-moving in together, but I'm definitely in your, in your situation. anti moving in together. Speaking of, moved him with my boyfriend. Now I'm starting to resent him because he doesn't clean.
Starting point is 01:01:55 Help. You have to give them ultimatums. I feel like there's two ways that people go about relationships. Number one is, well, I'm just not going to speak up about it, but I'm not going to do anything about it. Like I'm just going to let everything get fucking messy and dirty and maybe he'll wake up one day. Nope, you're going to live in a dirty house and you're going to be pissed the fuck off
Starting point is 01:02:17 and you're going to start cleaning again. that's not how that works i am so pro ultimatum if you don't start cleaning up this goddamn house this isn't going to work it really is that simple you don't have to say i'm going to break up with you but you can hit them with the this is not going to work for me if you are not going to pull your way as an equal individual if you're not going to wake the fuck up and start helping out if you're not going to do this if you're not going to do that it's not going to it's not going to work and you know what they're probably going to hit you with this wait for it they're probably going to hit you with the, well, you just have to tell me what to do. No, you are not a mother.
Starting point is 01:02:55 You, if you were able to think ahead of what needs to be done, they need to be able to think ahead of what needs to be done. And you know what? Best in between here is you say, okay, you take out all the trash, you do all the dishes, and you vacuum once a week. Okay, you want me to tell you what you do. That's what you got to do. And if you can't do that, then this is not going to work out for me. And you know what? If you hit them with the ultimatum, they go, they start arguing, they start fighting, they do anything. But okay, I hear you, then maybe it ain't going to work. Because what the fuck?
Starting point is 01:03:28 A grown individual, I don't care of man or woman or non-binary or alien species. I don't give a fuck. If you are not able to be a well-rounded human being that can take care of themselves, simply put, everybody has different levels of taking care of themselves, taking care of themselves in a manner that works for you. If you guys can't meet on that level as partners, it's not going to work. And you are not a mother and you are not a maid. If you wanted to be either of those things, maybe you would have a baby by now or you'd be getting paid to clean. And you're not doing either of those things.
Starting point is 01:04:03 So, yeah, sometimes you've got to hit them with ultimatum. I'm so pro ultimatum. If I was doing something as a partner that was causing my partner to go fucking insane no matter what it was. if I was doing something that overstep boundaries that they weren't okay with that was causing them to lose their minds, no matter how little it is like take out the trash or pick up your clothes or as big as, hey, like, I don't know, I'm trying to think is something really bad. Like, hey, let's not follow people on Instagram or something like that. I don't know something, even if it's stupid, who cares?
Starting point is 01:04:34 I don't care what the ultimatum is. If my partner wasn't okay with it, I would want them to be like, hey, this is not cool with me. I don't want to be in a partnership with somebody who does this thing. I need this. I need that. I need something else. I would like an opportunity to change. Always. If you want to be with somebody, you want to know how you can develop,
Starting point is 01:04:58 how you can change, how you can adjust to be that best partner. And so maybe on your side it means communicating, I need this from you or else I got to fucking go. Or it means being told that and giving the opportunity. change either way yeah you got to hit them with the this ain't working and if you want it to work i need you to do a b and c or just be fucking aware being an aware individual be a partner or else this is not going to work out for me clock it and to the 19 year old this is what you're going to have to be dealing with so yeah just don't even deal with it and just don't move in with your boyfriend
Starting point is 01:05:36 and don't let a boyfriend move in with you now that's the kicker wait this is funny i've given a lot of on this, but I had a new perspective this weekend. Someone asked BJ Tips, love you girl. So funny, talking about like back to school and all that fun stuff. I have a co-worker who's taking classes again and she has like some prerext to kind of go over and one of them is like anatomy and physiology and biology and all the fun medical stuff. And I remember like I just have, you know, when like a memory hits you and you're like, oh yeah. Well, over sharing time, I literally was like, I, loved anatomy and physiology when I was in nursing school because there's something about knowing how the body works that gives you new perspectives. And I remember when I learned the anatomy and physiology
Starting point is 01:06:30 of a penis, something clicked in my brain and I was like, I am now forever going to be able to get a man off in about 30 seconds. And I think if more men or women, whatever, whoever, whoever, looked at the anatomy and physiology of a pussy of a vagina, more women would get off. Okay? Because learning about, you know, how male anatomy works and like what pressure points and this and that and what major arteries. Yeah, it taught me a lot about how to give a good BJ, specifically where to put your hands. But anyways, major tip of that.
Starting point is 01:07:13 is you're put on a show. Now, when I'm getting my pussy eight, I don't want a show. I don't want a show. I don't need a show. I need you to do the right things. And that means I need you to focus. And I need you to be gentle and kind and soft. I don't want you shaking your head in my pussy.
Starting point is 01:07:34 I'm going to be pissed off. But when it comes to a blowjob, it's kind of a show. So you need the 3D experience. Okay. Talk about those 40x seats that you see in the movie theaters where you're like shaking back and forth and it's spraying sense at you and all this stuff. That's how I need your blow jobs to be. Okay. You don't need to be the throat goat master sucker 4,000.
Starting point is 01:08:00 9 inch deep throat can unhinge your jaw like a snake. Like that's not necessary, baby. As long as you got, you can use your hands and you can make mouth noises, you're good. to go. You're good to go. Absolutely. Like a roller coaster ride, you start slow. You move slowly. You take your time. You use your tongue. You get it all wet. You start incorporating hands. All right, the roller coaster is going up. You start incorporating hands. Like I said, you don't have to take this thing all the way down your throat. If you can at least grip the base with a hand. All right, that covers half of it. Moving your hands at the same time. All right. We're getting to the top.
Starting point is 01:08:41 of the roller coaster you maybe cut the balls you play with them a little bit you like up and down it all right now the roller coaster starts going down and like gets all crazy when you start spitting slurping sucking all right that's when the 3d experience starts happening and that's when it's showtime and that's when if you just keep doing that for a little bit longer you're it'll be done now funny thing is anatomy and physiology has taught me this at the base base i think base i think what you would consider the base of it there is a and you'll be able to feel it large vein on the underneath side that goes from obviously the bottom to the top but it's a large vein you can feel it when you're gripping it if you put your thumbs right there like your whole hands don't have to go around it but
Starting point is 01:09:37 if you put your thumbs right there and gently massage, use your thumb to gently massage up and down with whatever motion you're going and following the motion and gently massage that vein, they're cooked, cooked, absolutely cooked. That plus 3D sounds plus passion. You don't have to look them in the eyes, but at least enthusiastic about it, get enthusiastic about it. You know, switch up a motion here and there. Don't switch it up if you feel like they're about to bust, but like switch it up here and there, try something new, kind of read the sign, see how they're feeling. You do all of that. You're good to go. Okay, I'm also anti-this-is-me-thing. Once again, there's no rules here. You do whatever you want to do. But I'm anti-giving head while they're laying down. I hate it because like they're laying down, cool, comfortable, right? Absolutely. Definitely. but then I'm like you're having to like use all of your weight and muscles in your hips to stay balanced
Starting point is 01:10:43 while also like engaging your core to manage to use both hands without studying yourself and your mouth and then also you're looking down you're not able to face them easily to make your life easier have them stand or sit on the bed or something like that like the edge of the bed so you can at least like be upwards instead of having to be horizontal over them. Like gravity can work against you. So, you know, just make it whatever position is easiest for you, they will be happy to receive in. That's for sure.
Starting point is 01:11:17 Now, like I said, I think eating puss is a little different. Of course, it's a show, but also it's also like I don't need 18,000 things going on. In fact, I only need one thing going on to really get off. Like I said, I'm... Two and five Canadians will hear the word. you have cancer. That's why every step and dollar raised matters. On September 19th, join thousands in Toronto for the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Walk. Challenge yourself, friends, and family to walk 21 kilometers in support of life-saving research. Together, we can
Starting point is 01:11:51 carry the fire and help create a world free from the fear of cancer. Register today at pmcfwalk.ca. We don't need fingers. We don't need fingers. But I think with Sounds proper lubrication like, oh my God, hi danger. Buddy, he wants to lay in this chair, but like I'm literally using it. I don't know what you want for me. We'll scoot up. I think with sounds proper lubrication, okay, you think about like the biggest like wording trends when it comes to sucking dick. Okay.
Starting point is 01:12:24 Hock Tua spit on that thing. Mend loved that because they were like, yeah, no, like literally spit on it. no like proper lubrication is everything and if you don't have it oh my god the worst when you're like so fucking stone you're trying to suck dick in your mouth is like sandpaper like it's so dry have them spit in your mouth and then you spit on it or i don't know coconut oil something something and then also like oh the gluck gluck 9000 that has nothing to do with anything but the sound that it's making like those are trends for a reason because they're like actually low-key good tips like yes hawksho has been on the thing yes gluck gluck on it which has nothing to do with how far it's
Starting point is 01:13:04 down your throat but more so like the performance you're putting on that plus like you know utilizing your hands as much as possible that's all that matters now some girls like to go down low past the balls i'm not one of them i'm just i'm not i'm not one of those girls if you are more to you more power to you like have fun that's the whole point like have fun while you're doing it but for me personally no i will not be having fun if i'm doing that thinking about taking dance classes after three years of being retired after 15 years of dancing oh my god do it oh my god do it oh my god do it oh my god do it okay back to school kind of vibes i just i love learning something new i love challenging my brain I love stimulating my brain and especially my body.
Starting point is 01:13:55 And I think if I can challenge you guys to do anything, we'll kind of get more into the fall vibes in the next couple of weeks as we approach the Atomnal Equinox. I feel like I'm transforming into my more witchy self. I always do as fall approaches. I'm very excited about the transformation coming. We got more spiritual things to go over. Yes, I'm very excited.
Starting point is 01:14:18 But I think of like the last kind of thing, if we're doing like re-combed, of summer going into fall transitional vibes if i can encourage any of you guys to do something it is to take a new class if you are already in school okay heed my advice from the beginning of just like remember what you're there for put your all forward do the best you can and be appreciative of being in that position but if you are somebody who is out of school or maybe you're taking a class here and there but you're not taking something you're passionate in or you're a working adult who has been out of school for a while or maybe you're taking a gap year whatever if i can encourage you to take one class i don't care what it is a new dance class a new workout class um meeting up for a walking club
Starting point is 01:15:05 taking horseback riding lessons um getting into painting getting into jewelry making ceramics maybe you go take a martial arts class maybe you go try piano for the first time ever maybe you go take a voice lesson. Maybe you get into like a dn. Maybe you get into Pokemon, uh, battles. Maybe you get into like I do not give a fuck what niche you're interested in. But I guarantee as I was rambling off those eight different things, something popped into your head. And maybe it wasn't something that I stated, but it's something you've been curious and interested in, go sign up for it. This time, this exact time last year, I took, and this is crazy to think about, I took my first ever horseback riding lesson. First ever, I have never been
Starting point is 01:16:02 around horses. I have never worked with horses. I had gone on a couple trail rides, guided trail rides on vacations. That's it. Literally, I had ridden a horse less than five times, less than the amount of times that I can count on one hand. I signed up for lessons like this time last year, this exact time last year. And now I fully own a horse. I like fully own a horse. I fully take care of her. I'm still learning. I'm still challenging myself. But seeing my growth and seeing where I am now compared to one year ago and how far you can get in a year and how much you can transform in a year and how much your life can flourish in a year. It is so beautiful to see. And trying is never failing, but not trying will always be a failure.
Starting point is 01:16:48 year period point blank i don't care if you go and you try something and you're like actually i fucking hate ceramics i've done that i wish i could be a little ceramics pottery girly i just am not i can do it but is it something i'm passionate about no i'm not interested in it that's okay i just encourage you if you have something on your mind something that you feel called to when i first was starting to think about taking horseback riding lessons i was like what am i doing like i'm going to be such an outsider i'm going to be an adult taking lessons all these people are probably going to be like 12, 13 taking lessons for the first time ever. Like, I'm a little embarrassed. I'm nervous. I don't know what's going on. Like, I'm going to be so out of place here. And yeah,
Starting point is 01:17:26 you're new. You're out of place. It's going to be challenging. It's going to be different. But the feeling you get after that first lesson or that first class is going to be worth any of the anxiety or anxiousness you feel before going in. And it will transform your life. because one year ago today, I was like, I don't even know anything about horses, but I'm feeling called to it and I want to try it. And now I cannot even think about going forward in life without having this in my life. And I think that is so beautiful and such a wonderful life lesson. And it just completely transformed my confidence in self, how I feel about life, how excited I am about life. Like, I'm about to move, but I'm like, I can't move anywhere that doesn't have horse culture.
Starting point is 01:18:13 I want to work with it. I want to be involved in it. Like it is just, I'm so passionate about it. And I'm so glad that I followed that weird internal voice of like, you should try this. Everybody I told about it was like horses. Why are you getting into that? Like, okay, cool.
Starting point is 01:18:28 Have fun. Like, sure, whatever. Only you can push yourself to do it. Do not listen to anybody else outside of your life that is anything but encouraging and always be encouraging of your dreams and passions. Okay. I want you going into this next season. before the fall equinex starts, if you are not in classes, or maybe you are in classes and you have
Starting point is 01:18:48 like a couple extra credits, like random credits you just need to fill, go take something that you're curious about, whether it's philosophy, art, ceramics, music, theater, I don't care, whatever you are passionate about or have an inclination that you could be passionate about, I want you to try it because I think if you do, you will be so happy for doing so. But with that being said, I hope you all are doing fabulous this week. Thank you for hanging out with me on another beautiful episode of SmokeSash.
